I arranged with Shadow Lake to shuttle a large group from a local campground for the bands they had booked for the weekend. The new owners were extremely accommodating and took great care of our large group. They have done an amazing job with upgrades since last year and are really bringing back life to this amazing outdoor venue on the beautiful Elk River. The band was fabulous with high energy and we danced the night away. They also had mechanical bull riding that many from our group participated in. If you are looking for a fun summer venue to plan a party, Shadow Lake is your place. Give them a call! You won’t be disappointed.

I've been going to Shadow Lake for years, and just like pizza, when it's bad, it's still good, but when it's good, you make memories that'll have you smiling for years to come.For example, last Saturday, the DJ transitioned beats, not just songs, about every 30-60 seconds w/o beat matching. You could barely catch a vibe. Still had a good time.But last year was insane! They had some Chip and Dale crew role through and the ladies LOST their MINDS. Everybody danced and drank and made proper fools of themselves. Closing time came too soon. It was awesome!

I’m from Florida and came to Arkansas for the Fourth of July with family and on July 1st me and my cousin went the shadow lake for there Fourth of July party well we were having fun but around 1am I was trying to go from the second floor to the first floor near the pool tables and I fell down the stairs because it wasn’t bright enough and I didn’t see the all the stairs, I had to be carried out the bar by I think a bar back who was VERY sweet and another male they put me on the stairs to wait for my ride and the bar back brought me ice and kept checking on me. I ended up a BROKING my ankle in TWO places and since I’m not from here I know have a medical bill. I’m writing my review because the stairs NEED brighter tape on them, I’d like to add in I wasn’t drunk barley tipsy. And that NO ONE but the ONE bar back checked on me!

Shadow Lake is an incredible place! The new owners are helping to turn it around and giving it the care it deserves. This season was day and night compared to what we have seen at this beloved bar. Definitely worth a stop if you have never been. WILD!

Super fast to get in. Employees were all amazing. Bartenders were very fast and efficient. The fishbowls are amazing. The red one creeps up on you! Energetic atmosphere! Wife& I had an amazing time.

Can't say enough about this place! As a Shadow Lake vet (LOL), I've seen it go through waves, good and bad. It's currently under new ownership and these guys are KILLING IT! Their hard work and dedication truly shows and can't wait to see what is in store for one of my most favorite places in the whole wide world! If you've never been — I'd recommend getting one of their famous fishbowls! (The blue one is my go-to!) So tasty and will have you feeling your best in no time! 😉

It's been some time since I was there, but the place has had a reputation for being the kind of place where they sweep up the eyeballs after closing for ten decades that I know of.If you don't run your mouth, you would probably be okay. I wouldn't advise being beligerant unless you like to scuffle.I have had some great times there and met some playful ladies.I do NOT recommend this as a place to take your wife or kids.

These people are awesome, megan helped us find an impromptu camp spot when we showed up from 5 hours away only to find that the place we were planning to stay at was closed for the season and the other places wouldn't let my dog stay, then the next day they hosted the best concert ever, I swear I had more fun at that concert than I have ever had at a concert, Hella good vibes here and it's so beautiful everywhere u look too, can't wait to go back

Rip off. It was lame, no one was there. Overpriced drinks. High $$ cover for everyone Had a party of 9 with one member with an (unexpected) expired drivers license. It had expired two days ago and our friend is 44. He asked to come in with an 18 and under wristband so he could sit with the party. We were out of state and it couldn’t be remedied. We all bought drinks and simply asked for our cover back since we had only been there 10 minutes. They denied, kept our cover and refused to let him in. Take your business elsewhere. These people don’t know how to find return customers.

We came here from out of town hoping for some country music that they advertised. We came to a teenage band then classic rock the rest of the night. Super disappointed. 💯 not what they advertizrd nor what I thought I paid for at the door.

It’s been years since I’ve been. They closed then reopened since I was there. They had fishbowls back then too, really good.It was fun, loud, and jam packed. I loved the big deck on the river.Good times.

Went here last weekend on our elk river trip, charged 5 dollars to get in but was only like 5 people in there. They should not have cover charge that way make more money on alcohol sells ( my trip was june 19 2021)

The fish bowl is so good. It is $18, but if you split with someone, it is definitely worth. Not a lot of people there though on weekends.

I didn't stay but visited with friends and that's what it was.. Everyone was friendly and it was fun. They had kayaks or whatever craft you wanted and was just fun!

Horrible. Never been treated woorse by a bar/restaurant, especially on their opening night- very disappointed. Way overpriced, and ridiculously bad service to a large party that chose to leave. We were the only customers there. Find a better place to take your business. Wont return.
