Took my two kitties to get spayed, since they were strays and I am trying to get all the strays done around my house, and they are very rambunctious. Well we get there in the morning and their names are on the sign right there at the desk which always makes anyone excited to see their names. The girls there were very sweet and so is Mr bowtie I believe the sweet cats name is that hangs out there. They explained everything with us and got them back to the presurgical room. We left and went home and right when I got home they had already called to say they were done with surgery and doing great. So fast! They are now 4 days after getting surgery and doing wonderful. It was a good experience all around and I recommended new haven veterinarian clinic to anyone with a fur baby.

I've been taking my pets to New Haven Veterinary Hospital for years and they're my go-to if something unusual happens with my pets.Recently my cat Penelope was agitated and crying throughout the night and most of the day. After taking her in and discussing the potential causes and returning home, Penelope was instantly calm.This is consistent with my experience over the years with New Haven Veterinary Hospital. Highly recommended.

I have used NHVC several times, and they always seem to go above and beyond! Took great care of my little dog for teeth cleaning, and even did some extra stuff while he was out.Also, Dr. Parsons and the other amazing staff saved my sweet pup, who came way too close to dying. She did everything she could, answered all my questions, and called regularly to give us updates. I cannot say thank you enough!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very good with my dog, and made some great recommendations for him. They've made their waiting room scale available for frequent weigh-ins so I can track my dogs weight, which also has the benefit of giving him positive interactions at their office. I'm glad we have such a great office so close.

I can’t recommend New Haven Vet Hospital enough. The receptionists, techs, and Dr. Parsons were all kind, professional, and understanding. Everyone took the time to listen to my concerns and it’s clear that they all not only know what they’re doing, but really care about what they’re doing. One of my cats has *serious* vet anxiety and they continued to show patience and compassion for his whole visit. They even reached out the following day to follow up and ensure he was doing okay, which I really appreciated. My cats and I really appreciate the care that’s shown here.

Great vet veey hands on they take pride in discussing ALL forms of treatment, never had a vet call and text to follow up to see how the dogs were doing, they very upfront with all cost and treaments, hands down only place my dog's will ever go to in the future and its an hour one way and its still the best

Dr Parsons still is so considerate of what I do for feral cats. She and all the young ladies that work there have the most loving ❤ s. They have always treated all my cats with such tenderness. I wont go anywhere else.

A wonderful place with a amazing,caring and knowledgeable staff. I brought my dog in when he was sick with cancer. Unfortunately he didn't survive, but they gave me the time I needed to spend with him after he was gone. And a few days later I received a card from them signed by the whole staff. If you love your four legged children like I do, you should give this clinic a chance to take care of your babies...you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Schulte is the absolute Best Veterinarian there is! She is very friendly and Loves animals. She treats your pets like family! She saved my baby's life by doing emergency surgery on her. And she also saved my Best Friends baby too. I can't say enough about this Fantabulous Veterinarian! Give her a try for your baby you won't be sorry

I am very fond of this animal hospital and I’m proud to say they do so much to help the homeless animals! Dr Schulte has saved many a lifes for our rescue group. Their entire staff is very polite and you can just tell they care about the animals.

My Buddy literally his name, became sick so I called the veterinary hospital and was told to bring him in the next day. Upon arrival was taken to a room then with the assistant the vet diagnosed him and found high fever. My Buddy real sick needed immediate attention, there where test and shots procedure which indicated he most likely had U.T.I infection. Was instructed to leave overnight and consult in the morning.with I.V and more meds his fever stabilized and that afternoon was going home for some R.andR. and meds. He has mostly returned to normal with the care and help of the Vet. I can honestly say that from now on I totally trust this facility with my Cats.

If you want kind, caring, professional care...look no further. My 4 legged friend is an obedient hound until we pull in their parking lot... then he turns into an unruly crazy beast. He can't wait to get thru the double doors for all the attention he knows he is going to get. When they tell me they love my dog, I can see in their eyes they mean it. What more could you ask for?
