I have been SO incredibly impressed with the communication, follow through, professionalism, products, and services provided by Pacific Pools at the Lake.We have had several other pool companies open and close our pool in the past two years due to high turn over rates in employees and businesses going under. We live here year round and I have experienced frustration trying to get other companies to communicate with me before showing up to my house. One sent employees to my house after dark and no one knocked on my door to see if we were home first so that was quite a surprise. Another company put chemicals in the pool three different times, but it was still brown a week later (I was told this was "typical") so when I asked what chemicals they used and what I was being charged for, I was told the people who do the chemicals, the people who do the billing, and the people who do the cleaning of the pool are all different people so no one knows. Finally, the last company did not fill my pool, even though the hose was in plain sight next to the pool, but did turn on the pump. I was not told that anyone had came and opened the pool and we were not home. It was a day later that I arrived home to find that the pump had been running with no water through it for over 24hours.All of that to say, I had lost all faith in pool companies. I was just going to open the pool myself. I am SO THANKFUL that I called Pacific Pools! Chad, the owner, personally stopped by my house to make sure everything was ready for Luke to come and open the pool the next day. He took pictures so that the work order would be clear. Elizabeth in the front office is the epitome of customer service and made scheduling so easy. She communicated with me clearly about what would be done, how it would be done, and when it would be done. After Luke opened the pool, she called to follow up to let me know what would happen next. When Luke was at my home he knocked on the door to let me know he was there and then to let me know when he was leaving. Oh! And he brought my pool chemicals with him so that I don't have to purchase them elsewhere and hassle with picking them up.This might all seem trivial, but to me, as a business owner and consumer, it's the little touches that matter. This is a business that serves an influx of customers in a short amount of time and handles it well. I am thoroughly impressed!

First time using Pacific Pool, have to say that staff is very friendly. Service was excellent. Came out once a week cleaned and serviced pool. Pool was always in great shape for us to use, especially the grandkids. Pricing for service and any repairs that was needed was excellent. Will be using their service again next year. COMMUNICATION is good. I ordered my Bullfrog spa and the delivery was scheduled. They also called before heading my way to confirm arrival.SERVICE is exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. My hot tub was delivered and installed properly, and they had me up and running with a full, treated hot tub before leaving.EXPERTISE is always something I look for in people I work with. Pacific Pools has been able to answer my questions satisfactorily.PRODUCT QUALITY: I chose a Bullfrog brand hot tub based on thorough research. Bullfrog is the only brand I'd go with at this time, based on their quality and features. The brand is innovative and offers a really good warranty.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews that why I gave it 2 stars. Called 9 days ago to get a bid for a new pool. Here it is 9 days later and no one has even bothered to contact me to schedule a time or even say hello. I guess they are on lake time.

I contacted a different hot tub repair company that came out and charged me $400 and the hot tub still didn’t work… I called Pacific Pools and they came out and fixed my hot tub up and it didn’t cost much at all. I will for sure use you all again. Great service and reasonable pricing!

Used Pacific Pools for several years for all service on our pool and spa. Chad and Amy were always very responsive....always responding to text questions and scheduling repairs even at the busiest of seasons. Always felt they were fair and honest and did their best to accommodate our schedules. Dependable and reliable. Needed to get repairs done to meet a deadline...and Chad jumped through hoops to make it happen. Always pleasant to work with.

I contacted Pacific Pools in late February 2019 to repair my hot tub. After waiting 2 weeks for service they replaced a ciruit board for a total of $340.00. This repair failed within 7 days. I waited another 2 weeks to be told I needed a new pump. Another 2 weeks to have the pump installed for $395.00. The pump failed within 48 hours. Waited 2 weeks for Chad to come out and order a warranty pump. Chad installed the warranty pump 2 weeks later which failed within 48 hours. I have been without my hot tub for approximately 3 months and no one at Pacific Pools will tell me when it will be fixed. If you want to wait 2 weeks for poor, unprofessional service and products then Pacific Pool is the company for you.

If you expect no communication about service and billing, this is the pool company you want. Third year of the relationship and still no effort to do what was promised. Pool not opened when scheduled. No communication on next steps or when repair work earlier discussed would be done.Call the owners and still no action. Did receive a bill though. Also, replaced a pump last year that only because I asked about did I get a bill for it. Old pump still here for me to do something with.The one star is because the weekly guy Mike did do a good job last year after opened. If you don’t want a pro-active and communicative service provider, these are your guys and gals. No longer a customer.

I really can't comment on their service quality since I have been in and called 8-10 times concerning a leak in my spa and no one EVER came out or called even though I was told it would be taken care of. Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. Mark, who did respond after selling and delivering the spa has left the company. If you want service for your purchase, Do not go here! One Star only because I can't give Zero stars to match their service.

Chad took time from his busy schedule to come by and check out a pump and leak problem. Only charged me a ridiculously small service charge and found some other problem I didn't notice and repaired at no charge. I would recommend to anyone. His business is Honest, Professional and Friendly

Very rude person who answered the phone there this morning when I called!! This woman told me I should just look the information I was calling for up myself online. I was like "wow." She was extremely hateful on the phone telling me we are not accepting any new customers. Guess these folks don't need our business folks don't waste your time calling this place!
