Delivery took longer than expected but once in hand my daughter had a fun time watching me assemble the Stingray Flat Box. I must have been having one of those days, cause it took me 20-mins and the entire time she sat there laughing. Let me say, on any other day this effort would take about five minutes. We Overland travel/camp about 200 days out of the year (yep I'm retired) and space is limited. Looking for something to organize my coffee stuff first and thought the Stingray Flat box would be perfect. It will be but darn this has so much more potential, I'm sure we are going to find lots of uses. May have to purchase a second for our upcoming four month trip from Florida to Alaska. Initial impressions are this thing is well made, hold up to some travel abuse. Not sure how it would handle weight so at first it'll just be for coffee/jet boil/etc.

I ordered a Camp Kitchen set from Overland Addict, which unfortunately arrived damaged and missing parts (drop shipped from the manufacturer, so no fault of theirs). When I brought this to Overland Addicts attention, I received an immediate reply from the owner. His response was prompt, professional and he really went out of his way to get it resolved quickly. It's truly telling of a business how they handle situations when things don't go according the plan, Overland Addict handled it well.I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I love your product. I bought a Claymor3 Fan at the Moore Expo and I LOVE, LOVE IT. I am so happy I bought. It's so quite great for the office and no cords and also when I go camping I can bring it along and love the travel bag that it comes with.

There’s no better jerrycans than the Wavian brand, I already own two red ones for my regular fuel and just bought two more green ones for my diesel fuel from Overland Addict. Shipping was timely and they were very well packaged with no damage to them. Would buy again!

Purchased 2 Awnings from Overland Addict. I have tried to call their number a few time only to get a voicemail. I have replied to emails about placing an order from my original Chat Session and i have created new Chat Session with no replies from them. I am needing a tracking number on the awnings so i have an idea when they will arrive. it is a simple request that is not being answered therefore is the reason for this low marked review.

Man incredible service. I ordered some cables for my Planar diesel heater from OA. I'm assuming I've been talking with Chad, but the service has been incredible. They have been helping me optimize my set up with my Planar heater to directly connect to my Bluetti AC200Max. OA literally ordered the same battery I ordered just to help make the correct cable, incredible. There's not many companies willing to go the extra mile like this, will look to order more products from this small business in the future. Thanks again team, you guys rock.

This was our first time ordering anything from Overland Addict. Our roof top tent arrived damaged and we were in communication with their customer service. They fought for us with the manufacturer to get a replacement part to us. In the end, we were giving a full refund plus shipping cost (which they covered). I can't say enough good things about what they did for us. They were easy to communicate with and overall pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be purchasing all our outdoor gear through them from now on!!

My Name is Mario, this is a absolute REAL review. First & Foremost I RARELY write reviews but I think this company genuinely warrants one. With that being said…I had recently purchased #3 NATO 10L Jerry Can Holders (Mounting Systems) for my Jeep for a Upcoming Overland Trip. Very soon after placing the order, Within a few days my Jerry Can Holders arrived, Unfortunately in the 20L Configuration. After contacting the company (Overland Addict) and explaining that they inadvertently sent me the 20L Jerry Can Holders instead of the 10L ones, the company took it upon themselves to EXPEDITE the correct order to me and had it @ my doorstep within two days no question asked. They also immediately provided Tracking for my order as well. Finally I would like to note, the actual packaging for my order was executed superbly, everything was bubble wrapped, padded and secured right. Purchased a Frontrunner roof rack with some accessories. This is a review for the store and not the product. Ordering was easy and shipping was fairly quick and free. Which for how heavy and big the boxes were, was great. But I also received a nice email from the owner thanking me for the purchase. While I know some places have an automated response, I actually responded with a question and had a conversation about a couple products he was out of that I was not able to purchase at the time. He offered to ship them for free since I would have ordered them with my purchase. So I had a really good experience with them and will now be one of my first stores to look at then making future purchases.
