Will not return. We went just as lunch was starting so yes, they were busy. I understand busy and a wait! Several people behind the counter doing various things. We stood at the register for OVER TEN MINUTES with NOONE even acknowledging we were there. Is it really that difficult for someone to say, “Hello, we will be right with you.” Apparently that is too much to ask. Terrible customer service. Management needs to evaluate how customers are greeted and treated!!!! Another gentleman arrived and was in line behind us who was also ignored. WE LEFT. We went to the Cozy Cafe instead and as always we were greeted with a smile and were told to come on in and sit where we liked. Thank you Cozy Cafe at KK for your great food and friendly service.

I would give this less than 1 star if I could. The quality of avocados that were on my sandwich was disgusting and should never had been used. You can see that they were so bad and brown that they actually turned the bread brown where they laid on it. I will never eat at this establishment again.

Im a sip club member & travel a bit so I hit MANY paneras on the road. I am here on vacation and was dying for a soufflé. When I arrived they were out & I was crushed to say the least. Another worker over heard and came over (I wish I caught his name!) and suggested an alternative. He made me a sandwich on a croissant with egg & the same (or similar) kind of cheese as the soufflé. It was fantastic!! Really tasted like a sandwich version of one. Really really awesome service. Friendly faces, clean environment, and alsoooo LOOK AT THESE CUTE BROWNIES!! I’ve never seen a Panera add a little love like this place does. I just left 20 minutes ago and I’m already writing this review 🙂

Panera Bread is a very reliable place to get very good food and excellent drinks. I really don't use the the bakery service much anymore, though I used to like to get there bagels and baguettes, which have always been good. Every so often I will bring some bagels into work. I do wish that Google listed an additional rating category beyond food, service, and atmosphere. Namely, value. My son and I got lunch and with tip it was $55. He got The Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich and I got the Green Goddess Cobb salad. He got a mango smoothie. I got one of their sugar-free charged drinks (with caffeine). I am torn, because the salads are always excellent. They really are "clean", meaning there is no old or wilted lettuce like you often find in salads many places. You don't need to look through your salad to try to pick out the unfresh gunk. That is certainly worth a lot. I'm not absolutely sure it is worth $20, but I do have some additional add-ins. Anyway, we go here because they are absolutely reliable, and because we can put in an online order using their app and by the time I drive from my house to the restaurant it is ready for me to grab off the shelf. We rarely stay in the restaurant to eat. Anyway, Panera is right near some kind of economic tipping point where their higher prices are just barely justified by the quality of their food. I'm sure that is exactly where they want to be.

This location excels at all the best qualities of the Panera franchise. Warm, delicious, incredible smelling food, served up fast and with smiling... Eyes... Masks worn by all staff and required of guests. I stopped by on a dreary winter day, on a business trip, and just instantly felt relaxed and happier inside when I sat down to eat and work. Chipolte chicken avocado + autumn squash soup. Thanks Panera!

It's a chain. This is one of the better ran ones though. Only the drinks, half the baked goods, 3-4 things on the menu are good. White Cheddar Steak sandwich, soup in the bread bowl, etc. are good, but expensive for what you get. The Baggett that comes with the food was terrible quality and tasted like it was 2 days old. The bowls, salads, and most of food has poor quality ingredients is under seasoned.

We were making a quick stop for a coffee and bagel as we were passing through Lake of the Ozarks. After paying I find that the coffee is EMPTY and when I asked I was told they were about to make some. I asked when would it be ready and got a surly answer of 10 minutes. I selected a different coffee which was also low and not hot. Very disappointed in what is usually a good place to stop for a bite.

This store has some great employees & the GM is the best. She runs like her hairs on fire & does every job needed to keep lines short. Then she visits tables & helps clean up. Really appreciate her friendly helpful & professional work ethic.She treats you like your her good friend.

Ordered a duet of tuna salad on ciabatta bread and vegetable soup with an apple and Hibiscus tea...It was good, and the hot soup warmed me up

William at the front register is quite literally the most outgoing and professional cashier we've ever had the pleasure of interacting with.My sister and I had a huge lunch order for our large family and William never missed a beat. From the beginning he greeted us respectfully, helped us with the menu knowing it like the back of his hand. Multiple times he went out of his way suggesting a couple tweaks to our order that helped us with the value of our meals.Obviously a very skilled and hard working individual, hope he excels I his future career.

I just ordered a pick two through the drive through. The flatbread pizza and salad was nearly $18 without a drink! The young lady told me it would have been cheaper if I had ordered online and used curbside pickup. Undoes, we were traveling and didn’t have time to get out of line and so that. I am a club member, but Panera has lost me. I will not spend this much money on this type of food. Better off going to Texas Roadhouse where you get a huge meal for nearly the same cost.
