I stop in when needed at the Neosho Dollar Tree ($1.25 Store now) and have never had any issues. Today I visited the store and the manager (Cindy) told me there is always a manager in the store. I told her I would come in tomorrow about 3ish and now shes saying the manager will not be in. She's a lier. Can't keep her story straight. Won't visit a store who is going to have a manager who lies to customers. Just be honest!

Casey is a wonderful sales associate because he was friendly and thoughtful. I found lots of great stuff ! Both what I originally went in for (card and stickers and party decorations )and for nice surprises I didn’t even know your store sold ! (Ice cream and mrs fields cookie dough )Thank you for keeping the isles clear .I had a good shopping experience.

I love this place! Cheap prices and you can usually get a wide variety of good things.I buy their reading glasses like crazy. They are just as effective as prescription glasses, but at a fraction of the cost. If you lose or break these, you are just out $1.25.

I mentioned my brother with autism loving slinkys. The awesome girl at the cash register told me they have them in the toy isle. I bought 3 today. I will be buying many more! Thank you.

Ordering online is a JOKE! Shipping is super slow and they are not supposed to charge until item ships. Not the case. Took my money on the 20th when I ordered and it’s now the 4th and apparently still has not shipped. Called Customer Service Friday and the guy took my info. He put me on hold because he said he was going to call the store to see if it’s there. Five minutes later he came on and said it’s in the store and I can pick it up the next day. I asked him why I never received an email and he didn’t have an answer for that. I go to the store the next day and they tell me they don’t have any online orders. I leave there mad and call customer service again. The lady puts me on hold forever and comes back on and tells me I will need to callback on Monday. I ask about where my order is and she said it hasn’t even left the warehouse! WHAT? The guy lied to me!!! She said there wasn’t even any comments on my order that I had inquired about my order. How convenient. Moral to this is if you need bulk items from this company order a month in advance. I have spent around $1000 with Dollar Tree in the last 4 months and I can’t believe I was lied to and humiliated by their Customer Service.

One of my favorite stores to shop!! Great prices, and workers are always friendly,helpful ,and efficient. They have a variety of items (including food and frozen foods) and when you want to avoid walmart this store is an excellent alternative!!

I love Dollar Tree! It's the perfect place to pick up gift bag stuffers, seasonal decorations and gifts, teacher gifts, gift bags and Christmas stocking stuffers. You can find fun things for kids young and old, pick up snacks, cleaning supplies, kitchenware and little nick-nacks for your home. And best of all... EVERYTHING is just a dollar each. It's fun to shop Dollar Tree and I'm always excited to see what new things they got in!

It was a 90 degree day in the blazing sun when I was greeted by a sweaty cashier, and a wave of heat in the scorching neighborhood Dollar Tree 🌳 I take my weekly Dollar Tree run just like everyone else, but it made my experience UNBEARABLE to have NO AIR CONDITIONING and the inability to purchase my precious Salzberry stake! FIX THE ACPLEASE
