My favorite thing about this place is that they have free compressed air by the pro door that you can use day or night! I also love the garden center in season and I frequent the plumbing aisle for my diy projects!

Great store employees were nice knew exactly where everything was at, great part great prizes plenty of parking overall just really good store not like Walmart where everything's all clustered. The delivery of a new washer was excellent, respectful of property, courteous and polite.

Went to Lowe’s as always, I was having such a bad day until this cashier named Catherine greeted me so nicely, I was spending so much time finding my debit card and she kept saying to not worry about it that she will be patient. We need more workers like Catherine, patient and understandable. Not only understandable but so pretty with curly hair. THANK YOU CATHERINE.

If you buy anything in a package from this store, open it and ensure that all the hardware is there before exiting because they do not return anything with missing Hardware. Just ask Gracie their customer service rep. I will be doing my shopping in Monett at Home Depot

I love Lowes. The people are friendly and helpful. There was a lack of stair parts that I had to purchase elsewhere, but the quality of the parts I bought at Lowes was much better.

Ordered some stuff online apparently a 3rd party using their name and logo, went into check on order was told that the order wasn't in the computer. Lady behind counter told me to contact my financial institution, when I said they are using the Lowe's logo and she was like " so what can we do" guess the reputation of the company doesn't mean much?

All the store clerks are very pleasant to talk to helpful. Anytime I need anything and can't find it they can tell me where to go to find the item that I look for. The store is very clean and organized.

Bought a wardrobe cabinet for use in my kitchen as shelves! Love it! Had to buy an extra board and cut in half for the space I wanted! Wish they had boards already that size from the company that makes it!(not Lowe's fault though) Lady at checkout was very nice and funny and helpful!

When the store opened we stopped driving to Home Depot because we were getting decent customer service. Customer service is very poor. It happens every time I go, none of the workers will help you load. I wil be driving to Joplin for my big purchases at Home Depot.

Shout out to the guys in the lumber department! Angel, Andy and a couple others helped me cut my wood to size and Angel helped me find the best wood for what I needed. Charlie in the carpet department was also super helpful with all my carpet needs!!

I really like shopping here, very clean establishment, very nice layout. Like the military discount. Done fence work with Lowe's, purchased zero turn mower and bagger here. Every time I have done business with Lowe's it has been great.

Is Neosho Lowe's trying to discourage pick-up orders? At least 8 out of 10 orders I make for pick-up are wrong. And these are very small orders, anything big I will go in. The only logical conclusion is that either employees are not being trained or it is a reflection of a no-care attitude by management. Maybe both

I was going to get tile and I had three different people offer to help me as I was walking through the aisles and the man that was in the tile Department was very knowledgeable above all I would say that the Lowe's in Neosho Missouri is the best one I've ever been in

Going to Lowes in Neosho MO was a good shopping experience. We were even asked by an associate if we needed help? Lowes stores are normally terrible customer service, mainly because you have track one down for help. Not today. Great Customer support in shopping. Great check out service. Love that you can get a nice Military discount at Lowes.

I posted a review that was negative a few days ago. I've deleted it because Lowe's came through and did the right thing. It appears to have been a miss communication. After filing a complaint with HQ in Mooresville, NC communication got much better. I received a call from the GM of Neosho Lowe's, he explained what happened at the store and made sure we received the new damage free doors we purchased. It was an unfortunate experience that we had, but the end result was Lowe's management and staff took care of the issue with friendly and professional service! We will continue to be customers and we look forward to meeting the GM in person our next visit. Thank you HQ for getting the ball rolling, it appears that they do appreciate our business!

I am not a person who leaves bad reviews, but I have to in this case.I own a landscaping business and have a Lowes Pro card. I order plants through the mail all the time. I created an order and received a call next day from Neosho Lowes. They examined that the Hydrangeas and rose bushes I ordered were coming from their store. She asked if I wanted to pick them up or have them delivered. Since they are 45 minutes from my location, I decided to pick them up. I told her it would be in 2 days.I received 2 calls during those days from the garden manager asking about the colors I wanted. We established what was best.Today I went to the store, they pull the $500 worth of plants to the front and they were all DEAD! Hydrangeas are 60 days into their 150 days of color. It blew my mind. I told her I can't accept the plants because my clinet would not want these.Here is the sad part, why not tell me the plants are dead over the phone? I had to drive 1.5 hour round trip and waste 30 min in store just to be shown some dead roses and Hydrangeas.

Update sept.22,23 the guy in plumbing answered our questions and showed us everything we needed to know about he was friendly and professional.They always have what we want the workers say hello and ask if we found everything and tell us to have a good day and the store is always clean and full of products. I’ve never had any problems with Lowe’s I love their Christmas decorations lots to look at.

There is still a communication issue with the service desk and other departments. Parts ordered online items are ready for pickup. The service desk is then backed up and when they try and find the item it's like a needle in a haystack as they call every department trying to find the item and the person who pulled the item is always off and there is a heap of confusion as they send you to different locations to try and find the part.
