Arby's is the only fast food restaurant that I frequent with any regularity, and this location's drive thru is fast, efficient, and friendly.The food is good quality and I like that they staple the receipt to the outside of the bag. I love their mozzarella sticks and marinara! The curly fries could be slightly hotter/fresher, and that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Hey, it's fast food! But what sets this Arby's apart is the customer service. The fella on the drove through was awesome. He apologized as he asked me to pull forward because they had to drop fries. When he brought out my food he apologized for the wait again. No worries, I wasn't inconvenienced at all. But when I got home I discovered dude had thrown I'm some mozzarella sticks. I should've caught his name, but that dude needs a raise.

Purchased 1 Reuben sandwich, a Roast beef and Swiss with dip meal, and wanted to try the new brown sugar BLT. This order was at 11pm after work, an hour before close and what I received was an atrocity.It started with a young male the answered the drive thru as if he were trying out to be a voice actor but sounded dumb and thought he was funny. To paying for the meal and telling me to pull forward even though there were no other vehicles in drive thru. Then after waiting for 7-8 minutes he brought the food out (2 bags, 1 with food the other with au jous dip) gripping both in 1 hand and almost dropping the food when handing it to me abruptly.The fries were cold, not room temperature but actually cold. The roast beef sandwich had a tiny portion of meat on one half and the majority on the other side (I can deal with that though annoying), the Reuben was okay but the BLT was disgusting. The brown sugar was not cooked on it was like the threw it on as if it were ketchup. It was extremely stale bacon and wilting lettuce.I understand that it is fast-food but the fact that any business would allow this kind of behavior and product to leave their store is embarrassing. I honestly hope this branch closes so that a business that cares about their products and services can open up. If kids are going to be allowed to work late shift then make sure a Manger is there to babysit them. If there was a manager there, they should be replaced as this behavior and service is despicable.

Very clean restaurant with polite staff. I wasn't real impressed with the macaroni and cheese. It was a bit dry. But, the rest of my meal was good and I'll definitely visit again.

I ordered what the menu advertised as a Market Fresh Greek Gyro sandwich. Whomever made and served the roast beef and imitation swiss cheese on a hoagie bun HAS OBVIOUSLY NEVER BEEN TRAINED TO IDENTIFY A GYRO, LET ALONE ANYTHING GREEK. As it is against my upbringing to throw food into the faces of those who steal from me (yes, that's correct, steal. As in paid for that...got this instead) my only hope is that after corporate Arby's teaches their Osage Beach location to correctly identify and serve a Greek Gyro, I may be able to provide therapy for others whom Arby's has falsely advertised to, and stolen from. Would YOU want what I'm going to show you in an attachment instead of the promised Gyro?

30 min drive thru. To get our dry cold fries also with burnt oil. Horrible experience over all. I felt bad for the workers they seemed tired and many old folks working there.

Ordered food and when I received it the food was extremely undercooked and my burger had plastic in it. When I called about getting it fixed nothing was done about it. I could have chocked on plastic if I didn’t inspect the food before eating it which is something everyone needs to do if they eat here.

Just moved to the area, and Arby's is a quick good meal.Never have we been so disappointed. Place was filthy, the girl taking our order was very rude, didn't even know Arby's offered a 4 classics for $10, as she said "let me check" smuggly. Got our food after I cleaned the table. It was not great. Fries were old, maybe double fried to try to make fresh, didn't work. Sodas needed to be changed as it was mostly water. Hopefully, we can find an Arby's with a better atmosphere in the area.

I don’t even know where to begin with this Arby’s. I’m just going to list everything that went wrong in no particular order:- They apparently clean their tables only once per day. All but the few that were just cleaned by one of the workers were dirty.- I ordered a Beef & Cheddar sandwich and was given a classic roast beef. I had to wait at the counter for a few minutes for someone to address the issue. The worker offered to “just add cheese to it” (?) or make a new one; I opted for the latter. He then said in an uneasy tone that he had to throw out the old one; it almost felt as if he were accusing me of trying to get a free sandwich, which I was not trying to do.- The curly fries I was given tasted like they were leftover from the lunch rush (I ate there after 7:00 PM). I didn’t want to raise that issue, given that my sandwich was incorrect.- I especially do not appreciate when employees ask for my name, then proceed to shout it as loud as possible when my food is ready. If I wanted everyone in the building to know my name, I would have shouted it myself.This was easily the worst dining experience I have had to date.

