I wouldn’t do business at this location. Ordered feed specifically from the manager Troy and every time I go to this location to pick it up the employees tell me it isn’t available. It is kept in the back. I know this because I buy it every week. I do not appreciate being argued with about the feed I specialty order. I made a complaint to the female manager on duty and she YELLED obscenities at me for calling out her incompetence. I would love corporate to contact me if possible.

Very fun and helpful staff. Good selection/inventory. There was a good number of customers in line, but everyone was patient and just having a good time. Highly recommend.

We have done business with this location for over 2 years with pet supplies. My son wanted a mini bike that they had & I purchased it for him.Unfortunately the battery would not stay charged for over 2 minutes. I returned it this morning and was treated poorly by the staff. Sorry guys the bike didn't perform correctly, don't take it personal.I will go elsewhere with my business in the future

Raylen greeted me upon entering. Asked how she could make my day even better. I told her that I could pull feed off shelf, but with shoulder issues could she get someone to load. She actually went back to feed with me, loaded, rang me up promptly all while being friendly, knowlegeable and efficient.

I received two Purina one receipts in mail for bags if dog food. I originally had stop by Sam's Club and picked up two bags so when I get to register the cashier tells me Sam's does not honor coupons. Been nice to know this before walking all over store pushing two big bags of food around. So I decided to try tractor supply. Upon arriving I noticed a nice roomy parking lot and upon entering store notice the cashier crew and was politely greeted. I asked the young lady ate the register if they take the coupons I had and was told no problem..If I was a single man I would have had to ask cashier out for a date. She had a really nice personality .She was the slender taller gal.Great customer service. Got my bags and checked out and off I go. Thanks Tractor supply ...you made my day.

Love this place for rabbit supplies. I still can’t believe I got a 50 lb bag of Timothy Hay for $26. I had been spending more then that weekly at PetSmart. This will last me months. Just wish there was one a little closer. But I do plan to make the trip when I run out again. So worth it .

Stopped here on our way back from Branson Mo. I heard about the rabbit supplies and how inexpensive they were . I got a 50 lbs thing of Timothy Hay for 26.99 and wood pellets for my rabbit an cat litter box’s and found them for 5.99 for 40 lbs. No more going to PetSmart buying small quantities every few days. This saved me so much money. I can’t drive to this particular Tractor Supply, but the workers were very friendly, store was clean and easy to find exactly what I needed. When checking out the cashier told me there another store in High ridge Mo which is way closer.

3 Times now I go in to get propane filled and get told sorry there is Noone certified here to do propane... 3 days in a row.. funny thing is this time 1 of the 2 girls working has filled it for me several times now all the sudden cant.. pure laziness is what it is I will be sure to spread the word.. if you offer propane and propane services.. tell your workers to actually do their job.. patheetic.

They have the most helpful and nice staff. I got to the store right before closing to pick up my online order and they were so nice about it. I felt horrible and was sure that the doors would already be locked or they wouldn't let me in, but they were like, No problem! And they even stayed extra to help me choose a flea treatment for my cats. Love that.

Went in to buy a gun safe . The 5th gun safe I purchased there. My measurements indicated that the safe would fit in my truck perfectly. When I picked it up it had additional pieces on the bottom that would not allow it to fit as planned. The staff would not remove brackets so it would fit and would not provide me any way of securing it. Just wanted me to come back in a buy straps but refused to help securing. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase another thing from tractor supply again .

My husband and I have a German Shepherd that is Houdini lately. We purchased a dog kennel online before noon. Selected same day delivery (if order is placed before 2pm). We were thinking we'd get the kennel that same day as advertised on the website. Nope! Here we are two days later and was told that we can't pick up our order, we have to wait for Brody, the delivery guy to pick up our order and deliver it. Well, with our Shepherd getting loose and chasing live stock, he may be shot before then because this kennel (better than the chain link one) won't be delivered any time soon.So thank you Tractor Supply Co.

