I have been to a few vets, and Barn Hollow is by far the best around! That why I drive from west plains for them. They take amazing care of our pups, and are so patient in explaining everything! Highly recommend!

Love the people that work there. They take great care to make sure that our 'little man' of the family gets his required checkups and he doesn't seem scared of the staff or Doctor so I think it's a great plus. He is almost 6 months old, and a malti-poo, not the total miniature that we really wanted but he's about 8-9 pounds now and hopefully forever.. :D Today he becomes a man,,,, less a couple of things but I know he's in good hands. Thank you guys for making our 'Jax' a healthy little terror in the house :D ... After 3 months I've figured out, he's been training us .. :)Thanks all!Gary & Pam

The front desk and some of the assistants are extremely rude, hateful, condescending and do not care about your animals. I’ve experienced this multiple times. Twice they have told me they don’t have time for my animals but could get to it later after normal appointments, one of those times my dog had just been attacked and was visibly injured badly, and the other time another of my dogs was dying in pain and needed to be laid to rest. They also have made it very evident they care more about the money and being paid. Get better, kinder and more caring staff.

My whole family, fur members included, love the staff at Barn Hollow. I live in the St. Louis area now but still prefer to take my dogs to Barn Hollow for all of their basic needs when visiting my parents and grandparents (who also prefer to take their pets to Barn Hollow). Obviously they’re a little far for emergency visits anymore so we do those in the STL area, but if I could pack them up and move them with me, I would.

Do not bring your pet here if it is an emergency and you want them to survive. I couldn’t even get past the front desk. I am not from the area and needed a place to quickly bring my dog who had suddenly become very sick. The front desk staff acted as though they would rather do anything other than help animals. Completely calloused and rude. Who can be that heartless dealing with animals?

These are awesome staff! They always help my fur babies when needed. When you come into the office you don't smell dog smell at all because it is very clean! All the veterinarians there are very good at their job! Thank you so much for taking good care of my fur babies. You guys do an awesome job!

I will not go to any other vet but Dr.Orchard.He is honest and has a huge heart.I personally think his prices are low for the services he offers and I also think that he is worth alot more.He has a wonderful clinic. Its very clean.He has a amazing staff. They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door.I would highly recommend him.I would highly recommend all the services Barn Hollow has to offer.

The flea and tick pill I bought for my dog was stale and hard as a rock. I could barely get my dog to eat it but even after him getting it down, the medicine never started working 😒 it's been 2 weeks

Love everything the people that work there are great. Sometimes we have to board our dog and its always there he loves going isn't scared at all. They take such good care of him and they don't mind if we call and check on him ALLL the time. Great place!
