Just bought some fried chicken, green beans, potatoes, brown gravy, blackberry cobbler. The fried chicken was okay but not very crispy. The green beans tasted like they had been soaked in dish water( they were terrible , I had to throw them out). Mashed potatoes and gravy just okay. I can't believe I had to pay extra for the gravy. The blackberry cobbler was good and worth the money.

My last visit to your store will be my last. Your produce manager does not take care of the fruits. I got some bad apples. I bought a bag of oranges and two were rotten. I bought a large carten of strawberries and 3/4of them were rotten. That’s it for me. Won’t be wasting my money in your store.

Your staff members are rude. I approached a staff member due to a quick yes or no question I had about news paper. News. Paper. And she made me seem like I was an inconvenience. All I needed was a yes or no, not her for her to be a mean girl. Price cutter, do better.

While it maybe expensive here, the products availability especially of specialty items is phenomenal. We always grab our specialty sauces from here! Service is not bad either! Should say they might need an express check out but for now the line moves just fine!

Looking for my favorite ginger snaps and the shelf was bare. I stopped at customer service and asked if there was any in the back. No was the answer. He offered to call me when they received the next box. I agreed but asked that they order two boxes, one for me.

Every SINGLE time I buy groceries from this store, at least one item (and usually way more than that) is massively expired. Are you trying to trick people into buying expired products or are you just that understaffed? It is so infuriating to buy something, get all the way home, and then have to turn right back around because what I’ve purchased is months out of date.

Don't buy the chicken, we stopped there about 45 minutes before the deli closed and bought 16 price chicken drove all the way home and sit down to eat it and it was tainted and the smell was so bad it stunk up my house, we called them and they said to pick up more, so went all the way back and they gave us the same chicken out of the same batch because they didn't cook a fresh batch, so we ended up paying $24 for nasty bad chicken that would had made us sick if we ate it. The Chicken had to be wrapped up and put in our outside trash can.just be really careful ordering food from this store!!

I went to get milk and I don’t usually like buying my milk there because I accidentally bought expired milk from before. This time I notice on the shelf was milk that had expired 2 weeks ago. I pulled the milk off the shelf and showed to a young staff member there. He politely apologized for the milk and then he placed the milk back on the shelf again. I shook my head and left. This is the same for a lot of the food on the shelf and produce. They have no shame for selling expired and rotten food.

They have what I need. It is nice, and clean. People are friendly. Is it a little more expensive, yes. Do I have time to hunt for coupons, no. Thank you for the Starbucks. Nice flowers. Decent card section. Pretty good deli. Great selection of salsa.

Don’t politely question why your drink is 3 inches from the top, or why the two same drinks you ordered look completely different. The heavy-set teenager, with light brown hair, with the name “CRIPPLE” on the back of her black tshirt will literally shame you and yell at you in front of everyone, and bad talk you to other random customers while you’re still standing there. I could see her throwing her arms up and hear her yelling, “I don’t care if she goes to talk to a manager!!!” After she told me to go talk to a manager and refused to give me her name. Apparently if you order no ice, your drink will be 3/4 the way full? I’ve never had this problem anywhere, and I’m definitely a Starbucks addict, so I go to many other stores too. I come to this particular store 4-5 times per week and never had a cup that was less than full. If your cup isn’t going to be full, they should inform you of that when ordering. It wasn’t just a tad low, the pink drink liquid wasn’t even halfway up in a venti cup, with about 3 inches of sweet cream cold foam. I remained calm after she started in on me, and she continued to get louder and more rude. I quietly told her I didn’t even complain that we had been there for 28 minutes and watched 6 other drinks be handed out for other people who ordered after us. She said they’re busy and doing the best they can to which I replied, “I can see that, but I’m just pointing out that I have been patient and never complained, I just wanted my drinks to be right…” One pink drink was very pink, as I requested, and the other one was almost white. Luke, the manager said he would take care of it, but she was being rude to him when he very quietly tried to talk to her! After publically humiliating a customer there should have been more done, on the spot! Luke said she didn’t work there very often. She shouldn’t work in customer service at all with such an atrocious attitude.

Really nice employees and very helpful. Their produce is not that great. It seems like they get the leftovers of everywhere else. Also don't have a lot of products, especially organic. For being a convenient grocery store in Nixa it's good enough. We go to HyVee or Mama Jean's for the things they don't carry.

Love Price Cutter, it's my go-to grocery store. My only complaint is that the smell when you walk in is revolting. I've complained, but nothing is done. It smells like rotting meat.

Great local shopping location. You can get fresh BBQ and fresh flowers here, which is super handy. But they also have great customer service. I won't use the self check out, I want to talk to a person. So I'm waiting in a fairly long line the other day, there was only 2 cashiers working at the time and the lines where starting to back up even more. In front of where you check out is a counter, at this counter there are 2 people standing. Judging by how they were dressed I would guess managers of some kind. They see the lines backing up and one of them goes over and starts bagging groceries. The others calls over the intercom for someone to come back to the front. He's gives them about a minute and when they don't show up he goes over and opens a line, I assume that persons line. And he continues to run that line until the person shows up and takes over. Then he starts bagging groceries with the other manager, and they stay up there until the lines die down and everyone is caught up. Then they go back to doing paper work behind the counter. If that doesn't show a management department that cares I don't know what does. I will gladly pay slightly higher prices here and get customer service over saving a few dollars at walmart.

This store and its staff are great! They helped me find everything I was looking for, and had my FAVORITE iced tea! 🎉 Nathan, the grocery mgr. came up to check-out to assist w/ my request to order EXTRA, Lipton Brisk lemon for me! All of the staff was very polite and professional! I recommend this store over Walmart to anybody!

The produce section was absolutely beautiful and clean. All the fruits and vegetables looked like they had been carefully handled and they really worked hard to make sure that it was all good and not bruised. I did go in the morning on a weekday, so may have just been timing, but I definitely plan on coming back for more fruits and veggies!
