We sure do miss our Orscheln store and we missed the prices so I was forced to buy this box of cat litter you get more for a cheaper price …don’t do it! It looks fancy…it is not, in fact I believe this is what is giving everybody sinus infections! My husband is in need of antibiotics due to inhaling the dust from this junky litter! Staff is always friendly and store is always clean, love the store but hate this litter don’t do it! It’s not worth choking, and ending up in the er.

Make Tractor Supply Orschelns Again! We were in Orschelns at least once a week. Once TS took over we’ve been in a few times and they either didn’t have what we needed, weren’t helpful, or if they did have it the price had went up dramatically. The store has such a poor selection of goods and completely eliminated entire categories of products. I was hopeful that TS wouldn’t ruin the store but so far it’s worse off in every way and we go to two or three stores now to get everything we need instead of our usual one trip to Orschelns.

Found a Justin's hat I liked for $34. Came back to get it a week later when I had the money. Priced jumped to $54. A $20 price hike is ridiculous! So, I didn't buy the hat.

Well the staff was nice, polite and helpful. But I did have a hiccup trying to get a propane tank switch a bit ago.Nobody knew how to charge me for the tank exchange. After 15mins or so waiting they found the book with the paper they needed to scan. I thought it would be in the system or out in the open, but it all worked out. I was lucky to get the last full tank as they didn't have a fresh stock at that time.Definitely one of the cheaper Rhino propane exchange prices.While I was on their website it did say they did tank fills. That wasn't true, not sure why the website said it for this location. Probably old information.Would definitely return if I needed something.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! First off I am usually a fan of Tractor supply but I preferred the original Orscheln's more. When walking in you will notice a large store with a lot of empty space and very little selection in comparison to the old Orschelns. I will not be doing business at this tractor supply in Neosho due to their prices being more than the surrounding tractor supply stores in Joplin and Miami. Would much rather have the original Orscheln's or Race Brothers in place of this tractor supply.

The store was very clean. We were greeted with a hello after we entered the store. An employee asked if we were doing ok while we were walking around. We purchased chicks. The veteran employee who helped us with the chicks was very nice. The cashier told us to have a great day as we left.

Sold guns fast good salesman he don't kno anything bout guns but he got the homies 1400 for a gun he can't find ammo for lol. Next day gun was ready tho. They seem to have fairly competitive prices.

3/14/23 i believe it was , Went to get some stuff for my goats, there was a blonde and brunette at the registers, both super rude and uneducated, I also asked for hay and what kind they had again didn't know said uh grass... so I bought 10 bales get out to the semi trailer there was a leak 90% of the hay was moldy,and the hay was course and trash. the guy helping us was professional and friendly and dug to find the better hay, but I guess he was taking to long the blonde came out trying to throw me garbage hay, I said I'm not taking moldy hay that's disgusting, and she threw a fit busted open 2 bales cause she had an attitude... so rude not going back!

Orchelins is always great with dog food and garden gadget sales, but they have been bought out by Tractor Supply so pricing is a bit higher.

The Neosho Orscheln Farm & Home is close to the places I shop and near where I live. I rarely find what I'm looking for to be out of stock, and the employees are always courteous and helpful in finding what I need. I recommend this store as a great place to shop.

They have many things you’ll need for your farm or home. They carry lots of less expensive products. The cheaper electric fence posts, the cheaper, solar electric fence chargers, etc. They don’t invest to resell better, heavier duty products like a store in Monett does. No name brand cattle waterer parts.

I'm grateful we have it. But the prices are too high, the selection of products too low and the number of knowledgeable staff are too few. If selection was high and number of knowledgeable staff were high then I'd give them 5 stars, even with high prices. I can get low prices online, but not with the products immediately in my hands and knowledgeable staff explaining or finding the right product.Regardless, the staff are much more respectful of customers and each other than they were in the old location. For that I'm grateful.

This is a great store with lots of good items to look at. Great customer service. Loved these two guys that were working on a cold Friday night. Lots of help and great customer service. Even took the time to go back and check prices with us when someone had mixed a pair of boots up with another brand. Offered a discount for the error when we had time to come back and look for another pair for my husband. Thanks guys for a great shopping experience.

This place was okay. Decent selection of merchandise but the cashier wasn't super friendly. I'd only go back if I absolutely had no other options because staff needs a course on customer service. On the bright side, they had masks and hand sanitizer at the door.

Love this store. This is the only local place that I know of for supplies for my chicks, or even more chicks during chick days. When they have sales, usually the prices are good and they have plenty of stock. There is usually a decent selection of Carhartt apparel for men and women, even kids and pets.
