My Pomeranian got the worst grooming job I've ever seen here. I'm extremely disappointed. I typically do not like to complain or be negative about anything! I hope her beautiful fur grows back quickly! This was the first time she's had more than a belly & rear trim. I don't reccomend taking your Pomeranian here!

Sarah T is who we ask for each and every time. She never disappoints doing exactly what we ask for. The staff is very friendly, and the facility is well stocked, and organized.

Several things. First I had put the appointment on my calendar a week early. They were able to and sounded excited to do her grooming right away. Sarah B jumped at the chance to squeeze her in. Very impressed before the grooming. After, my baby looked amazing. Sarah will be seeing us again in about 6 weeks.

The groomer that I use is exceptional in her care of bear and my new family member duke whose a rescue dog and was in need of a grooming she got him in with in days, not only that but he was super anxious and he warmed up to her instantly. Her name is Sara and she is phenomenal and so good with my babies. Everyone in the grooming is so nice u can tell everyone loves the animals and it's not just a job. I will not take my babies to anywhere else.

They were great! They got my dog shinny and clean. He hadn't had a bath in over two years! (Rescue dog) They had to wash him 3 times she said. He looked and smelt so good. I was super happy and definitely will be back for all my dog grooming needs.

Lucy loves coming for her spa day!! We've used other Petco grooming salons, and the Osage Beach operation is by far the best!!! From the moment we walk in the door, we are greeted with kindness and smiles which makes it easy to leave our pet (and family member) in their care. To say they are the best would be an understatement!

Sarah did a great job trimming the fur babies nails.I stopped taking my (screamer) scottie because they never could get his nails clipped. I have been working with him to let me hold his paws and touch his nails and it paid off he was so good and let her cut them.There must have been a change in groomers because they were more pleasant and made me and my dogs feel welcome. I use to take both dogs to be groomed there and stopped because they told me they couldn't handle my dogs. So I groom them myself. Grant it I wouldn't win any grooming awards but at least they look better then they did a year ago...lolI will probably continue to groom them but will take them in for their nails.

Sara is very accommodating working with my Bailey. Bailey is a timid and skiddish dog who hates being out of her home. Sara helps me get her in and out of the salon. The haircut is wonderful and Bailey and I both appreciate the end look. Bailey is so much more comfortable now without all that hair.

There were two ladies there that I spoke to. Iam a retired person and can’t afford high grooming costs. They totally understood that and was so nice they did a trim on my dog(my daughter recently got him from a shelter and couldn’t take care of him I buy his food at petco and it’s very expensive these ladies were so very helpful and helped me pick a grooming pkg that I could afford they were do nice and the groom was just what I wanted very nice. It’s seldom that you find people wanting to help and understand your situation

Grooming staff extremely polite and they go the extra mile to make sure my pets are cared for, no matter which groomer is scheduled other staff help out with our dogs.. I know when I leave there they will be in good hands.
