I do not recommend staying here. Upon walking in, the whole place smelled like weed, not a big deal to me but I know it would bother some. The rooms are small and not very clean. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Stray hairs in the sink and shower, bath tub didn’t drain properly. The bathroom is barely big enough to open the door and not hit the toilet. It’s not really even big enough to change your clothes in. Two towels available in a double room booked for 3 people. The towels also smelled like grease. Not really sure how that happens??? The mattress is very hard. Like half a step above sleeping on the floor….may be. Breakfast consists of waffles, prepackaged pastries, and cereal. The pool was out of order. Definitely won’t be back.

In general… this hotel is clean. However, the price we paid does not match the overall quality of the room. It’s time for some updates. The beds were really firm with small pillows and the restroom/sink area is where I truly felt as though I jumped back in time to my childhood. Water pressure was great and the linens were all clean. Also, for those pregnant, injured, or disabled there is no elevator so you will want to request a first floor room. Another note, the entrance from the highway is tricky and the halls did smell of weed.

The hotel was clean & spacious. We appreciated the nice smell in the halls & our room. Property was well cared for. The indoor& outdoor pool looked beyond inviting.Rooms: Clean, spacious, convenient, & smelled so good!Nearby activities: Plenty of eating establishments. Activities were only a short drive from hotel.Safety: Area was nice & safe

The building smelled like weed immediately upon entering. The beds looked clean aside from a few hairs found in the bedding, which I assume is just from housekeeping. We found 2 different bugs within an hour of being in the room. The first being an earwig in the bathroom, and the other being what I assume is some type of beetle by the tv. There were also pieces of chewed up beef sticks on the floor and in the heater vent from a previous guest. Overall, it felt a bit icky to stay here, but there are worse places to be.

The room was updated with new carpet and a bench, but the bathroom was abysmal. Biggest problem, the smell of bleach was absolutely nauseating. I don't hate bleach, but I cannot explain enough that it was overpowering and the whole place felt toxic. The staff was nice, I only saw them twice. No one was there most of the time. The coffee maker was gross. All of the amenities were closed for winter. The indoor pool, the game room, the gym. I hate leaving a bad review but man, they have a long way to go. Oh! Almost forgot to mention the bullet hole in the minifridge.

Booked with Travelocity. Arrived at midnight. Hotel said my reservation had been cancelled. And they already put someone in the room. They said to just buy a room at the same rate and call Travelocity to get myMoney back. Ok I said. Got another room.Next day called Travelocity. It’s the hotels job to refund. Not Travelocity. So Travelocity and later Expedia called them to fix the issue. They refused to refund my room. Now they know they have charged me twice and it’s their fault and still refuse to return my money. I call this theft. When a business steals from their customers they shouldn’t be a business anymore.Since this is privately owned days inn won’t do anything either. So neither Wyndham or days inn will get my business again.Being in sales I have replaced thousands of dollars of equipment to keep a customer happy. Days Inn won’t refund $75. What kinda company is this? Don’t stay here or any days inn ever.

This place is a slum. Stayed for 1 night, trying to avoid air bnb fees. Was hoping to swim with my daughter. There was no way we were getting in that pool. Weird people walking around property. Do people live here? Whole place smelled like weed. Heeeebee geeebees.Rooms: Could be cleaned better. Stray hairs in the bathroom, decided not to risk showering.

We had a handicap accessible king room. The room was large and the bathroom had an emergency phone in it. The bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet. The carpet was gross! It felt sticky to walk on barefoot. The smell as we opened the room door was overwhelmingly musty. We had to buy airfreshener to make it tolerable. There was mildew all over the back of the desk chair. The outside of the microwave was dirty. There were blood spots on the carpet and several spots on the bedspread and duvet. There was a dirt ring around the tub and caulking was brown or missing around the sink. The bathroom floor was dirty. The price online was worth it anyway. I cleaned what I could, myself. Their hot breakfast consisted of make-yourself waffles and hot coffee, cold items was the usual 2 choices of sugary cereal, 3 flavors of yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, muffin or danish.Nearby activities: Lots of lake activities.

Employee out in parking lot smoking weed when we arrived and walked in smelling terrible and walked into managers office. Very outdated and dirty rooms. Shower was filthy, bath door doesn’t even open all the way and hits the toilet, toilet not caulked and filthy around base, corners are disgusting, mold in windows frames and door jambs, faucets and bath ceiling rusted and gross. I would have eaten the cost and left if my wife wasn’t sick and already asleep. Find another place to stay.Safety: Intoxicated people in common areas and very loud past 11pm on night of stay. I went out and asked them to keep it down and they were very confrontational and smelled of weed and alcohol. Had to threaten front desk that I was calling police to get them to do anything

The young lady at the desk was just a really caring person and was very pleasant which is rare in hotel business. It was refreshing!Noteworthy details: Just need to recognize the lady at desk for her wonderful attitude

My first room smelled of stale dirty pillows. The room appeared generally clean but old and a bit run down. The clerk at the desk quickly accommodated me by giving me a new room in the adjacent seemingly newer building. This room smelled of cleaning bleach but was nicer and newer. The floor must have been dog friendly as a very loud dog barked as we went down the hall. At midnight there were several noisy guests including children and again noisy people at 2:15 a.m. The room was clean but kind of sloppily constructed. There were soap scum spots on the sink. The bed was very comfortable. Temp easy to control. Breakfast was limited but that's as advertised. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. Overall not a great motel but not awful either. Staff was helpful. But I probably would not book here again.

