Who is this guy working here????The last time I used this service they were polite and efficient. This time round, I couldn't believe what I was even hearing.I placed an order and asked for an estimate. No response at all. Good thing I planned ahead and still have time.The next week I call them, get a very grumpy guy telling me their turn over is next day, sometimes same day. I thought maybe my order didn't go through. I placed the order again, specified to type of paper I needed, etc. No response. So I called them again, the day before I need my order printed. No one had even looked at my files. He had to download them while I was on the phone. Two of the files had issues, which would have been great to know 2 days ago when I sent in the order and could fix it in a timely manner! Then he started to tell me that he didn't know what I meant by medium and heavy stock. WHAT??There are plenty of good businesses at the lake with polite and competent staff. This is not one of them.

Went in for the fedex location since Walgreens power went out and they couldn’t print the shipping label, and they said that they could print off labels and I would need to go to jeff or Springfield? What kind of printing company can’t print? I have no complaints for the other stuff they do because I have never used it but judging by the way the owner responds to other reviews he is stuck up and lazy and if you have a problem with him not doing his job correctly then it’s your fault not his, I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you know the guy personally. I wasn’t going to leave a review until I saw his comments on other reviews the guy is so petty I decided to be petty back and I’m pretty sure he bought good ratings because I don’t understand how so many people have negative interactions with this guy and he has good reviews. And I’m ready for you to type out that you give me a one star on my comment

The man who was working at 3:30 on May 10, 2022 was incredibly rude. His behavior was shocking. I have no intention of ever going there again. He was unable to help me with my request. The problem was his manner. He could have told me he was unable to assist me in an appropriate polite way.

Called to see if they could help me print raffle tickets for a charity and basically hung up on me after saying they couldn’t print on the card stock I had. I get it if you can’t do it but was very lacking on the customer service.

I went here today and these guys are awesome! I got my stuff printed up in probably less than 5 minutes, and for a great price. Initially I had gone to the UPS center down the street, and the lady was very rude and not helpful. Don't ever go to the UPS place. This place is way better.

The attendant on duty seemed lazy and disinterested in my transaction. Couldn't even be bothered to look up the cost of my overnight shipping. But it seems to be the only place in the area where you can go if you don't have envelopes and labels.

Very impressed!! Smart Postal Centers is the best at the lake for your printing and shipping needs! They always make business with them so easy! I had to ship a very important Item out. I was at a remote location so I had another person do it for me. The guy over the phone made things very difficult and was not wanting to help out at all. The customer service he has imposed was awful. If he does not want to work and do his job well then I would suggest he finds a new job. I am very sorry for the people of Osage Beach. The options are limited.
