Felt like I was with family. Everyone there was just amazing. The wife and I were on our vacation road trip when we started having electrical issues. This was on a Saturday afternoon about 2:30-3:00pm. Even though they had enough customers waiting for work to be done that would they would be busy till after closing hours, they still made sure we were taken care of. Matt, the shop manager, was a total professional. Our electrical issue was diagnosed and repaired. They also made sure that our 5,000 mile service was completed, being we were at 5,500 miles on the odometer, and we were still over 1,500 miles from home. The whole staff was incredible. We were completely humbled by how well they treated us and made us feel like we were at home. They helped keep our trip filled with great memories. They are the best!Thank you all, for an amazing experience.

Rode down to grab a store chip. Good selection for the store size. Actually had some well priced passenger floor boards, so I bought them. We were in on a Sunday. The only 2 in the store at the time... thought it would have been cool if he could have helped me install them right quick, but said service was closed. It's all good though. 👍

I had a broken clutch cable, with worn clutch plates. Took it to service at 9am on Saturday of Bike Fest week, and had it back by 11am. The service team crushed it!!! Thank you!

Edit: Well customer service is definitely better, almost to good! Got stopped by 4 employees on the way to the parts desk. They had what I needed and I was out the door and on my way after that.Poor customer service. I've been in 3 times to look at bikes and never got anything more than a hello. I get not wanting to smoother a customer, but come on I at least want a sales dialogue opened up I am looking at spending quite a bit of money!

Still waiting.Update:After the better part of the week getting no call back finally got a call. “General manager” called me back and seemed relatively aggravated he had to call. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ll give you two stars for at least calling back.

Visited during 2022 Bike fest and one thing among many things struck me as odd...that was the fact that there was no high pressure sales tactics or predatory salesmen hawking your every move but rather the employees were informative,rather than vague and bothersome. It seems that the salesmen were more interested in educating and helping people understand the commitment and value of buying a Harley Davidson. Even invited to take any of their bikes for a test ride. Persuasive and friendly. Although I didn't purchase a bike that week, I walked away with confidence and knowledge that when I am ready to buy I know where I'll be going. Thanks for the respect given and the information soaked up. Lake of the Ozarks Harley Davidson is the only choice. #freedom

I gave them $3500 cash for a down payment. they financed $3500 extra . I paid $7000 over invoice. I was stupid and did not get a receipt for the $3500 cash . Lake of the Ozarks Harley Davidson are CROOKS I do not recommend any Harley davidson dealers!!

Was there May 2022 - This is a difficult rating to give because they really didn't do anything wrong per se, but... 5-stars means perfect right? I was asking about a particular very high end bike and was given a bit of an attitude and just a snotty remark about my own bike which is a 2015 CVO. I was having a bit of a vibration (I'm from Tennessee) and they were willing in service to look at it that day which was nice, but it was minor so I declined. Turns out it was the tire, but not to get sidetracked. The remark came from sales along the lines I would really be doing myself a favor to trade in my piece of junk for their $55K CVO on the floor. Yeah, sure thing guys.Sales are sales, I get it, but you know what I'm 60 year old with plenty of money and good credit - save the chump games for a chump.Otherwise, nice people and a nice dealership.
