Love the online shopping and just pull on on time. Wished they had it when my kids were little. I would not of had to bring 4 kids inside trying to grocery shop and keep them from disappearing on me and heading straight to the toy aisle. I don't know who's idea it was to start with the shopping online but they are a genius. Lol hope you have a blessed day.

Went to get a bike for my daughter. They had a small selection but had enough for my little lady to pick out the one she wanted. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg either. All I know is that my princess is extremely happy that she has a new bike with training wheels on it and a place to put her Monkey George.

I'm very impressed with this Walmart it has everything stocked fully and please here are friendly helpful The store is very clean all the food looks fresh and the produce and meet sections are plenty of selections and things you can want or need or hear there's no need to ask anybody when you can find it simply by just looking around

I like this Walmart supercenter for it's cleanliness but it's stocking decisions leave me baffled, there's not 1 bucket of cottage cheese in the place only pints, their bakery is not a bakery it's a bun and donut store.... No cakes in the entire store, I have been to Walmart owned stores in 2 countries (US and Mexico) and this is the 1st one that had just a pitiful bakery. This certainly does not qualify as a supercenter by any stretch of the imagination

I like this walmart very much however every time I need to go to the garden area employees are visiting with each other and blocking the aisle.I literally had a panic attack and started crying because I felt trapped and they still didn't move. This was on 11/26/23The cashier I don't remember her name was so sweet asked if I was OK and if I needed a hug.Don't mind employees visiting with each other just stop blocking aisles!!

Electronics and phone clerk was fast, informative, and checked me out quickly. I did not have to stop at front checkouts and wait in line like previous purchases.Gr8 job!

Mt Grove Walmart is the absolute best of any Walmart I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly, always there to help you if need be, with a smile and attentiveness to your questions. Always a joy to go.

#1.)Lack of other places to shop so if u need a 1 stop place and can compromise some items for say a different brand~OFTEN DONT HAVE SHELVES STOCK AND WONT FIND WHAT U NEED OR PLANNED ON GETTING...SMH🤬 🤬💩🍩💯☢️☢️☢️#2.) Still just as impressive if not even some how more then ever...what u don't hear is the tickle in the nuts area after this review so ya,BOO⭐⭐😡🤬

This is one of the friendlier Walmarts. I've been to more then I can count in multiple states and even worked at 5 different stores in 3 different states. The associates at this location are always pleasant and helpful and there are always self check and regular check lanes open.

They seen we only got 2 small propane bottles an it coming up as 2 of the 4 packs they caught the problem an fixed immediately we didn't even notice what happen glad they did.

Their online grocery order wait times are ridiculous!! This is the third time my husband has waited for a grocery order to be brought out over an hour and ten minutes. They have no clue what they’re doing!!!

The store associates are friendly but, a lot of times only a select 1 or 2 knows where items are. They will however, do their best to help you find what it is you need. Some good prices other items are overpriced for the quality. For the most part it's the produce section. I thought it was the walmarts in Washington State as I lived their but, it seems to be walmarts across the board have produce quality issues. With some better training on where store items are/or close and produce quality, I would rate 5 ⭐.

Everything was great, except they took and extra $83.61 from my account, so am having to dispute it when it post to my account, it was pending. But comfort inn said they didn't take my money, but its right there on my statement. So people beware of this stuff with hotels.

Love the selfcheck outs, no waiting, can bag my stuff like i want it bagged found every thing on my list plus some stuff i really didnt need, the workers on the sales floor not friendly at all no eye contact, so much for the 10 foot rule, still give it 4 stars

Luck of the draw seems to be the flavor of the day when it comes to service; online service, that is.Just because it's available online and SAYS your store carries it doesn't mean it's true. Calling to verify doesn't work, because if they aren't too busy to answer it seems they just look online instead of actually checking the shelves. So much for customer service. I bet Ole Sam Walton is spinning in his grave over the state of his legacy.

I have no problem using self check but I see a lot of elderly that can not use them and they have to wait in line to get checked out by a cashier and the line for cashier is too long a wait for a lot of people. Walmart used to be a great place to shop and get out quickly with cashiers but now they seem to be more interested in the money they make instead of pleasing and helping their customers

It was really busy and all the handicapped carts were either out or there were several sitting in the lobby with the red light flashing and none of them were plugged in. There were a lot of people waiting around for carts. I found a lady and followed her. Luckily it was full and I was able to do my shopping. The store needs to make sure the carts get plugged in, so people are able to shop without sitting and waiting for carts.
