Hot tub out of order, pool was VERY cold. They have the windows open and it’s 49 degrees outside. In the pool room they have a light that constantly blinks as well. We booked this hotel specifically for my mom’s birthday because she wanted to enjoy a nice swim and soak in the hot tub. We found black hair on the shower walls and front desk was very unhelpful and quite rude. The only good thing about this hotel was the price.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! I reserved 5 rooms for a high school conference.. rooms needed a lot of repairs!1. One of my students toilets wouldn't flush, so they would have to go to another room to use their bathroom. They called the front desk twice, and I called once with the assurance that it would be repaired. Finally, I took the initiative to fix it myself...I took the back off the toilet and discovered the chain had come off the handle and rust had corroded it so it was unfixable.. although as long as we left the back of the toilet off we could pull the chain manually and it would flush. NO ONE ever came to check it for the few days we were there.2. There was a disgruntled lady staying on our floor and she complained to the front desk that the students were too loud. We were asked by the front desk manager to take the stairs, DON"T use the elevator because it's too loud, and be quiet in the halls. We did what we were asked, and the second night this angry lady came in the hall and yelled at my students telling them they were too loud. We were literally walking down the hall to go to our rooms.. not yelling or running.. just talking in a normal tone. She became angry and yelled at me and another teacher from another school. She was mean and hateful yelling and she told us how disrespectful we were. It was a very bad experience and totally unfair that we were asked not to use the elevator and basically had to whisper, and to get treated like we had done something wrong.3. In several of the rooms, when the lights were turned off in the evening, the outlets would not work and our cell phones would not charge during the night. (Weird)

Customer service was good when we checked in and when we needed extra bedding at night. But rooms are dirty had to switch rooms then in the “new” room there was cockroaches! All I was told was the GM would be there Monday to see what he can do? It’s Thursday mind you. I’d avoid going here unless dirty rooms and cockroaches are your thing. And it was when we had lights in and we’re moving around. So must be bad if they’re crawling around during the day!EDIT: for got to mention the hole in the bathtub just covered up with tapeWe have stayed here a few years ago seemed “clean” and never had issue.Rooms: DirtySafety: Cockroaches

December 30 7 am NO HOT WATER IN MY ROOM. I WAITED 3 HOURS AND STILL NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER OR SHAVE. I was never offered compensation nor did it appear the desk clerk was concerned about the inconvenience. In Addition the toilet would not flush cleanly.Sam R. Called to get a quote on 21 Double rooms for a weeks long stay in December. Front desk was rude on the phone, told me no to speaking with a manager or sales. If I really wanted to speak with someone to call after 4pm. 1) Rude staff with no phone manners 2) no customer service 3) train your staff on taking a message or it will cost you more than just my business.

Staff was on point and eager to serve guests. I needed to extend my stay at a moments notice and was easily accommodated on a busy holiday weekend. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long while! The breakfast was standard with biscuits and gravy and sausage patties which tasted good! I will definitely be returning with my entire family in the future. The pool is also saltwater, so it doesn't require as much chemical use for those with skin irritation issues.

Honestly, the horrible check-in experience colored my entire opinion of this motel. I arrived with a group of people who had 4 rooms reserved. The group included one more person than expected, so I requested the front desk staff member change one of the rooms from King room to Double Queen room. I couldn’t figure out if she just didn’t want to do that or couldn’t figure out how to do that, but she refused. She forced me to book a fifth room, which cost me an extra $100. Thankfully, they had a room available and the room was pretty cheap. Checking in took over 30 minutes and was intolerable because of how unhelpful the staff member was.As far as the rest of the experience, the room was clean but pretty spartan. The bed was pretty comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom light turned on by motion sensor, but the switch was broken and couldn’t be manually turned off. The light stayed on for 10 or 15 minutes and finally turned off by itself. Kind of annoying in the middle of the night.

This was a nice place to stay. The young lady at the check in deck was very friendly. We were unable to take a swim due to the pool was down. The room looked like it has been recently updated. Just had some minor issues. The only bad thing is it had a room funk when we walked in. A aromatherapy spray helped. It was clean and I really liked the comfortable bed and nice bedding. I gave 3 stars due to pool issue.

Worst of all I chose this place because I seen it had a pool and hot tub, but the hot tub didn't have water in it so I couldn't go in and the pool needs to be redone, as the paint is peeling and looks abandoned. Vending machines were practically empty. Standard rooms with the bare minimum. Pretty much all rooms don't have a great view. Breakfast was okay, the regular food you'd expect. Staff were decent and a great price but what do you really get? I travel a lot for vacation and have been to many hotels, by far the most disappointing place.

Will never stay here again. When we checked in they put us in a room that was literally torn apart and dirty. They switched us rooms and that was fine. Many small inconveniences while staying in the room, stuff like with the remote (had to go to desk and get a new one), Then when kept hearing a nonstop loud noise at about 5am, to find out it was literally raining water in the bathroom from the room upstairs. We couldn’t even use the bathroom. The beds were super hard and we stayed there for the hot tub and it was out of order when we got there ready to get in. The “out of order” note was in the bottom of the hot tub. We have talked to staff, called numerous times being told they would contact us and have heard absolutely nothing. Never again.

Good price for the location and time of year. The staff was polite and so accomadating. The place itself is a bit dated and needs some work, but I can tell they definitely do their best to keep it clean. The pool and hot tub were nice, people just need to learn to throw their band aids away... The room was very clean and the bed + sheets were so comfortable. The bathroom was large and open. The only negative thing was the occasional urine smell in the room (107). It was on one side of the room and the window had been cracked. Hopefully they'll figure that out and get rid of it. Breakfast had a nice selection, decent TV channels.

