We purchased a Shetland Sheepdog pup from Paul in October 2009. who we named " Bandit". He was the best dog we have ever had, and we have had some good ones. He recently crossed over the rainbow bridge and took little pieces of our hearts with him.

Have always been protective of my dogs so I rarely board them. We own a camper so they just go with us everywhere. This time we booked a cruise and had no choice but to board them. We found Ozark Crest and am so glad we did. They are convenient from many locations here in SW Missouri. Dogs came home clean and well behaved. We will be doing this a little more often so I am pleased to have found a reliable place to board them. Staff and owner are great and I highly recommend Ozark Crest.

We've used them several times for our bulldog. They're super sweet and treat her really well. She is special needs and we feel comfortable with the care she receives there. They are friendly and work great with you when you need boarding. Highly recommend!

I had planned on leaving my dog here when we were leaving town for a week. Unfortunately, our plans kept changing due to being diagnosed with COVID. They were the nicest people to work with! I did check out the facility. They are approximately 4'x4' concrete kennels. The dogs usually have outside access, but were kept inside whenI was there due to excessive heat.

When I was looking for a reasonable rate to kennel my dog, I found Ozark Crest. They are really good people. Kennels were clean.I was able to leave her without feeling anxious about her. I highly recommend this kennel!!

We don't kennel...we just don't. So when we had to leave for the weekend and all of my sitters were busy, I stressed. Paul and the rest of the group at Ozark Crest did a great job of explaining their procedures, showing their concern and relaxing my stress. When I picked up my dogs they were happy, healthy and ready to go...and this all happened during serious storms. I will never worry about where to keep them again.Thanks for your help!