Guys working were pretty cruddy. Had to double check our order before we paid bc they were in their own worlds or something. When we made sure they got our order right they shoved the bags out the window. I should of looked in the bag a little harder but all looked good until we got to our hotel room and they forgot 2 sandwiches. Burnt curley fries as well

Food was good but would have been better if I would have got what I ordered. The shift manager was on the phone and running the drive thru. She was distracted complaining about the day shift and most likely gave me part of the order from the truck in front of me.The service is always slow so do not go there if you are in a hurry. Double check you order before you pull away. The important stuff is good food quality, cleanliness etc. but service is a struggle for them.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this Arbys to anyone. I've read some of the reviews and none of the reviews Ive read had anything good to say to change my opinion on this store. Today we've been sent to this store twice to pick up a order for a customer. Both times the directions to the store sent us to linn creek to the Koa place there on 54 saying that's where the store was located. Yes we should have been paying more attention to the fact that the directions was wrong but still Google maps shouldn't be telling us that this Arbys store is located where it sent us when it's located in osage beach. Both times we made it to pick up orders the bags wasn't closed properly they are supposed to be closed and have the stickers holding them shut every order weve picked for every other place we've been sent to hasn't been like this so this part of these employees jobs shouldn't be that hard. Then the first order we picked up we was supposed to be sent towards like sunrise beach and it had us going in circles in the middle of camdenton instead. Both earlier today and just a little bit ago tonight as soon as you walk in the building it smells horrible. Like to be honest smells like they used the same mop they used to clean the bathrooms they used on the rest of the store. I was going to use they're bathroom until I went in and it was obvious the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and if it had it hadn't been done properly because the toilets was nasty.

First off...the lady taking our order was rude as hell! When we asked for sauce she said "well I don't know what to tell you!" Really loudly. Second... Our group had three orders and the one with the most food (second order) got their food first. All the food was room temp or below. Then we watched her eat food right out of the fryer! The lady almost fell coming back in from delivering food to the drive thru and almost fell and said s**t rather loudly. All in all it was a poor experience...would not recommend and we will not be going back

Very bad experience! We walked in during lunch hour and immediately got a really musky smell that should have been a sign.I ordered the chicken Swiss with fries and a drink, and the other members of my group ordered a rap and a burger.My sandwich finished first without the other two's having been started, so we waited for the others.Food 10 minutes later, their food is done, we go to eat finding my food cold like sitting out for half an hour cold and the friend with the rap got 5 nuggets of chicken in her rap. The other guy said that his burger is dry and has wilted lettice.All together our food was $34 don't waste your time at this Arby's just go to the Culver's across the street better food, better smell, better service for the same price.

I love Arbys, it’s my favorite place to get lunch when I’m having a rough day because they never fail me. However the past two times I’ve gone, my experience has been well.. not so great. The food is phenomenal, it’s always exactly what I ask for! But the past two times I have been told “sauce and straws are in the bag”. Just to find when I get back to work that I am without sauce and straws. I also asked for a peach lemonade, receipt said peach lemonade, and I got strawberry lemonade? Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad my food was correct, but these little things are still irritating.

My son was so stressed he said he didn't want to eat. An employee (I assume the manager) had her 2 small children (probably 2 & 4) in the lobby while she was working in the back. They were crying and begging for their mother the whole time we were there. It was so sad! Especially since it was almost 9:00 at night and I was wondering how long they had been sitting out there. We ate as fast as we could just to get out of there. 😭

If I could leave 0 stars I would but that is not an option. I went there with family and one member ordered some bacon ranch fries which she didn't get with the other food. A plain cheese burger was ordered for a little kid, when she got it, it had everything on it and this wasn't the first time that has happened there. Both times there was this cashier that was rude and very unprofessional, she made sarcastic comments that where just plain rude. Overall it was a terrible experience I do not recommend at all!!
