The staff at Purcell are awesome. I had a blowout at five in the morning due to being overdue for new tires about a lot about a mile away from their shop. I was able to get the tire changed & dropped my vehicle off at 6:45 AM using their early bird dropbox. I called them at 7:05 AM and luckily they were able to work me in to their schedule and they installed four new tires on my truck! I’ve used them for the last 3 years because I appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and honesty when providing service!

I made an appointment and the car was taken in on time. Waiting area was clean and well lit and water and coffee were available. My only complaint was that it took 2 hours to install 4 tires otherwise this would be a 5 star rating.

Not only was my appointment confirmed by Purcell but they saw it on their schedule and knew that our tires hadn't arrived yet and did not call to let us know. We are not local and drove to Osage Beach just to turn around and go back home. We still have not received a call letting us know if our tires are in and have not received a reschedule, all services have been paid for already.Update: The manager called and explained that our tires were there the whole time. He was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He offered to pay for our gas and offered vouchers for a free oil change.Once there, the service on my car went smoothly. I have no complaints on the performance of the tech that put our new tires on.

I was sooo pleasantly surprised for their spur of the minute help repairing my extremely low tire. The mechanic even took me to work while they fixed it. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I'd love to give this business 10 stars if I could!!

Unbelievable service! We got a flat hours before we left to the airport and they got us in, repaired the flat, and our in 20 minutes AND only charged $ 26! I wish we lived here, we would utilize them for all of our car needs.

Great customer service in as much of a timely manner as could be considering circumstances of my car. They even went out of their way to drive miles to get a part for my car when it didn’t come in. Kept me informed and helped when needed considering we were there on vacation. Awesome job guys! Highly recommend!

Was told to make an appointment to mount my tires x so I did, no big deal. I had an apt for 11am. Dropped my car off before work, get a call around 2:30 stating my car is done. I show up and my car is t done which is t a big deal until the dreadful wait.. I waited there until 5:30. Wasted a good portion of my work day just sitting there. What’s the point in making an appointment if you are going to do it when ever they can fit it in? I’ve spoke with others about it only to hear similar stories. Please, bring your car to another place.

Mike took great care of us today when we needed an alignment on short notice. Great service! The lady answering the phone was also wonderful. She said if we could come right away they could get the alignment done. The mechanic found a very small problem with the front end and came and told us. We’re going back next week to get it done. He said you can drive it like it is but it should be fixed. Very impressive! Thank you!

I came from out of town for a girls weekend. I had car issues on Friday afternoon. Jay took my call when I called in a panic. He was very accommodating and even though the shop was busier with business than usual, because of my circumstances he took the time to diagnose my issue with my vehicle. Very thankful that I called the right place to help me get the issue addressed. Although it wasn’t an ideal circumstance and I wasn’t able to wait around to get my vehicle fixed there because I live almost 5 hours away, Jay was on standby and willing to do what he could to get parts and do his best to get my car fixed ASAP.Thanks so much for the assistance 100x over!

I was in town visiting family and had a warning light come up on my drive there. Purcell's was able to get my car in right away, got it checked out and fixed quickly for a reasonable price. It was pretty good service but slow. It has been twice now that I came in for just an oil change and waited for an hour for my car to get done. The thing is that there weren't many other people there and I had an appointment so I was left wondering what 5he problem was.

From the moment I walked in , I was greeted with a warm smile. The gal at the front desk listened to my issues and needs and found us an appointment in a short period of time . I told her we were on a road trip and we were able to have a nice conversation . She was extremely personable and asked the right questions for our tires needs. I am pleased with the work that was done on my truck. I have used Purcell in Osage Beach for several years and for all of our vehicles(4) and have always been pleased. I called to schedule my truck for service, dropped it off, received the call that it was ready for pick up and when I walked in to pay was informed of a new policy that they charged 3.5% additional charge if you pay with a credit card. I don’t walk around with $800 in cash and nobody said anything during any of the previous interactions. If you want to impose an extra charge, that is your right asa business owner, I am not upset about that but you had several opportunities to let me know about your new policy. I was told that the policy went into effect only 2 weeks ago so it wasn’t like the policy was 6 months old and I hadn’t been in during that time. The additional $25 charge was quite annoying since it was sprung on me after the work was done and I had no choice but to pay it. I was told that if I had cash or a check that I could avoid it - seriously $800 in cash or a check….. not a good execution on a new policy, very disappointing.

Our battery died while driving our son to College move-in day . Purcell Tire was there to give us a jump and replace our battery in 20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Purcell Tire turned our bad morning into a good one!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

I needed a brake inspection very quickly because they just went completely out. Purcell got me in, inspected and fixed within an hour of walking in. They gave me a detailed report if what was wrong and fixed and what still needed to be fixed soon. I was very pleased with their service.

Wasn't told how much mounting and balancing 4 tires/wheels would be when I made the appointment. After it was done it cost me $126. Pretty dang high price tag for a 45 minute job. Service was good, though.

I appreciate you asking so that is commendable of you but I was just commenting to someone I know that I would never go back there again so you will probably not like this review. I stopped in yesterday with my front left wheel making a terrible clicking noise like it was about to come off. They put it up on the lift and told me it was simply a brake line that had fallen down. When I picked it up they assured me that everything was now fine and they charged me $102 for that effort. When I got back in the car and drove about 20 feet it was apparent that the horrible clicking noise with still there and it sounded like the wheel was about to fall off. I had no choice but to drive it home and now I'm going to have to take it somewhere else but I'm a hundred and 102 dollars poorerJust as a follow-up on the way to a new mechanic on a four-lane highway going 55 miles an hour the whole wheel came off going over into a ditch and stranding us at the side of a road, there is also major damage as the car came down on the axle going that fast should not have happened especially after they said it was safe
