Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. It was my first time at this dispensary and I obviously didn’t know what to do so another customer helped me by telling me you have to order at a screen instead of having an employee help you like every other one I’ve ever been to. I clicked on what was supposed to be a 10 pack of cookies and I ordered 2 of those. They called my name when they got my stuff together and I paid and left without them showing me what I actually got. When I got to where I was going, I opened the bag and there were 2 packages of cookies but they only had 1 cookie in each. I was willing to pay $25 for 10 cookies, not for 1! I called and told them what happened. When I told them it shows 10 cookies when you order it and they said “oh I guess it does say 10, we’ll have to change that.” They told me to come back up there and they’d make it right.When I got the chance to go back up there, the person at the desk called who I am guessing was her manager and discussed the situation in front of me. They didn’t even tell me what they were going to about it until she took me to the back and gave me my money back for each pack of cookies separately even though I bought them together. They were also very rude while doing it. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this dispensary. There are plenty of other options at the lake.

Decent selection of concentrates. Staff and Budtenders were polite and knowledgeable.My only gripe, upon opening they advertised a 22% veteran's discount. Which I specifically came to take advantage of. They had changed their policy at the beginning of the year, to lower the discount to 15%.

First time going and Kenneth really helped me and made sure I got what I wanted. Super friendly staff. Kenneth was super patient with me and made me feel comfortable. Place was cute , good music. Will be back.

Had an awesome experience! Front desk staff were friendly and my budtender, Keeley, was very knowledgeable on the product and quick to make good recommendations based on what I was looking for. Product didn’t disappoint either, bought all in-house brands and everything has been very good quality. Overall, a very good first impression and will be visiting again!

Love the new CODES in Osage Beach. Check in was fast. I met my budtender, Kenneth, at the door. He greeted me kindly and was very professional throughout the transaction. I asked him to show me the 5 pack special. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave awesome recommendations!! Thank you CODES for making the entire process easy!!

My mom was getting some goodies and one her battery she got was broken but they were kind enough to replace it for her. And then our car died in the drive thru… but the workers were so kind and amazing and quick to do their best to help us. They even helped us push the car out of the way we love you guys<33

I had an awesome experience at Codes on 4/20. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal, from my budtender 44498 to Lexie, who checked me out. They actually had what I was looking for. I got a goodie bag, with really good goodies, and a senior discount. It's listed as a wisdom mark off. Love that! It ain't easy being a human. ❤️😎

We agreed on smoking a bowl and watching SpongeBob😂. First time in there and he was patient and didn’t make it awkward. I explained as best as I could what I wanted and he helped find something similar. Even got a fist bump after checkout! The experience was less frightening with someone as polite as he was. If he’s working you gotta checkout with Kenneth, the laughs were great.

I've been here twice now and I really like the atmosphere. The staff makes me feel comfortable and welcome and I love love the tablets versus looking at the wall behind counter. I like looking at stuff, seeing what's new and I don't feel rushed. A++

Today was my first time at Codes and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Kenneth was amazing. He is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. To say he's enthusiastic about helping people on their cannabis journey would be a gross understatement. His recommendations were perfectly on point. I went in looking for muscle pain and anxiety relief and left with exactly that. I look forward to becoming a regular.

Absolutely love this place! When you walk in, it's a very comfortable place. Lexie Clark was the sweetest. She helped me find what I was looking for and very was kind. She had a great attitude and could tell she loved working there and loved helping everyone out. And she kept a smile on her face. That's the kind of places I love walking into.
