We bought a Wetstep ladder and discovered it wouldn't fit in our vehicle. The sales person offered to deliver it to us same day, as an extra service, on his own time. I feel the staff went above and beyond to make the customer happy. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. Worth traveling the extra mile for your purc!ase.

Friendly and helpful staff. Just tell the folks at the desk what you need and they will take you to it. You can be in/out by the time you've walked in at the big box stores.

Was referred here by the "Orange" big box store. They had what I needed. It's a newer store. Very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I took extra time to meander around and check things out. They have most anything you need.

A friend of mine went to Nicks the other day and he told me his experience was awful. He said he was never greeted or offered any help. He said staff was unfriendly and there were a lot of kids working there who knew absolutely nothing about what they were doing. Not a great start Nicks for only being open a couple weeks. Seems you need to re evaluate your customer service skills and get people who have some experience.

sold us a faulty $30 pool noodle and it leaked all air within five minutes of being in the water. when going to return it, they said it looked like we left it out in the sun. they did not accept the return as they "don't give returns on that kinda stuff." it had been bought one day prior and was kept in the dark. do not recommend, insanely rude staff.

A 1 gal pump sprayer for $69. at Wal-Mart $16 for 2 gal. Everything so expensive and not a big store. I realize it's new and they sell things Wal-Mart doesn't but that price is crazy.
