Probably one of my worse experiences I’ve had looking to buy our first used PWC’s. We went inside the business and asked for some used PWC’s, we where told to give them a second until a sales representative was available, completely understood! Then others came inside the store looking for jet ski’s, also told them would be a minute until a rep became available. Then once the rep became available he said he knew we wanted used, so went directly to the others group hoping they wanted to buy new and completely pushed us to the side. We’ll be glad to take out business elsewhere, where they would appreciate our business.

Mixed experience. I'm used to someone taking a look the same day they agree to take possession and providing a quote before they begin work. With this shop we struggled for days to get any information out of them about what was going on except for "we're working on it". We started reading reviews and got very nervous we were going to pay a fortune and not get anything fixed. But in the end, they found and fixed our problem at a reasonable price and it seemed like a tricky problem so happy with the result but the customer interaction during the process could be a lot better.

Very friendly staff. Eager to help. Nice clean Sea Ray boat that was clean, quiet and comfortable. Reasonable pricing. Been in business for years, so it's an older, established business. We would rent here again. Held boat without credit card until we got there. Verbal communication was good enough.

We tried to rent a pontoon from them, they refused to rent us a boat because of "rain" long story short, we went somewhere else and were on the lake all day with nothing but sunshine in sight. You guys need to check your weather more frequently or get a better weather predictor. 15% chance of rain is not a reason to not rent a boat out, that's okay though, our guys at the boat rentals at grand glaze state park rented it out $150 for 4 hours plus a free tube. Definitely won't be calling here next time we come down.

This place is a total rip-off joint! They deserve NO stars. Don’t dare take your jet skis there for any repairs or servicing, unless you want to throw your money down the drain. We took our jet skis in for repair this Summer, and they had them for 3 weeks. We told them that the issue was that they were hard to start. When we picked them up 3 weeks later, we were handed a whopping $1400 bill for seals, rings and gaskets. They hadn’t really tried to address the “hard to start” issue at all. When we took them out the next day, they, of course, were still hard to start! They acted just like they did before we took them to Bridgeport. We called Bridgeport, and they used their standard response that the “jet skis are older and when one thing is fixed, another thing can then break on older jet skis.” Really??!! What about trying to fix the original problem in the first place?!We were totally brushed off, and when we called back a second time, no one even bothered to call us back! The third time, we were told the same song and dance about things going wrong with older skis. We don’t think they really even looked at them because my son tore them apart once we took them to our residence, and right away, he noticed a kinked fuel cable and kinked choke cable as well as the fact that one jet ski had an obvious HOLE in the hull. No one at Bridgeport mentioned these important kinks or the obvious HOLE in the fiberglass at all! We spoke with the manager over the phone, and he gave us absolutely no satisfaction at all. This is the LAST place you should ever take you jet skis in for repairs. Go elsewhere if you actually want them fixed and if you don’t want to be totally ripped off.

They have great boats the staff is super friendly. They are pet friendly. They make sure you leave knowing how to run the boat/jet ski. Make sure and ask questions just to be sure on pricing because their pricing doesn't include gas and tax.

This was our 1st time at the Ozarks and the 1st time Jet Skiing. I would rent from a different place next time. They advertise low prices but then add on fees once you are there. Then they totally rip you off with the gas, providing no receipt/info. Renting 2 jet ski's for 2 hours each ended up costing us $268. $75 of that was gas. You just have to take their word on about how much gas they use to fill up and didn't give us the cost per gallon, but know it was ridiculous because we were not even running the rentals the entire 2 hours. The young girl who was working there obviously was hired for her looks only. She did a poor job on instructing us how to run and park the jet skis back in. We had a great time out and the lake is awesome but try a different place to rent. We were there June 2014

This place was a joke. The boat was a pos, none of the gages worked, they changed us an extra $45 for the tube that went flat the first time we pulled it, and then charged us another $60 for the 1/4 of a tank of gas we used. It costs us $545 to rent a salvaged boat for 6 hours. And to top that off their management was rude and played stupid when we got back. Never again will we rent for a crap shack like this.

One first notices that the marina office and "complex" is a ramshackle collection of tear-down quality shacks situated at the bottom of a steep hill with concrete steps of irregular heights. This should be enough to turn you away..but you persist. The boat I was given was apparently reclaimed from a salvage yard. Literally falling apart--and then they have temerity to lecture me on the pristine condition of the barnacle-encrusted propellor and try to sell me insurance on this piece of scrap metal. The general level of business practice in boat rentals at the lake is dismal...and this one occupies the bottom rung. Hiring lil hotties to work the marina in hopes of getting some fringe doesn't improve my impression of the management.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. A part needed to run motor was located at Bridgeport. Daryl knew the part was hard to find so inflated the price by 3 times because he knew I had no choice. Bad business, I would steer clear!
