This is a great location right off the strip in Osage Beach. They are pretty fast and efficient and the workers are friendly. Ice cream is fresh and tastes great. Lots of people come here but it wasn’t too busy for a Thursday night. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent staff. Very friendly, establishment seems clean from what I can see. Lots of options. I cheat here from time to time when I have dairy. I like vanilla and strawberries. Or apple pie. But it is seasonal. Get a small, it's more than enough. Lol they do get very busy and backed up in the summer time. Frozen treat/lake/summer. Ya u can imagine 🤣

Best place at Lake of the Ozarks for ice cream. Went on a busy Saturday night. No matter though because they have a ton of workers ensuring the wait was short.I got a standard choco malt. Kids got standard cone. All is well. We will be back!

I tried Andy’s Frozen Custard today for the first time. My partner, an ex Osage Beach resident has been here many times, and on her recommendation, I couldn’t wait. All I can say is WOW. Such deliciousness. I had the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer, and my partner, Triple Choc. I was very impressed and can’t wait to come back if I’m ever in the area. (I’m from the UK). 10/10. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Snowmonster Concrete and my siblings they ordered the Mizzou. It was very sweet for my taste but my siblings enjoyed their frozen custard. The service was fast which was amazing because there were a number of customers ordering at that time.

Ok so this has nothing to do with the food as I did not eat there, but this does have to do with discrimination, I was called to do an interview at this location. I cam in they said they wanted someone like me blah blah blah, and then looked down and see my hand and I have a butterfly on my hand and I was told sorry that disqualifies you from working here. Bc we do not hire people with tattoos. One that's discrimination and two I wouldn't dare buy nothing from here. If you don't support tattoos then people with tattoos don't support Andy's frozen custard. I also will be reaching out to other places to make sure they understand that is discrimination.

Not a fan. Over $4 for a single scoop cone of either chocolate or vanilla. There are other really great sounding flavors but only available in pints and above. And of course if 1 scoop is over $4 how much do you think 1 pint of the special flavors is? I just have to add, every business at or near Lake of the Ozarks is over charging only because it's a tourist area. Not everyone is a tourist!

You can drive thru or you can walk up to the window. They have some benches. We ordered a variety of concretes and jackhammers. We like the rico suave. But we also got the triple chocolate and a create your own. Everything that we had was super good. Really creamy and rich in flavor. Since it is so rich, a small is perfect. It is worth going out of your way for. Great custard!

Frozen, fast, friendly, and freaking delicious!Maddux Ohlund is the best team member in my (mom biased) opinion. 😃❤️ It was great to see him smiling and working the machines tonight. The entire Andy's crew was hustling and working together to get two bus loads of kids served. Incredible teamwork and management. Andy's is a wonderful place to work, with good training and pay. Thanks for giving our son a great working experience!

Stopped for a refreshing treat while passing thru The Ozarks. Large menu to select from, many topping to go on frozen custard. Custard nice and creamy. Regular size is very filling. Pictures are of Straw-ana sundae and The Mizzou which is frozen custard mixed with Oreos, caramel and hot fudge. Both were delicious!! What are you waiting for? Stop already!!

Overall, no problems with what we paid for.. For someone who has never been here before, the young man at the window had zero customer service skills. He was very rude and not helpful when it came to navigating the menu. I would take him off the window for future shifts.

Even though it’s a chain, it’s the best frozen custard I’ve ever had. The Sunday’s and concrete’s are amazing. Lots of flavors to choose from. The staff is always nice

Best custard around! I wanted something different from my usual turtle sundae, and they suggested the James Brownie Jackhammer. Good call!
