This Walmart was well stocked, organized and clean. A very festive and prepared store for Black Friday sales. Lots of sales going on prior to Black Friday that I already took advantage of. We found everything we needed on our list and some extra souvenirs for our vacation. Staff were friendly and very helpful. And there were plenty of help than other Walmart we came across. ( In which we appreciate very much). Lots of parking outside along with plenty of handicapped stalls.

I went into the store this afternoon to return a coffee maker and have to give credit to the employee who I dealt with at the customer serve counter. I believe her name was Pam (I think her badge said Team Leader). She absolutely went above and beyond, and was kind and pleasant while doing so. Another great experience for my family at the Nixa Supercenter.

Not bad store is pretty organized so i'll give them that, but it's Walmart and after working 12 yrs. for them company I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth for it. Though the store does produce a place where you can purchase contacts, glasses and there is an optometrist for eye appointments.

I normally have average-to-good service at the Nixa Walmart, but this morning was so terrible that I just had to publicly say that some people should NOT be in customer service - particularly the Nixa Walmart operator that worked at 7am on Friday, April 19th.I called in on my way to work to see if their photo kiosk was open, and asked the operator to transfer me to photo. She (I believe it was a woman) replied with "Where?!" very loudly and rudely into the phone. I repeated "the photo counter." She then transferred me but no one picked up the phone after at least 10 rings. I hung up and called back, hoping to reach customer service to ask my question. I got the same operator, who I just asked directly if the photo kiosk was open 24/7. Her reply? "Our store isn't even open 24/7." I said that makes sense, but is it open now? She replied with "Maybe. I have no idea." Then silence. I told her that wasn't very helpful but 'thank you' and she hung up on me. Why are people like this allowed to talk to customers? How do people like that stay hired? Where's the pride in your work?

Coming here is a little out of way for me, but definitely worth it. It's a really nice store and much nicer customers, very clean and well stocked. Most people are polite. I find it easier to get in and out of

I needed help reaching corn starch because it was on the top shelf. I waited around for an associate, walked up and down all of the food aisles. Finally went to the front and said I needed assistance in the baking aisle. She said I needed to go to the customer service desk, I did. Customer service announced over the intercom for assistance in the baking aisle. NO ONE came. I waited and waited and no one came. I have never been more embarrassed. Debating whether I should climb the shelves or not to reach it. I ended up leaving the store in tears without it. Rude customer service. The store wasn't even very busy at all.

I'm all about Walmart delivery! I have to say that I enjoy the convenience of delivery. You will pay for it with the delivery fee and tip. By the time I pay those it tacks about $20 or more on my receipt.Walmart prices are competitive but sometimes they don't have what I need and they will substitute those items if you don't immediately go to the link or website. Go quick or you will get the giant size version of what you wanted or something random.All in all I like it. I would say it depends on your needs, time and budget if delivery is for you.

The wonderful ladies at the customer service counter were so kind, helping me after a nail polish bottle I purchased shattered after accidentally dropping my bag. They were incredibly patient and got everything taken care of. Thank you so so much.

It was during covid and I had forgotten my mask. I visit Walmarts regularly and this was out of state for me. They were handing out masks and when he saw me he threw it at me. The reason I dislike nixa so much, is because they are very racist. I dread visiting my sister because of all the racist interactions I've had there. Adding, all the restaurants there have horrible food. Go to Springfield if you want any kind of good fast food, or restaurant food. And for the curious, my family is French and Spaniard. If it weren't for us, most of you wouldn't be here.

I will never go in Nixa Walmart ever again nor will I have any prescriptions filled there. The only decent area is the vision center. Otherwise I would suggest you be careful. You might be accused of stealing when you haven't .

Purchased four Wintergreen boxwoods from the Nixa outdoor center. Had to run to the Ozark Supercenter for a couple of things that I needed. The Ozark Supercenter plants are much healthier than anything I could find at the Nixa outdoor center. Had I not already planted the ones from Nixa I would have returned them. I would encourage you to make the short drive to Ozark and check their plants first

The store was nice. Just very busy making it hard to navigate. Also many of their electric wheel chairs were dead. It makes it difficult for my husband to get around the store.

Pharmacy, quite the lengthy process. I don't understand why everyone needs consulting about their meds. Some people receiving new meds completely understand. But other people have already gone over the medication with their dr. It takes so long to complete the transaction from beginning to end.

