This place is frigging awesome!! Was on vacation at the Ozarks and stopped there for a few supplies. First time there and I was blown away. Found things that never saw before. Restaurants inside, deli was huge. I wished we had one. And I wish it wasn't so far away. I wanna go back!!

What a great grocery store. a lot of selections on different things. Went there with a girl from Facebook dating. To see LSU VS. Missouri. Ended up at the store because the girl needed alcohol all the time which was annoying.She knew I didn’t drink , and haven’t for last three years. She said OK and I brought our trip to show her what it was like to see the LSU Tigers on the road.: well that soon a big mistake like we all know before you even read the story. This Internet, data and stuff is up for the weak trust me. So I went to Hy-Vee grocery store to get their Apple’s Red Ale or whatever. It was very impressed how the store was laid out and how much inventory it had great job.Well, I’m already back in Louisiana and she still looking for a ride a week later to come home from Missouri. Because I said I was gonna go to the store to get her alcohol and never came back. Lol somebody help her.🤣🤣

Live about an hour away between the lake and Sedalia but deal with medical appointments in this area great place to stop by for seafood and some Meats compared to the local mom and pop stores there's a place in Jefferson City that I love to go for meat off City Highway and 54 across the street from Taco Bell best steaks and meat selection that I have found for 2 hours in any direction but Hy-Vee and this location has a wide variety between the bakery the deli the fish Wahlburgers Chinese buffet meat and cheese slicing Meats the local deli with more local cuisine you know mac and cheese green beans chicken than the deli carved Meats little high priced but it's the Lake on to the fish and the shrimp and good choices of that stuff then the butcher the meats in the display cases and then on the shelves good place to stop for quick Chinese food not much of a selection but not too bad

Great selection of just about anything you might need. Very impressed with deli area, hot food offerings, and wine selections for this sort of store.Very helpful employees in every department.

Check out lines always open with cashier's !! Hate self check out that every business wants to push us to. Store is very clean, great meat department, good sales, liquor dept, and florist. Could be a bit more competitive on some prices, and they never have saltine crackers....very odd.

I was super sad when they got self checkouts. I quit shopping at every other grocery store because all there is is self checkouts. But Hy-Vee still has regular people to check you out and they are all very kind and generous people. All of the employees always look nice, clean and presentable And the store is always nice clean and presentable as well overall still one of the best places to get all kinds of cool meat for grilling and different cultural foods, and fresh fruit

This place is clean, has a great GF section. ( prob the most options iv seen in a grocery store) but a bit pricey. Employees seem rather nice as well. They have a hot food section. Pizza and chinese food. A area to eat at. They also have a floral section. ( over priced) big store with lots of brand options. But also big price tags. If your looking for something particular they probably have it. Their produce seems rather well too. I wouldn't mind shopping here again sometime. But just for the GF. Unless they have good sales on produce.

Watch the you scans! I've had to go to customer service to fix prices a few times. If your not paying attention you'll never catch it. Other than that clean place with nice people. Higher prices than most others.

Absolutely prefer HyVee, especially for meat, seafood and liquor. They always have experts available to help you with what you need. It is always nice to have someone when I am looking for a specific bourbon or wine.The meat department has a huge selection of several different grade steak and also have plenty of different seafood to choose from.So happy to have a HyVee!

I hate self-checkout.30 people on staff at all times, and I have to ring up my own purchase while an employee watches?!This isn't progress, it's absurdity.

I love hyvee and I am going to miss it a lot. Staff is always friendly, store is clean, prices are fair and it’s usually never super hectic and crowded in the store. I really hope they keep expanding

I love the people at this store best customer service! But tonight I wanted caah back at the last minute realized I didn't transfer enough money over. Instead of making sure it was ok to do a total refund and start over he just did it. I paid for the stuff I got and recieved my cash back but now what he refunded is pending and can take up to 10 buisness days to go back. That was the rest of my money. Word of advice please be mindful that not everyone has a bunch of money laying around to have to be wait on a refund. But he was very polite .

This is an amazing store. I'm from New Orleans so to see a store that is employee owned blew my mind. You can really see the pride taken in everything. Purchased some beautiful steaks to throw on the grill while on vacation up here. Also found some chips that I have seen since 1997. Great experience!

This store has everything! It is pricey but this store has a vast variety of foods with a great liquor department and so much Kansas City Chiefs gear if you are a fan! The steak kabobs were a little tough, not as good as the rest of the food that we bought but the brats, Cinnamon buns, spreads, watermelon, etc. were of a very high quality.

Literally our favorite place to shop while at the Lake of the Ozarks. Their meat selection is above most of our local groceries at home. Always clean, always organized. They have and always will be our go to!

I love that every night HyVee puts each days deli items in a refrigerated food casing so we can buy it at approximately 1/2 the original prices. It also gives food stamp recipient's a chance to afford to treat themselves to deli foods. Since they are cold & not being served hot. They become qualified to be purchased with food stamps. These items sell out very quickly.

A little expensive but it this place goes a long way. The food court inside is amazing and my favorite spot is the Asian cuisine. The sweet chili chicken and lo mien noodles 🤤 and of course I can't forget to mention the great customer service I've always got with every visit. Thank you to one staff member who pointed out the semi toy sale for my kids. We got 4! Lol
