One has long hair and he is always attentive, the other is a bald gentleman who may be fairly new.The darker haired lady which I think is manager, she does need some help on her customer service skills and smiling. She makes it very difficult to ask for help.

Why is it every time I come in there is just a bunch of dead fish in the tanks this one was the worst but I counted 4 tanks with dead fish there was 2 workers just walking around the store when I came in today and there’s always dead fish. Yet when I complained last time I bought fish because they made my entire tank sick and killed off 50% of my already bought fish saying they had the best water levels out of their group of stores. But we have the tanks looking like this

Petco definitely has a large selection of items for a wide variety of pets. That being said, we just have 4 cats. I feel that I am misrepresenting the situation, now that I think about it. There are 4 cats who occupy our home and, to a large extent, run our lives. A significant part of my morning has to do with cleaning up after them, including changing their cat litter. They are, shall we say, productive in this one regard. So we buy a lot of cat litter. We recently found that Petco has a pretty good deal on cat litter. If you get the "So Phresh Advanced Odor Control", It is refillable. You got it in 30 lb plastic containers, and then you can refill the containers from a big vat of litter in the store. It is then cheaper than most other cat litter, and seems to be high quality. Also, you avoid wasting a bunch of boxes or plastic bags that the litter comes in. Anyway, it is a reasonably good deal and we have now been doing this for some time. They have a wide selection of cat foods, although we actually don't buy our cat food here because we use a particular dietetic type because one of our cats has diabetes. I will say that they have a slightly limited variety of cat treats. I shouldn't be giving them a bunch of treats anyway, but they force me to. Anyway, Petco has a wide selection of pet related items if you happen to be controlled by some type of animal other than cats.

Got a new bed for my puppy for only $25 qnd an antler for $15! Great shop and I loved that I could take my puppy inside. They even have a convenient "accident" station which we took advantage of when she peed out of sheer excitement 😅

Pretty good selection of products, they do have a tendency to cater to dogs, and run a bit thin and expensive in the cat section. 90% of the time the employees are delightful. They DO have some sweet babies (kitties) for adoption. Everyone should stop and see them😊Update: Still great employees, awesome selection of reptiles. They have the most beautiful tiny frogs I've ever seen. Love this place!

It looks like their closing. There short handed, it takes forever to get help with animals. The price of their frozen live rats are outrageous. There always out of stock.

Rude and hateful associates. Insinuated we might steal a kitten. He said that we couldn't hold a kitten we wanted for adoption because it was too close to the doors. Then proceeded to ignore us. The cages are mounted by the front door!!!!

Great selection of products. Helpful staff. When I was checking out, clerk asked if I had the $5.00 coupon. I did not see them, and she ran to the back to get me one!Dropped from 5 to 3 stars. Visit yesterday had very poor selection of dog birthday wear and treats. Store clerk seemingly uncaring. Hate this, I used to shop here all the time!Repeat delivery of dog food arrived as scheduled. This is a convenient service as we buy 30+ pound bags and I don't have to go out and carry them around. The come right to the front door.

The grooming experience has always been excellent at this establishment. The staff are kind, considerate and careful with each pet. I was very nervous the first time I left my girl , but soon realized she was in safe hands and quickly became very satisfied with the staff. I trust them with my poodle and use them exclusively now. Not once have I ever had a negative interaction. They do a exceptional job. They are very caring.

As always, bought more than we bargained for. But got a heck of a deal!! Customer service was excellent! Everything was fully stocked. They also had some really cute new items on the shelves with their new pet clothing lines. Definitely a must see. Online order was ready as expected. And grooming appointments were scheduled perfectly.

Bought a kitten from Perco, and she was very sick . Feline Leukemia , gingivitis and dehydrated. The manger of store had no idea of kitten problems. He was so sorry to hear. He himself is calling shelter to inform them of problem. That was very good of him.It’s not the stores fault.Ozarks Kat and K9 Shelter should have known.I would not recommend anyone to adopt from this shelter! They think of animals as money.She is dying, there’s nothing we can do but keep her quiet and offer water and food . She can’t eat.

*GROOMING ONLY*Wish zero stars was an option. I had heard bad things from family and friends about the grooming here being overpriced, dogs coming home terrified, and issues with them accepting proof of vaccines. I booked an appointment anyway because I needed somewhere I could get in fast. They email you 100 times saying to have proof of rabies and that tags don’t count as proof. I showed up with the paperwork directly from my breeder. One groomer said it was fine, but another said it wouldn’t work. She stated I needed the tag, even though their emails and booking specifically says the tags don’t qualify as proof. I was most peeved that one groomer reviewed my paperwork and said it was fine, but the other one was INCREDIBLY rude about the situation. Really wanted to be able to have a good experience but it’s very clear they’ve earned their bad reputation. Won’t return.
