Great small town hardware store. Bought a chainsaw and extremely great service. The service person was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Prices are slightly higher, but it’s more important than ever to put money back into the community and small businesses.Can’t say enough about the service.Went out of their way, better than purchasing a new car at a dealership

I bought things on three different occasions where they've charged me for them then went to the back just to find out they were out of stock and had to return them. The prices are high and I was told today by an employee that I don't have to shop here so I will never shop there again. Well worth the extra 5 MI to Clinton.

Bought a 10ft type C phone charging cable here for around 10 dollars near the beginning of the summer of 2021 and recently in October it just outright quit charging my phone, my phone died while plugged up to it and the bit on the end became loose very quickly within that time. Called in and said that I made sure it wasn't the phone or the box o had the cord plugged in and said that I no longer have the receipt since I'm pretty sure I payed cash for it. They said they couldn't return it without a receipt so now I have a useless cable and down 26 bucks, 10 for my original purchase and 16 from having to order new phone cables on Amazon. I'm understandably frustrated by this whole experience and now warning others to at least not buy the ten foot long phone cables from here.

Stopped by to purchase a new chain for my Stihl 170, I purchased the chain and a new Stihl 250 chainsaw.Thank you to the knowledgeable staff in helping with my decision.(Also, you were right, I wanted to throw the 170 away after using the 250)

Not sure what was going on but i went in the store and it was so hot inside no air conditioning i was in there about 15 minutes and was pouring with sweat from head to toe and the employees made me feel uncomfortable when i asked to get a lock off the shelf, they gave me the magnet lock key and i did myself and then they kept on asking where i was like i was going to steal something.
