Fast, friendly service. Line moves quickly. Chocolate and vanilla custard with tons of mix-ins available. The staff is smiley and helpful. I had a single scoop with fresh raspberries and peanut butter. It was a little melty, but maybe the best tasting custard I have had!

My BF has been going here for years, this was my first time. I must admit the "Concrete" name kind of threw me off. I guess it would be the equivalent of a blizzard where the custard is mixed with a topping. Custard is a little richer than ice cream, very delicious. Highly recommend!

Custard was fantastic, rich and creamy. Lots of flavor choices, but the simple Maraschino cherry is our favorite - LOTS of cherries in the Concrete shake, they don't skimp. Not much seating area around tho.

Came here. Waited in line. Ordered. Went to pay with my credit card linked to my phone. Kid says no we don’t do that. I said it shows on your machine that you take contact pay. Kid rudely and with disgust says no the owner doesn’t let us do that. So we walked away and took our business elsewhere.

There was a line of at least 15people in front of us and them kiddos where extremely fast. By the time we was eating there was at least 30 others in line. I highly recommend Randy's custard

Stopped there because I try to find local places if I can while traveling, instead of chains, so did a quick Google search for ice cream.BEST strawberry shake I've had in years. Vanilla custard, real crushed strawberries. Just liquidy enough to drink through the straw, but still felt thick and toothsome. So. good. I will probably go back before the vacation is done 😆

Been coming here for 30 years plus. Normally I would provide 6 stars out of 5 if possible. Not the same experience this year. I am providing this feedback because this place has a very fond place in my memory. Custard is awesome as usual, but the toppings in the specialty creations have declined in quality and quantity significantly. Carmel concrete for my daughter, which was my go to as a kid, had almost no caramel. The brownie in the sundae was more like chocolate cake and the pecans were really poor quality. It’s still worth going. Lines are always long for the three decades I can remember. I think management has to make those small quality improvements to get back to five star in my opinion.

Forget the chains. Go support local (even with a small line, it moves fast) These guys are great and the custard and concretes are delicious. Jeremy will help you with a smile and helpful welcome attitude. Great place to get your evening going.

Can't tell you how many family fights we've had over going to Randy's vs Andy's right down the street. Both are about the same. Good service. Creative Sunday's. The straw Ana was like a small banana split. Very good.

We went to Randy's because it was recommended by a friend.Upon arrival, the staff was courteous and ready to take our order. I wanted to get an Ozark Turtle, but they were out of pecans. I found this frustrating as I wanted something local and I felt that pecans were the staple of the turtle. No worries, I chose something else.I ordered a Key Lime concrete. The flavor did not really stand out and I felt like I was just eating vanilla ice cream. My family enjoyed their ice cream.Our friends were okay with their custard. However, they overhead staff state, "let's turn the lights off so it looks like we are closed." This made them not feel very welcome.All in all, it was okay. But it did not fit the hype of our friend who recommended it.

Visited this place on vacation! Icecream was yummy and they had a long line but they were so efficient it felt a lot shorter than it was! This was our favorite icecream place in the area. I definitely recommend trying it out!
