Phu is the best at pedicures. He does a complete job and he even warms up his lotion. I have never had a bad one. His wife is also very adept at manicures and waxing. I love that they always make time to fit me in. I have gone to nail salons for 30 years in bigger cities and they rank above any of those. Job well done!

I had the lady she just did the basic to call a pedicure get me in and out...They were not busy.I don't treat myself as often as most women .....You won't get pampered here unless you get the man.....he took his time with leg and foot message.That lady was there when I got there & still there when I left....Iam very disappointed

I honestly would give 0 stars if I could. I asked for a glittery orange. What I got was horrible. She tried to do a plain orange at first. I had to ask for my nails to be filed again multiple times because they were not smooth (finished product.still not smooth). The woman who did my nails was not pleasant. Would not suggest, will not return.

I had every single person work on me. It wasn't like they squeezed me in, I had an appointment. I had a dip manicure and my nails were very uneven and bumpy. There was dip over my skin well passed my nail beds. When she was using the dremel she nicked my skin repeatedly and made me bleed on 3 fingers. I was able to file them down when I got home to clean them up but I won't go back.

Fu is Amazing!! They always get me right in when I call ahead of time for an appointment no waiting! But they do excellent work so if there is a wait it’s well worth the few extra minutes!!!! They were nice people, but they did the entire process out of order. They put zero effort Into removing calluses, and my polish was put on in chunks. Definitely not smooth at all. It looks terrible. I've set up an appointment for my regular nail tech to redo it when I get back home.

This was the worst nails I have ever had done. I can do better MYSELF. The pedicure was nice the son does an amazing job with the massage and scrubbing. The paint however and shape of my toenails was terrible. Then we moved over the nail section to get a fill and my mother just wanted a soak off and then a manicure. Well the mother was doing the nails and she was so rude. yelled at us multiple times. The nails are lumpy, bad polish all over my cuticles the length of the nails aren't even and she rushed through the entire process. Seriously the worst nails I have ever had done at the Lake. Even my moms were terrible, how do you mess up a regular polish manicure? I now know why they had an available slot for us. I will never go here again, I would not recommend this nail salon, go to Micheal at Lindas he is much better than that mean, untalented woman.Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure

I'm very happy with my visit. They did a great job cleaning my nails up. While there, 2 other patrons told me they did a really good job here. I'll deffinitely be back. I went on a weekday in March, so the wait wasn't long. I would expect any nail salon in the area to have a longer wait during the summer with so many visitors to the area.

The lady who did my nails was very rushed. She didn't get all of my previous color off before proceeding to put the new color on. When I was done, the gel color still felt tacky. She kept yelling at me that they were dry. I also had a spot that was messed up and asked her to fix it. She filed it down, but it left a white spot that she wasn't going to fix until I pointed it out. She also yelled at the lady next to me that her toenails were dry and to put her shoes on, but they were still tacky, too. The lady basically tried to force the shoes on the lady...it was super cringy. The man was super cool and good though. Go see himService: Manicure

I brought my fiancee to here to get her nails done. She said she wanted short white tips. She had to come home and finish the nails herself, and the original price was 40 dollars and some change. I remember receiving the change on my debit card, and looking at it. Then some how an hour after we left there was additional 9 some added to the change and was brought up to 50 dollars. I don't believe I'll be going here again.

I had a gift certificate to use there and went in on a Fri afternoon they asked if I could come back in a couple of hours because they were too busy. Didn't go. Went in the next Fri and they asked if I could come back in an hour, they were busy. I said "No" I'll wait here. And continued to explain to them how they did that to me last Friday and it was rude. I got acrylic nails and had them painted and two days later they started chipping. Didn't go back and won't.

Called to say we'd be about 10 minutes late. They said ok...we got there and they didn't service a member of our party. ( a new mom who needed a pamper day) The one young girl was rude and said they couldn't do it and there were no other customers waiting. Customer service was very bad.