I stayed at the Ozarks red roof inn the air / heat did not work in my room the bathroom light kept turning off and the windows did not even have a screen in it on the third floor . The pool area was kind of dirty and the hot tub had black looking grap in it the side of the hotel was nasty they said that there was a dog area but it was tall grassThis is not a safe place for family 😔

BEDBUGS ..BEDBUGS..BEDBUGS!!! We both woke up all bit up by bedbugs..was told by the staff member at the front desk the next morning upon check out that he left my phone number and a note for the manager regarding waking up all bit up from bedbugs and that the manager would contact us. Have yet to hear from the manager. We showed him the bites.. worst hotel stay ever. Oh and the hottub is still out of order and the water being left to sit in the bottom of it is starting to stink..BEWARE!

The motel is clean and comfortable. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They serve a hot breakfast and have quite a bit of food to choose from. And some cold food for breakfast if that is if you are wanting something easy or on the go. The rooms are clean and nice. The freezer in our room was defrosted when we got to our room, and that was very nice. No huge build up of ice in the freeze. Another big plus for us was that pet's stay free. Give them a try, I think you will enjoy your stay, we did

We were really impressed with this place! We travel a lot and have had our fair share of hotels. The staff were all nice. The room ACTUALLY LOOKS like the photos. The photos are not done up. The bed was nice and room even had a full sized recliner. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Pool and hot tub were amazing! We would definitely go back.

The General Manager and staff were more than accommodating, and made my business trip a pleasant one. I was able to speak to a staff member the day prior to my check-in, and she noted my reservation. The General Manager also provided me with a free upgrade. The hotel was quiet and in close proximity to several restaurants. Recommend for night or two stay.

This started out poorly because I was accidentally double charged for the room by the lady check me in. I have to say however the owners of this hotel are amazing. They not only were kind to me but kind the employee who made the mistake. They also have a great PET FRIENDLY no fee hotel with a lovely pool and hot tub! We haven’t even had breakfast yet but I can already tell this hotel is run by people who truly care about their staff and guests. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was nice enough minus the weird black dirt on the bathroom baseboard. Pillows were flat and the mattress has issues.Breakfast was decent enough for the typical continental breakfast.The pool room however, is embarrassingly disgusting. Black mold on the ceiling, near the fans, on the windows, and on the walls. The sheet rock around the windows is falling down. The pool floor paint is peeling and the tiles are in desperate need of a good scrubbing.The hot tub water was VERY hot but enjoyable.The staff was very friendly and accommodating.With that said, we won't be back nor will we be recommending it to our friends and family.

We arrived very late (close to 2am) and despite the fact the sign on the desk said that it closed at 11, the clerk came to check us in right away. Extremely courteous! The hotel is doing a great job with COVID-19 mitigation, too.The room was well appointed and had been renovated fairly recently. I liked that they had replaced the carpet in the room with vinyl plank flooring - it feels much more hygienic than carpet!We plan on returning to the area once the pandemic is under control, and would definitely stay here again.Side note: very pet friendly!

Every single towel and bedspread were stained. Literally every single one. Our floor in the room was a laminate or vinyl type floor that was really sticky. The elevator was out of order. The door latch to the pool was busted. The hot tub smelled very strongly of chlorine. On the plus side, the sheets appeared clean and there was no odor in the room. Overall- it was a place okay ENOUGH to sleep at after an 8 hour car ride, but we would never book here again.

This place surprised me. The amenities were great considering the price was so reasonable. Pool, hot tub and a hot breakfast! What more could you ask for?? The the staff was superb! Will stay again!

At the time of my stay (4-9-21) the hotel was requiring a 2 night stay minimum due to lack of cleaning staff.. huh? The front desk lady was nice and did work with me and finally agreed to give me a room for one night for $100 plus tax. The room was a handicap room which was fine... BUT.. the roomed had been mopped with a spoiled mop, the odor was so bad. After undressing, resting and getting ready for a shower I noticed that my door was cracked open and had been that way the entire time.. the door doesn't shut right, it takes extra effort to make sure it closes all the way and latches. The room was very loud, cold feeling and had a lot of echo, did not feel cozy at all. There was a door joining me to the next room and it sounded like they were in my room with me. Kids were being allowed to run up and down the hall with lots of noise. I have literally stayed in much nicer motel 6's for a much better price. I usually like Red Roofs but this one was terrible! I would highly recommend a different hotel in this area.. The food was decent.

BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS , BEDBUGS. I have video and photographs of the infested bed. The hotel’s solution was to put a mattress pad on it. These were juveniles and full grown bugs. This infestation has been going on for sometime. I read other people’s complaints and the hotel just deny them. I HAVE PROOF, and considering Missouri’s new statutes concerning bedbugs. I’ll be contacting an attorney. I have video and photos to back up my claim. My poor daughter and soon to be son in law might have to miss my son-in-laws wedding just to prevent spreading these pests. Disgusting, Disappointing, unethical and Down right nasty. Shame.

I recommend to stay here 100%!!! It’s super awesome. A beautiful place to stay, very comfortable. I’m not sure if all the rooms had this, but in the room I was in, it had microwave and mini fridge. Front desk was extremely nice and friendly. Very smooth check in. I brought my dog with me and they were very cool about it.
