My general experience has been that the further you get from the Walmart Home Office, the worse the stores tend to be. This one is against type as it is not at all far from Bentonville and yet it seems rather average. Items were well stocked in some departments and not as well in others. The restroom was mostly clean but out of paper towels. The cart corrals in the parking lot were in the process of being cleared out but still rather full.Three stars, this was an OK visit.

I went to the pharmacy and even tho the line was pretty long, it moved really quick and I was able to get in and get out fast! This store has been thru so many massive changes over the years. I must say the latest changes to the checkout lines is a little annoying and most of the time the specific lanes for walmart+ members are not open for some reason and the employees never seem to be properly trained on new features offered in the app.

Walmart is always a difficult place to go to a shop but she tried to make the best of it so many cashier lines only two open and self-checkouts very inconvenient I do not like going to Walmart but the one thing that I do really like about Walmart is that very trucker friendly they have designated spaces for truckers you can get about 25 trucks in here if everyone parks correctly this is what gives Walmart four stars

Only one register open. The self check register we chose seemed to ha e a problem because it was saying we were trying to steal 4 times before they told us to go through a register so they could scan everything. Which was what we wanted in the first place. Horrible experience this visit.

As usual, it doesn't have the products I'm looking for. Was looking for Moroccan olive oil for my heart healthy diet. Hard to find products that do not contain a lot of additives.

Had an oil change appointment, 20 minutes pass..... Then 30 then 40.well some folk who were late gets to cut the line plus another truck they had sitting for 2hrs.Go elsewhere for an oil change, don't come here.They are incompetent.

They've been getting really terrible with keeping them things stocked. , gouging people on prices like pibb extra 12 pk 32.99 + 12.99 shipping. Then the holding extra money off your bank cards. RidiculousThen it takes a week or so to fix it. I love Walmart. I just wish they keep stocked up. And hire their own drivers.

I'm not a fan of self check-out it seems to me that if I have to check my own groceries out, then my receipt should show a discount for having to bag them as well!! Let's put people back to work Wal-Mart!!

Clean store. Never has about a 1/4 of what I am shopping for. They're either out or don't carry it at this location. Which can be frustrating. Employees are always super nice & helpful. Parking lot sucks when the store is busy. I always check multiple times to make sure I'm not going to run over anyone or hit another vehicle. It can be a tight parking lot to maneuver in & it's just super hectic when busy.

I was treated like a criminal, at the end of my purchase the register would not allow me to pay for my purchases. An associate of Walmart came to my register and told me I had to go to another register, and a check out person would Re-ring up all of my order. I had been shopping for toys for tots with over $400 worth of toys that were under five dollars each. I unloaded all the bags onto her belt and she began re-scanning 94 items, this was a very long process, and I felt like they felt I had stole from them! I wanted to just leave the cart and walk out! I will not be shopping at Walmart anymore. I have heard this is happening way too often to good honest people:(. I am a 60 year old female that has worked for the Federal Government and had back ground checks with a clean record my entire life not even so much as a speeding ticket! Walmart is slowly losing customers due to bad judgments! This was the Neosho, Missouri Super Walmart

Walmart, the store that steals money from hard working people. Today we rang up SEVERAL items that priced wrong at the register! I looked at the price before I put the items in the cart. I had to have a lady edit it. From now on I'm taking pictures of the items before I grab them. I guess this is what it's coming to nowadays.

Has first aid control bleed & and kits but no one that's round then know how to use them in case of emergency need train ur staff on first aid ppl lives first

This was my first time to be in the Walmart supercenter here in neosho. As I have just moved here. I found that the people working at Walmart were extremely friendly and welcoming and happy to help. I found that the store was very clean and well organized and I certainly want to give it a five-star review.

the pure balance canned dog food we got recently was water instead of the gravy which probably was the nasty stuff at the bottom of the can. i know times are tough but this a multi billion company. sam wouldn't be happy and certainly wouldn't be proud of this product

Neosho Walmart is a great Walmart. There isn’t always an employee around to help you out is the reason for 4 stars. Even with fewer employees and it being income tax/stimulus time, they still keep it as stocked as they can.

I travel across the entire country for my job and stop in at a lot of different Walmarts. I mind as well be a secret shopper. I’m here to tell you this one in Neosho, MO only 60miles away from the home office of Walmart is by far the worst Walmart in the country!!! This place is poorly managed in so many ways. First off they have moldy produce all the time!!! How is that even safe to sell this stuff is very old looking. Second I can’t even tell you how many items they discontinued at this Walmart even before Covid but you can find them in Joplin or Carthage. I don’t understand that when there are multiple towns that come to this specific Walmart. The third thing is the employees with the Mobil order carts are always in the way, not paying attention and flat out rude!! I could go on for days about how terrible this Walmart is. Corporate, that’s only 60miles away, should send in better people to manage this place so it could actually do well and the greeters would do their jobs instead of looking at their phones all the time. Literally any other Walmart is better then this one, do better Neosho!!!

Nice SUPER Walmart in Seneca! About the largest supply of Halloween candy I have ever seen. Nice display of Pioneer Woman items. Store is clean. Nice helpful staff.

S T I N K Y Employee! Absolutely GOD AWFUL!There's an older woman on your morning shift who does the online shopping orders and holy cow does she STINK. I'm not normally one to judge about body odor but this is downright OFFENSIVE. I have to move 3+ aisles away from her to escape the stench! I work night shift up in Joplin so mornings are the only times I get to do my shopping which is unfortunate because I have to play a constant running game just to not throw up in my cart!

This Walmart has it together a very clean, well kept. Walmart prices are the same everywhere you go, so can't really say anything about that. It was extremely busy this afternoon, but to be expected. There was a variety of fall items already available, which I was pleased about. I haven't seen them at any other Walmart around. Cinnamon maple syrup, and monster eye cookie mix. Very pleased with this one.

I wanted to purchase a $1.68 nail file. It was located in the cosmetic section. Walmart employee was very nice but said I would have to pay for it in the protected cosmetic section. Nice employee - really dumb policy. Didn't buy it or the $400 of groceries in my cart. Please rethink this policy Walmart. Ugh.

If I could leave zero Stars I would . Shopped there today in electronics for a wall charger for my Android. The young man who helped me this morning was the worst customer experience I have had in 5 years! He should be flipping burgers away from the public!
