Anytime we go it's always fun just walking around looking at things or finding something new to make. The staff is always super helpful with suggestions or maybe even offer something they've tried in the past

I always enjoy shopping at Hobby Lobby, but I feel the need to inform customers to check their bag(s) to make sure they have all of their purchases before leaving the parking lot.This is especially important for folks living around the lake since the driving distance can be considerable, not to mention the cost of crossing the dreaded "community bridge".I learned the hard way and was missing 6 of my 8 purchased items after driving home across the lake. I called and spoke to the manager, who understood and apologized. He also refunded $6 to me for my trouble, and for my having to drive back across the lake to retrieve the remainder of my items.I appreciated that but wanted to inform other customers just the same.

The store itself is great.. it's the people up front that get to me. 1 maybe 2 checkouts open.. line backed up, 1 or 2 women standing around doing absolutely nothing.. and do they help, of course.. they call someone to come help so they can continue to just stand there and look at how long the line is. Pretty irritating and doesn't look very good. Most stores are struggling to even find help, not hobby lobby, they can pay people to just stand there and do absolutely nothing. Hiring????

Grand opening of the osage beach hobby lobby. The store is pack with crafty people and store associates. They are very eager to make everyones first expierence there a great one. The biggest problem we had was that my wife wanted to buy far more then the small car we brought could hold.

I really appreciate this store! Everything is in its place neat and tidy they do a really good job keeping this place well organized. I always find what I need as soon as I need to find it I say that because I enjoy browsing the store on my way to get whatever it is I really need just because it's so nice here. If you're into arts and crafts definitely come by and check it out. Or if you're just wanting to pick up something to decorate your house a little bit they got everything from plates to clocks.

Went in here to pick up a Lego set and surprised they don't have a single set in the store. A huge Hobby store that doesn't sell Legos, even WM has Legos so that's where I ended up going. Other than their sales, this store is way overpriced.

I really enjoy the store in Osage Beach. The employees are normally helpful, the store overall is well stocked and organized. The one that keeps this rating from a 5 is the fact that even though there are people backed up to the isles, only two check out lines were open. This is not an unusual thing at this store which is off putting. We’ve waited in line for over 10 minutes more than once.

We went in last night and had the most disgusting experience we were in the Christmas department. We asked a man for help you could tell he was very put off by this. I wanted three Christmas trees. He walks away. A few minutes later a young girl came through and asked if we needed any assistance. We told her somebody was supposed to be helping us, but he was clearly agitated by helping us. She told us she could’ve sure as he was not. She continue to listen to what we needed the man came walking back over I have never had a store associate raise their voice with me until this man. Another lady was asking about a tree. He was very rude to her as well. He raised his voice with young girl that had been helping. A few minutes later, I approached him about how unprofessional he was he proceeded to raise his voice with me then I walked away. Me and my daughter were around the front of the store and I could hear him talking to another associate about me in front of customers so we stayed close to the front of the store because at this point I didn’t know if I wanted to buy anything, a few minutes later, I hear him yelling at that poor girl again that was trying to help us. You could see the despair in her eyes with the way he was talking to her. I made a point to find her a little bit later and thank her for her help and being so kind , I told her she needed to go to the manager because he needed to be removed from the store. He was awful. Before I left I found out that this man was the store manager absolutely disgusting. This store claims to be a Christian-based store and has somebody that awful working I am tempted to take everything I have from Hobby lobby right back for a return the customer service from this manager was absolutely disgraceful. A true Christian-based store would not treat customers nor employees this way if I had been that girl I would’ve walked out and quit right then I’m a customer I don’t have to put up with it. I hate that she does. She was such a sweet girl, and then to talk about my daughter and myself to another associate in front of a bunch of customers in the store and he was not being quiet about it. He was being very loud we could hear him a good 50 foot away.

I love Hobby Lobby. So thrilled to have our own now. They have anything you want or need for any hobby you can imagine. Awesome place. Always a wait at the register, but that is every Hobby Lobby anywhere. They seriously need to update their system.I love Hobby Lobby. It's my favorite place to go. If I won the lotto, the first thing I think I'd do is spend a day at Hobby Lobby, and buy all the stuff I want 👽I'm not too thrilled with their customer service. They will let you stand in line behind ten people while two cashier's just stand and talk. Maybe I just don't know what's going on, but it seems to happen there a lot. Still got awesome stuff tho.

Hobby Lobby pretends to he Christian but just like everything else, it's a show. I go there very rarely because it usually doesn't have what I actually need and it's very difficult to get someone to help you.

I have to admit that I'm a Hobby Lobby freak. I'm like a kid in the biggest toy store in the world in there. They have amazing crafting supplies and it's my favorite go to for it. Amazing stuff.

I LOVE Hobby Lobby and am so excited to have one at the Lake, however sometimes I weigh my options that I might just drive to Jeff City to shop. In the Jeff City store I have never waited very long in line, staff are so polite, I am asked if I am finding everything okay, they are so nice....at the Lake itnis complete opposite, I see staff in 3 or 4 standing around a register while 1 register is open and checking people out, on multiple occasions, seems as though staff talking is more important than the customers and one visit the cashier had not rang the items correctly a d I caught it as I was walking out, when I went back to get it fixed they had no clue what to do and I understand they are still teaching and learning, but it was the making it seems like my fault that was hard to get past.

Very clean. The cashier was super friendly and FAST!!! So excited for all the sales they have going on. The employees seem to know where everything is. Make sure you stop by the clearance section for all the stuff you didn't know you needed. I definitely appreciate this store at the Lake. So nice to have something right here when creativity strikes.

The arts and crafts going on this place are AMAZONG! I wish I had pictured the markers and beads because they have the largest inventory I've seen! Definitely coming back. Thanks for letting us walk around, check stuff out and answer all the questions we had about your products. The staff was wonderful, too. Supper friendly and knowledgeable.