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews but after my recent visit I'm pretty frustrated. I went in for a regular pedicure. The staff were very nice and thorough it seemed. I dried my toes for about 20 minutes and I left happy! I wore flip flops for the next hour and a half until I got home. I sat in my bed and my toes brushed against my sheets, instantly shifting and smearing some of the polish. I had work in 30 minutes where I have to wear tennis shoes so I went back in right before work and asked for an appointment in a few days to retouch them up. The older woman claimed that I shouldn't have worn tennis shoes, to which I told her I hadn't, so she then said I should've gotten gel. I've never had an issue with regular polish. She proceeded to refuse to make a new appointment and pulled me over to a chair. I told her I had work in 30 minutes and a touch up wouldn't dry in time. She ignored that and dabbed at the smudges with new paint, making them nowhere near smooth. I told her again that I had work in 30 minutes and just wanted to make an appointment to fix them when I didn't have work. She rolled her eyes, flipped her hand at me, and went back to a different customer and never said a word to me again. I left. I only wanted a touch up when I didn't have work. I've never had an experience like this at a salon and am very disappinted with how I was treated, especially when I gave her nothing but respect and a simple request.

I came in for a color change , and I received more than what I asked for at a great price. They did an amazing job on my nails. I got a color changing gel love them! I get home and lay in bed , realize they glow in the dark also!! I am IN LOVE! Thank you. I will be coming back.

Don’t even waste your time or money. 27$ for basically just a polish change. The top coat was super heavy. Nails were not fully cleaned(sides/cuticles). Cut uneven. And my heels are still rough. This was not a pedicure. I’ve never been so upset with a pedicure.Service: Pedicure

Six pedicure seats allowed for our "girls day" to be successful. Lots of colors of polish to choose from. Techs were excellent and friendly. Small language barrier between us and the techs so we had to ask for things to be repeated but everyone was smiling about it including us. $25 for pedicure was reasonable.

I get my nails done every two weeks on the dot. I am down here for vacation and needed two nails repaired, a fill, and color change. I have always paid $30 for all of that and I was just charged $45 at lake nails. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They charged me to shape my nails which I have never been charged for that. They also charged me for the length of my nails. The are outrageous for charging all the fees for something that is included in getting your nails done. It should never cost more to get your nails filled than it does to get a full set. I will never come back to this establishment.

I took my daughter in on Sunday to get acrylics for her birthday while I decided to just get a pedicure. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman applying my daughter's acrylics not only berated her for biting her nails (she has OCD and cannot help it), but shamed my daughter, loudly to multiple other clients as well as trash-talking my daughter to her friend that she talked on the phone to the entire time we were there. At first, I really liked my pedicure despite it being a little painful as she ripped chunks of my toenails out, but now, on Tuesday (just 2 days later) several of my toes are still sore and beginning to become infected (red, tender, and swollen). I've never tried this salon before as there are others closer to home I like, but this was the only salon in our town open on a Sunday. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've been here several times and have always been super happy with my nails! It's also very reasonably priced - this is the only place I go at the lake. I would definitely recommend making an appointment, though-- especially in the summer, as you might wait awhile otherwise.

Tried to charge me for something I didnt ask for. I didn't ask for gel and I didn't know what gel looked like and she did gel and tried to charge me for it. Then I went to tell her I didnt ask for that she said to sit and she'd chop my nails off. The man tried to refund me some of the money she scammed me for and she started screaming at me. There was flys and nats everywhere. The dude even killed a nat and smashed it on the towel he was doing my nails on. They didn't wash there hands between customers and my nails are uneven and chunky. The nail coating is terrible. Don't even waste your time they will scam you.Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

This place was rated the BEST on the Lake??? Why? Didn't give a good Pedi... Didn't rub/ message feet, no one after us . sucked... Rude & wife didn't speak English while trying to communicate?... Do not recommend

Horrible! I scheduled an appointment 2 days ago. Showed up today for my appointment and lady at a salon greeted me with ; who are you ? I never seen you before, and I never did your nails . She had no idea about an appointment. I asked her how long it is going to be before she can see me. She answered that she has never done my nails , so she Das not know . Turned her back on me with a comment; what is she doing here? ..... I felt like I showed up at her personal house to ask for a cup of coffee and a pedicure. I will never go back . And I will tell everyone not to go there
