Nixa dollar tree is a good seasonal stop. This particular store isn't picked over and generally stocked neatly and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous.

I am so done with Dollar Tree. I had a problem with them this past Easter and now Halloween. My husband bought too many Halloween decorations. I had him take a few of them back on 10/27, four days before Halloween. They would not refund his money, as it was “too close” to Halloween. We had just bought them on the 24th or 25th. That’s just ridiculous! This past Easter (at the Dollar Tree in Ozark) I had bought a little toy to put in one of my grandkid’s Easter basket. When he opened it, it would not work. I tried to take it back a few days later. They wouldn’t return my money, saying there are no refunds on seasonal items, period. Not even broken ones. I’m going to stick with Dollar General from now on. It’s actually closer to home. I’ve never not had them refund my money on anything. If you have a receipt, DG will take it back, pretty much no questions asked.

Who doesn't love Dollar Tree?! I wish every DT had same items, that's the only downfall.

Leslie who was stocking the shelves stopped what she was doing when I asked her where something was and to personally help me. I needed some cleaning products so she showed me to the aisle and where it would be. Cheri checked me out and both gave me excellent customer service, she even was going to bag my things seperatly and that gave me piece of mind. I highly recommend Dollar Tree for name brands when you don't have a lot of money or time.

Nice clean store. Where I shopped, there were no boxes everywhere like alot of Dollar Tree stores! Real friendly lady checked me out. Had some personality unlike checkers at other Dollar Tree stores !

Low on school supplies, shelves needed to be filled in crafting and floral areas and very low on paper products likes, paper plates, paper towels, napkins and toilet paper

this dollar tree is the worst one yet the manager is very rude and the employees are the same way .how is it ok for a worker to laugh at someone cause they had to put stuff back cause they didnt have the money for all of it and for a manager to sit right there and let it happen i think they should be fired for it too