The best thing about this place is the location, right next to Wobbly Boots. We reserved a room with a fold out couch. When we arrived, our room did not have a fold out couch. The front desk person really did nothing. Then attempted to shower. The faucet to turn on water just spins. So luckily the hubby had a tool he could use to "turn" on the water. Front desk guy could speak little to no English so he was of no help. Called customer service after we got home. Gave us a small discount. ***but I bet the shower faucet is still broke!!

It was right on the main road next to wobbly boots. We got the jacuzzi suite and it had a real good amount of room. It was pretty clean. There were ants but I just think the room had not been used in a while because it wasn't an infestation. Overall I was happy, we only needed to stay for a night and they had a small breakfast served. I would stay here again.Walkability: There is a lot near by which makes it a convenient location.

My stay was great. They have new staff and new owner. The room are being remodeled with new furniture the rooms are looking great. Breakfast is good for Daysinn. Was comfortable in the lobby with presentable music playing. I felt like I was at home. My kids had a great time the indoor pool was nice and heated. The staff was great when ever we needed something. Thank you Jeffery and Kirsten for being great to us while we stayed there.

The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent for this hotel. Breakfast was limited but more than adequate.Only compliant is that when we arrived around 9:30 pm there was a terrible smell in the parking lot. I hope that is a one-off situation but it reeked.

This hotel is dirty. I had to request a different room 3 times. The first room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. The second room SMELLED so bad of sweat and pee that it made my eyes water. The third room still had a mild musty oder, but at this point, I just lived with it.

This was a disaster. I would not suggest to stay here ever. First of all when we pulled in it gave off the vibe of being super sketchy but it was too late to be able too change locations at that point and I was hoping it was because it was night time. When we walked in to get our room keys it smelled like a tattoo shop and there was a man that later we found out that worked there was just sitting in the lobby staring at us 3 girls. We got our keys and went to the 2nd floor (no elevator btw). There were lights out and we felt like we were going to get murdered. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the bathroom door was damaged to all hell and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. The lighting was super dim so we couldn't fully check to see if there was any bugs or stains on the carpet. I did fully check the beds and Thankfully there weren't either there. We locked the door and still didn't feel secure behind the door. The walls were thin and we could hear clearly what was going on in the hall or next door. Since the bed was clean we laid down to go to sleep and the mattress was at max 10 inches thick and felt like we were sleeping on a cement floor. I am 28 and in good shape but when I got up every hour or so and fully got up at 5am I wanted to cry and get a different hotel at that point. We went downstairs when breakfast was served and thankfully there were at least packages muffins and a coffee machine. We were originally planned to stay 3 nights but knew we couldn't spend 3 nights on that mattress so we very slowly and in obvious pain went up to see if we could check out early. Thankfully he, who was staring at us the night before, didn't charge us for all 3 nights but I told him all of our issues and he still didn't waive the night before or discount our night at all. Our one night totalled 174 dollars for a ton of pain and suffering. When you want a hotel you want safety, cleanliness and comfortable. This was none of those. I am so upset there were good google reviews which is why I picked this hotel in the first place for my girls trip. We will never stay here and warn everyone else who decides to visit the lake of the ozarks to never stay here. By far the worse experience at a hotel in my life.

Way over priced for the condition of the rooms. The room was very old with cracked and chipped doors. The only thing that was new was the lap and computer chair. They tell you it’s a $7 charge if you don’t turn in your card when check out. You get charged if you stain the towels which is insane. This place tries to charge you for everything they possibly can.

Small bathroom, little outdated. Carpet in rooms. Bed was comfortable. THIS DAYS INN IS NOT PET FRIENDLY..... Unlike the ads and online and even the parking lot having a pet walking area, they are not dog friendly. Room was clean. Wasn't a bad stay but definitely needs to be updated that it's not pet friendly online.Noteworthy details: NOT PET FRIENDLY

The night desk manager Kirsten was amazing. Online booking service messed up our reservation but she helped us get our money back and still give us a great price as a walk-in will definitely stay here again because of her

Would’ve given Zero stars but unable to post without giving at least a 1 star. This property is anything but safe or clean. No ID check at check in, cleanliness of property is disgusting. Checked into room to find food, wet substance on bed frame, filthy fridge, hair on beds and in bathroom, carpet wet between beds. Overall feeling of being filthy and unsafe at this location. Sign on all doors asking you to remove shoes before entering property, and side door propped open for anyone to enter property.

Rooms are filthy. Beds have questionable stains. There is mold on the sink, bathtub, and other fixtures. And 2 towels forv3 people.I've stayed in 50 dollar rooms that were nicer. The "Breakfast" consists of yougart and machine dispensed orange juice and something else. No coffee, waffles, toast, eggs, tea, apples, or fruits. How this property was allowed to become a branded Days Inn is beyond me. Please do not hesitate to pass this hotel bye, you'll thank me later.

I stayed at the Days Inn in Osage Beach on 9/27 and 9/28. Every aspect of my visit was good, from the initial call with Sheree to make my reservation to a quick visit with the Owner when I checked out. The first thing I noticed was how well kept the outside of the hotel was. Check in took about 3 minutes, the young lady at the front desk was polite while being very efficient.I was in Room 126 and it was fully stocked with 'I forgot' items and very clean. I think the housekeepers name was Jan and she did a great job of getting the room ready for me.The hotel was pretty quiet overall, inside and out, and I had no issues getting to sleep both nights I was there.I will absolutely stay here again when I come back to visit my daughter.
