Super clean. That's what I want most from a cheap motel, and this place felt very clean. They had a duvet on the blanket, so that was clean, too.Super basic - not even pictures on the wall. But who cares? The beds were comfortable, and the pool was clean. The bathroom looks sparkling clean, and the shower was decent. The location is very convenient. If you're looking for a budget friendly place, this one is great. You can tell they take pride in their property.Microwave in the room would have been cool. But that's so minor it almost isn't worth mentioning compared to everything else.

Excellent place to stay in Ozarks. I normally book Holiday inn or Hampton inn or something from a major chain just so that I have a consistent experience. But based on Google reviews and prices offered on labor day weekend I couldn't justify not trying it. Wow, it was so clean and the rooms were equal to or better than the last few major chains I've stayed at. Very well maintained, only thing they can improve on is as hot breakfast and add it to the nightly cost. But the lady at the reception recommended Cozy Cafe next door for breakfast and that was great. So if they don't include the breakfast you can just step out and grab one. All in all excellent place, if I visit Ozarks again will only book this place. Please keep it consistent and well maintained as you've been doing!!Rooms: Very clean and well maintained.Safety: No issues at all.Noteworthy details: Service was excellent and people at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to respond and provide suggestions. Thank you.

The hotel room was clean, all the staff were very friendly, and the price was good! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Very quiet and a nice little place to sit outside on a patio. 10/10Rooms: Very clean!Safety: Felt secluded and safe!

Nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds that offer good support. They offered shuttle service to our concert and the driver was attentive and made sure we were all present for the ride back. Right across from a couple of fast food restaurants. Pool available.Walkability: It's a bit hilly in that area, but we were able to find convenient parking.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast offered on weekends.

A nice clean and comfortable place to stay for a quick overnight in the Lake area.Paula and the staff made sure our room was stocked with enough towels soaps and shampoos for us.The room was very clean, fresh and modern.Will be back here again and recommend to friends.

This hotel did its job for the price I paid. It was cheap, relatively speaking, and clean.The bed was comfortable, the ac worked, the shower was hot, and the the staff was nice.Most of all, it was CLEAN. thank god.No breakfast, but for the price, i wont complain.

Extremely pleased with the remodel and new owners! Very nice place to stay! Super combiner access to PB2 with boat trailer parking with electric hookups! Great place for hospital workers and patients family members. Also great access to restaurants and shopping.Rooms: VERY CLEAN! Recently updated.Nearby activities: Hospital is across the street and the state park beach and boat ramp is right behind here.Safety: Well lit parking lot and good on site managment.Noteworthy details: Boat trailer parking with electric hook ups

We would stay here again. It is clean and the price is right. Didnt service our room one night and had a dripping water noise that was mildly annoying but all in all a good place to stay. Pool was a bit dirty but not bad.Nearby activities: 10 min from our concert.

This hotel is a general hotel and they are putting a lot of money into fixing it up but the manager is what makes it great!!! That POOR GUY!!! BLAKE NEEDS A RAISE!!! This guy really does it all around here “at any time” …. Lol… he is really helpful,and polite … &. The pool just opened (newly redone for the summer)
