I save so much money by shopping at Aldi. They do not always have what I'm looking for, but I always find good deals and delicious meals. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organized.

So I liked this place until I experienced the customer service there. When I was checking out my food my two toddlers were with me and of course they were loud and obnoxious like kids are. The cashier lady kept giving me dirty looks. I was at the self check out and I did not know that they did not take cash they only take card. So when I was asking for assistance to help me with a split payment, she said that it takes only card. Oh I said I apologize I’m sorry I did not realize can you please help me print out a receipt so they can help me where you can help me and she said oh we don’t print out receipts you have to go over here and unload everything all over again. I thought that was pretty odd considering the fact that almost every other grocery store can do this. So I literally put my bags full of food where she can scan everything and then she throws all of my food in the next cart and breaks the eggs that I have purchased. So I had to go up to her and ask her to get me new eggs. It’s just very sad that I feel like I can’t take my kids into a grocery store without getting judged and then frustrated and throwing the food that I purchase because they’re frustrated. Horrible customer service. I really hope that the managers take action to get this behavior corrected.

Not my favorite Aldi, produce & dairy, bakery is not fresh. Selection is super limited.I Hate the self checkout & there's hardly ever a cashier around. Prices have gone up & shrinkflation is SO obvious! Sad cuz Aldi has been my go to for years :( this store in particular is awful though.

We've been a customer for over 25 years, and have always been happy at Aldi's. We have had literally NO COMPLAINTS and only good things to say, up until today. That all changed, when they put the self checkouts in. Fine, you want to put self checkouts in, go ahead, but not allowing you to use cash, not even giving the person the option of whether you want to use cash or a card...is wrong. This is just more of heading to a cashless society. Another thing, they have a surveillance camera on the self check out monitoring you the whole time, like you're a common criminal.Someone will say, “Well, just wait and go the checkout where there is a person working.” Which is what we have always done. If they line was too long, Aldi would always have someone come out and open up another register. Which was serving your customers, which was good. Not now, if you stand in line with the real person, and someone has trouble on the self checkout. That cashier, leaves the person they are checking out to go to help the self checkout people. This is bad business. This has happened twice to us now, and I've seen it happen to other people. Guess how many times we've been there since the self checkouts have been in? Twice.There probably won't be a third time. We have a large family and spend at least $800-$1000/month at your store. We'll wait for a response. If we don't get one, we'll be shopping elsewhere.

Went to Aldi (which I normally LOVE) and I am super disappointed. Most items were more expensive than Walmart, and it was not a pleasant shopping experience at all. There were so many negatives, and not one positive: they now require you to self checkout but give you ZERO space to do it. Not one price was better than Walmart by any significant amount. The new paper bags are trash and tore while just being loaded... don't try to use the handles!!! They were out of white bread and several other "staples". But i think the most irritating thing today was that the self checkout tells you 500000 times to keep scanning the next item or press something to finish. Every. Five. Seconds......I felt rushed by a stupid machine the entire time I was checking out with $200 worth of food. I normally don't complain, but this was the most frustrating and stressful grocery trip I've made in many years. If nothing else, please shut the register up. Thank you.

I just LOVE ALDI'S!! You can literally find everything you might need and or want or even don't lol. This was as normal as any, great selections plenty of stock, helpful staff. I enjoy my visit to Aldi's everytime we go. We will definitely be back.

The store is clean, and has a good selection, but if you use their online pickup system, they commonly provide the wrong item and charge the wrong price.For example, purchase organic apples for twice the price as non-organic, they bring out non-organic apples, place them in your trunk already bagged, and then you still pay for the organic price without any recourse other than a charge back with the credit card company or instacart. It's just really poor attention to detail that harms the customer that could be easily fixed with a better internal system.

Except for the shortages all stores are experiencing, I can find most items I need every time I go. Their brands are consistently good and their special finds are high quality. I prefer their socks over any other brands.

Due to health issues have been ordering online and picking up my order curbside. My first trip was less than I expected...however once I ordered, and used the Aldi app all was smooth and just as promised. Will definitely use this service again. I did go inside to shop and there are advantages, such as selecting produce. I went early and shopped and out the door quickly.

ALDI, not Aldi's (fml).I'm a jerk when it comes to what I put into my body and value good food and good service from my grocer.This being said ALDI is the best value you can find in the area for groceries. They only have their own brand for the most part, however the quality of their food is exceptional. Don't be turned away by haters or false info from individuals who have never shopped here.

Nice and clean but small supermarket. Not much selection. It would be awesome if they had more produce. They did have some of the healthy options we like. A bit more expensive than other food markets. Also, Cashiers literally scan and throw items in the cart as fast as possible. Customer service is lacking.

Best place to shop for food staples period. They have awesome produce and the best prices! The staff is always friendly and they keep the shelves stocked all day. They are usually pretty busy and it can be a chore to navigate with all the people but I can assure you that its worth the small price of patience. You are required to bring your own bags or just go without and a cart requires a quarter that you get back at the end. Its my favorite place to shop for groceries.

The store is usually clean and well organized. I shop here often and although it is smaller (or at least seems smaller than Springfield stores), they usually have what I need. Lots of Keto and gluten free options now.
