When I walk into CVS, the service is completely fine. When, I called, however, it gave me a virtual assistant that couldn't understand me at all, even though I asked a very straight forward question. Then, they sent me to an agent who had an accent I could barely understand, and had children screaming in the background, so I couldn't hear them anyway. Then they just sent me back to the virtual assistant, and I tried asking again, but it still didn't answer my question. Worst phone service ever.
