This meat company is by far my favorite place to buy from. I promise you will not find a higher quality of meat. This family also takes a lot of pride in their entire operation. I would recommend Odessa meat company to anyone they are very friendly nice people and they own and raise all they’re own meat so you never have to worry about if it’s going to be good quality or not.

I went to Odessa Meat Co about a week ago, oh man, I made a roast that I bought from there and it was amazing. It was so tender and full of flavor, my whole family really enjoyed it. I'm trying the hamburger tonight, I'm sure we won't be disappointed. I truly recommend this place, the owners are so nice and very helpful... Loved their cat and dog, they were entertaining, lol... I'm definitely going back soon ❤️

Today was my first time! The owner was friendly and helpful! I'm so happy to support a local family and not have to buy mystery meat at the big stores anymore! It tastes great and the price is very competitive. I will buy from them from now on!

There are so many unknowns at the grocery store now, I’m not paying for something when I don’t know what it is or how it got to me. There’s no better time or reason to shop local. Farm to cast iron to table in my house and these people actually care about what you’re feeding your family. Thats worth a 20 minute drive from Blue Springs.

I happened to be on the property doing some work and bought some filets and burgers. Oh my goodness they were excellent. Some of the best tasting filets I have cooked EVER. The burgers were tasty too I will be back!

QUALITY.We have been meaning to get over and try this families product out, I want to start by saying my family has been wanting to convert to all local food. We bought a 1/4 cow and we ran out so we bought beef from Walmart 1 time after not having it for many months and even my kids that would eat any thing, refused to eat it. Honestly I never expected that. So we finally got a chance to go to odessa meat and met the family and bought our first beef and pork from them. We made meatloaf last night and I'm not even a huge fan of meatloaf but there is no comparison, I've been doing this wrong my whole life.We tried the sausage this morning for breakfast and it was great. It almost sounds ridiculous saying it actually tastes like real food but as we all know, that's what it has come to buying from the chain grocery stores now. I have nothing invested in you trying beef from your local farmer, but do yourself a favor and give it an honest try. It's a comparable price for a way better product. Plus, the family seems like good ppl. We will only be buying our meat from them from now on.