Relatively good experience. Most employees nice and pleasant. Seems though that the cashier lady is the most important person there as I was referred to her for info on what I was wanting. She had to look it up. It was just odd. Did save a bit of money so that it always good.

Ordered Christmas presents in to this facility online and picked them up. Very happy with service, quick, reliable and friendly. Store is always clean and parking lot is nice and well coordinated. Easy order pickup. Ordered a big air tired tricycle, and could not be more happy with the purchase.

Tractor Supply Nixa Mo. Is a Great place to do business. I’m a full time farmer my hours aren’t always the best 9-5The fact your open til 9pm has helped me so many times I’ll be broke down but because I can find what I need that evening I can be up and running the next morning.... Thank you.Your prices are good selection Great and I always. Come away with what I need.Staff is helpful and leads me right to what I’m looking for.Always a Good experience shopping there. Good place to go if everywhere else is closed. Customer service is great but prices seem to be much lower at other stores. Bought a trough molded insert for 100 bucks and found out the next day MFA sells for 50 each. Will no longer be going here.

Love this store! People are always helpful with a smile, store is very clean & organized, plentiful parking in a very clean lot, and a fairly good selection of products given size of store. Great place for a quick visit! Would love to see them offer more in their clothing, i.e. more hats, and more selection of garden plants during the season.

We were out of chicken scratch feed and were already in Nixa so we decided to stop by Tracker Supply to grab a bag of scratch grains. (Normally we will take a trip to Republic Orcheln's or stop at Walmart if we are really in a bind) We went ahead and spent the $18+ dollars on one 50lb bag of scratch grain and when I for home I opened it to feed the chickens; it was ALL whole corn. First off most places charge about $12 on the high end for a 50lb bag of scratch grains & even less if you buy whole corn. Our chickens personally don't like whole corn so we specifically don't buy it or else it will sit there on th3 ground for months. I'm very disappointed that I spent $18+ on a 50lb bag of "scratch grain" (aka tracker supply's whole corn 🤬) that my chickens won't even touch. Absolutely ridiculous!! Thanks for basically stealing my money & not giving me what I actually over paid for and instead gave $7 worth of whole corn. 😒

Went for the rabies clinic. Excellent clinic. Very caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Would totally go back again next year. The actual Tractor Supply staff were excellent too. They gave our two dogs treats, three different times while we were in line.

I needed a welder and some supplies. It was clear that the guy helping me didn't know much about welders, which is totally fine. He was very nice and made sure I got everything I needed and the help I needed. He didn't just panic and leave. I will be going here again. Prices were much better than I expected as well. Comparable to online in most cases.

I am normally very much at home in this store. My family purchases feed for our animals religiously every 2 weeks. I like to think we are loyal and regular customers. My significant other decided to purchase some shirts on our regular weekly trip and when he tried them on at home, they did not fit. So we googled the store's return policy, and it said that the items could be returned within thirty days of purchase with original store tags and proof of purchase, such as a receipt. The tags were still there and we took the items to the store with proof of purchase and the cashier told us that she could NOT give us a cash refund for our cash purchase, that cashback was a deterrent for shoplifting. So she insinuated that I had stolen the merchandise. When asked to speak with management she was slamming keys on the register andappe see very irritated. She could happily threw our cash on the counter. We left the store and called back up to speak with management because she denied us in store, and she hung up on us, not once but twice. This cashier's name was Kim and she works dayshift in Nixa Mo. She needs to be scholed on customer service practices. She has no tact and I am very displeased with his experience. It's been a lot of tea s since we started shopping here and now it's just ruined.

I was shopping on-line for a weedeater, I found what I was looking for so I thought to save time I would just pay for it on-line at 2:00. I got off at 5:00, still no email. I needed some other items so went in anyhow. The Order was still not ready and they refused to allow me to cancel and just pay for it again or God forbid, go get the order on the spot. Next day and still no notification... Technology is great!

Store is always clean and well stocked. Fair prices, and good customer service. We buy our dog food there because they have a good selection and the prices are reasonable. Never had a bad experience here.
