Love this place my girls (cats) peaches and Mika love their doctor Finley. He is so nice and he knows what he's doing that's for sure. His staff the ladies are so helpful and just amazing I recommend this vet to all my friends for their fur babies 🙂

Rude condescending girl on the phone when asking questions. Also said they're not accepting new clients.And how does this clinic have a 4.7 rating? Definitely a bad first impression.Either I'm unlucky or all their clients are very lucky.

We had a dire issue with a cat that adopted us. They were so busy and not able to take on new clients, but made a spot, ran tests and helped us decide that feline AIDS were going to decimate him. They very discretely helps us put the poor boy down.Very understanding and caring. Thank you so very much. Wish you could be our family vet.

Apparently their business is so awesome they do not accept new clients. Another example of my why I dislike Neosho, so not a welcoming community. Guess I will take my business back to NWA.

Great vet. Had 2 puppies ears cropped and they were wonderful. One pups ear started to lay down and they were just as concerned as I was and over the next few weeks had it standing upright!

I can’t even start on how many times this clinic has helped me.. I have been going to them for 10 plus years and truly love them. They all truly care about the animals. They all put in long hours for very little money because they want to help as many animals as they can.. I love Dr. Finley for what a wonderful caring job he does. He is a very smart Doctor , he diagnosed one of my dogs once without a lot of tests, I went somewhere else for a second opinion and they said they same thing he did.. they ran tests and did all kinds of stuff.. which was fine but the difference in price was about 2500 dollars with the same results. BEST CLINIC EVER

Dr Findley is a very talented veterinarian. I have taken my pets to him for over 20 years, as have much of my family and many of my friends. He cares about the animals, and is very compassionate towards them. The new veterinarian, Dr Merek, if I remember her name correctly, also appears to have the same admirable qualities. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Ok customer service. Depends on how busy they are. Sometimes they are too busy. Wait time can be long. Very Affordable! They need to up date they’re filing system. Hard to get wrong information changed or they just don’t change it when they run into it. So it’s like you have to tell them we’re to look every time. Hard to get new pets looked at. Doctor is great. Techs are great.

Our animals are given the best of care. Always willing to spend the time answering all questions and concerns. The whole team are k it ne and friendly. Dr findley is great! He takes time with children talking and explaining what he is going to do to help their pet and if they have a stuffed animal with them he will pretend to give shots and/or bandage a leg.

I wouldn't rate this a one star except I have to give it something to write a review. Today I have had the worst experience with them that I have ever had. I was treated horribly on the phone so I told them if they don't want my business to begin with I will take it elsewhere. My husband called back because he was the on who had called last week. They treated him the same way and HUNG up on him. I do not recommend them to anyone. The front desk is horrible. They have horrible customer service, and I will never send my dogs there.
