Very kind people and great burger and fries. The people there tried to help us with a problem in their app and offered to get the manager for us. The fries have great seasoning and same with the burger. I asked for a vanilla/strawberry swirled shake, which they said was possible but only got a vanilla shake with strawberry chunks in it, it was s decent anyways. Good job and thank you Freddys!

We placed an order online and it took us a little bit longer to get there to get to our food. Cause of how far we've lived Lynn, but the lady was so nice enough to call us and ask if the order was in the right place. Or not and when we told her. Yes, she was respectfully enough to give us fresh French fries. Every time we go in to this location, they are always kind respectful and take care of us like they should

This Freddy’s was truly amazing. I wasn’t aware a Freddy’s experience was capable of being so perfect, legitimately flawless. My day was mediocre, bland, on the brink of being a let down, however after stepping foot in this Freddy’s my livelihood was restored by the kind, thoughtful employees. Jayden was an exceptional employee. After ordering two large fries I asked for a lot of fry sauce, as I love the fry sauce. He provided me with a very satisfactory amount of sauce, as well as riveting banter, and satisfactory conversation. The way he was able to balance his work with customer satisfaction was an art that I had not yet discovered. After living in Wichita and having to deal with poorly cooked fries and expired fry sauce, it was a refreshing experience to walk into the best serving Freddy’s I’ve ever been to and eat good food with up to date sauce. Not only this but looking throughout the restaurant you can clearly see that it is very well kept. The floors and tables are sufficiently cleaned, as well as the windows and doors, even the chairs seemed to be gleaming, a very sanitary establishment indeed. Every employee had the same joyous attitude, while still being locked in to doing exceptional work completing their respective tasks well and efficiently. Absolute credit to the best fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten at by far, no competition. Period.Also the parking lot is good

I had the most wonderful experience at this Freddy’s location. Being the devoted vegetarian that I am, I asked the outstanding young man who was helping me (manager, Brian Stumfoll) if they offered vegetarian options which they did! He was very polite and made certain that the veggie burger I received was 100% vegetarian friendly. I was also pleased with the speed of his service. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced in my time on earth! If you ever choose to eat at this location, request for Brian’s service and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Great food served fresh and hot, not from the microwave, but the actual grille and deep-fryer. Our food was prepared and served within a few minutes by a very friendly and attentive staff with enthusiasm and pride. All for less than $20! I haven’t received this level of truly good food and fantastic customer service in years. Brian, the manager at the Nevada, MO location, should be recognized as an exceptional leader and motivator, because his team of mainly young people (teenagers) has clearly bought in on his idea of how a restaurant should be ran. Hot and delicious food, served quickly, correctly, and with a smile. The final bonus was clean and well maintained restroom. This was the first time my wife and I have ever eaten at Freddy’s Frozen Custard, at any location and thanks to their Nevada location, we will be customers for years to come. Great food and great service Brian, keep up the great culture you have established at your Freddy’s. We will definitely be back.

I came in a couple days ago and it was the best Freddy’s I have ever eaten! I went to a different location and yours was far superior. Aswell as being extremely clean. Even the bathrooms. Also Manger Brian Stumfoll was very friendly and welcoming. After we got our food he checked up on us. Made sure things came out good! As per usual! A+ on food and A++ on customer service!

It's rare that a fast food place falls into the catagory of "impressive". However my experience here was just that. The food was great, but the people were working were what was so surprising. The staff was as professional and well mannered as a much more expensive sit down resturant, and most of them were very young. The manager was extremely involved, checking on each table, praising her staff for getting through a rush, and teaching different elements of the resturant as she went. It was really fun to watch a staff work that well in a fast food place! Super kudos to that manager for doing so well with her team.