Great local Walmart. I shop here 2-3 times a week. Most items are in stock 95% of the time.I mostly have my orders delivered. My only complaint after over 100 deliveries would be I wish the pickers would get better produce. Many times, I have to request a refund. The produce associates should be the ones removing the bad product, but the pickers should be a second line of defense as well.When I do go in the store, it's always clean and in order.Pharmacy staff is always nice and top-notch.

**update rude service desk managerReturned EGGS on Thursday around 11am that were bought 4/5 and called them that afternoon about the CASE of eggs, it was so bad it was saturating the box and running out of the box when we took it out of the SUV. They had just filled the shelf it was full not one box missing from the shelf. So two days later go in to get refund and the lady is rude. Said next time we need to bring them in. Ummm no, I'm not keeping a box of runny eggs in my refrigerator to prove to you that they are destroyed.... LOOK AT MY PICTURES AND THE DATE, PLUS I DON'T LIVE IN NIXA, NOT ABOUT TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP THERE AT$5 A GALLON FOR GAS EITHER! This is also THE SECOND TIME AT THIS STORE I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CASE OF EGGS JUST NOT NEAR THIS BAD. . There was so much egg all over all the eggs in box, several busted open and several cracked.Picture with bag was the top layer, other picture the bottom layer. These boxes are taped at the store, so there is no way to check them out we would have. From now on I will open the taped box and shop at a different location.Have additional pictures on another phone I can't add right now.Love curbside pick up option, however I'm sure there are some seniors that would benefit from by phone ordering or some other easy way since they all aren't techy generation. They might need a different kind of assistant?!

Middle of the afternoon, not too crowded a s the staff is friendly. There were a lot of people the day after Christmas and it wasn't crazy. The store is neat and clean. 9/4/23, my rating is still a 4. There were stockers constantly in my way and several of them chit chatting. Update: 4/20!24, now there are personal shoppers with the big carts to shop multiple orders and it seems they are constantly in the way and they don't care. They take up the aisles with no consideration for others.

Dirty, slow to check out & now they have the security beepers going off when you leave just so they can stop you & check receipts. Had it happen once, but when it happened a second time, I flat out asked the kid checking receipts if the security scanners are actually beeping for stolen items or just so they can stop you & check receipts & he ADMITTED that’s what they are doing now. Screw Walmart.

Went to this location to check sales out in Nixa found a good buy on a chain saw, 1/2 off 😁 but surprised to see prices on some merchandise higher than in Springfield and what I had bought for 3$ was higher and not even on sale but you find this at Wal-Marts 2 miles from each other and they won't match there own prices even with recite rung up 10 minutes prior, now what's up with that 🤔 and here's a tip guy's take a picture of the sale tag on the shelf before checking out you'll need it but sometimes that's not enough for them I know had it happen at another Walmart post on that one coming soon.

I love Walmart they have tons of stuff.. Some of the political stuff is a little over-the-top but they really do go over the top and Beyond to make sure customer service is where it should be I wish they wouldn't knock out so many small guys but what year that big I guess you kind of have to

Today was awful. Afraid I would get trampled on or ran over.But there was this very nice and kind associate. I didn't feel well and she came and helped because I didn't feel well and couldn't think good. She stepped right in when I desperately needed help. She is the first employee since I moved to Nixa, Missouri to help me. If I could I would give her a gold star for excellence. Hope to see her to thank her again.

It's always a hit or miss if the bags will be tied up when I come to pick up groceries or not. I don't know if it's standard practice, but I really do love it when they tie the bags up when putting them into the trunk.I've had a recent experience where some ground beef rolled out of my grocery bag and spent 5 days in the trunk of my car. I don't blame the store at all for this because I missed it. All I know is that it is greatly appreciated from me when the bags are all tied so the groceries don't roll all over the car.

The worst experience I've had at walmart photo. I needed pictures to do a card for my husband. No instant photos were available so I did 1 hour. After waiting over an hour still no pictures and just given excuses that machine wasn't working and lots of pictures to print. I was told couldn't cancel my order so I confined to wait another 20 minutes still no pictures. I will not use walmart photo again. They could of said they were having issues before the told me I had to wait and coddle cancel pictures obit to leave with it canceled and no pictures
