I've been coming here for years. ! Its a bit crowded with rolltainers and uboats but they try so hard to keep things stocked someone is ALWAYS stocking but it is the only "real" store in Moscow so its almost impossible to keep up with the amount of customers they get. The staff is absolutely amazing. ! If they don't have something on the shelf you can always ask and they will figure out if they have it in the back. ! I've never had a bad experience shopping here sometimes they're out of certain items and apologize. There is a reason why they're always busy, the staff at this store is the real MVP of DG.

I've never had a problem with this place. Always friendly staff and always willing to help me find what I'm looking for and I've been coming back idc if the isles are full of products being put on the shelves at least they are doing their job for being short staffed. Keep up the great job guys! You guys are awesome!

The next time Hollywood needs to film a movie in a store that looks like it went through a nuclear attack they don’t need to spend millions on a set. They can just film inside this store. Always merchandise in the aisles. So bad you can’t even get a cart down the aisle. Today they had a bag of garbage hanging on the side of a cart and to get by you had to swing the garbage bag out of your way. This isn’t a one time thing, every time I go in it’s a horrible mess. The people that work there are nice but there is usually just two people. Not enough to run the registers and stock and clean. Dollar general needs to do a better job of staffing their stores. This one is so bad.

DG needs to hire overnight stockers period! They need more and better staff to keep up with the demands of this store. But it beats having to run to Troy, MO when we need things!!

A few months ago this place was very hard to shop at. The employees would make you feel bad and give dirty looks if you bought more then a few items. But now things have really turned around and I want to tell you Micheal who works in the evening deserves a raise hes always busy stocking items,he is professional and will show you where items are or help look if he is asked. He is very approachable and nice. He deserves a raise for his hard work!

Great staff that works so hard to keep the store up and running with only a few employees. I appreciate the kind welcoming when I come in the store. Very friendly. Thankful they are here in town.

On 05/15/2022 at 4:11pm the cashier refused to complete my transaction for an item I was using a digital coupon towards. Instead of complaining about and denying my purchase maybe you should clean your store up. This Dollar General location is a total disaster inside as if both a hurricane and tornado destroyed every aisle.

Everytime I go there i have to wait at least 5 minutes to be checked out . employees always outside by or in cars , smoking . the manager is always outside smoking , on phone or hanging out with other employees . This type of customer service and the fact the store is always out of items . it's a shame that a much needed store cant keep up with the needs of its community. And the employees at this location could care less .

Staff and strangers are always very friendly, even helpful when I can't find something. Masks are worn by staff(always) and shoppers(most of the time). I like that it's close by whenever we run out random small things.

The place is nice and well kept. The parking lot is a little weird with the ups and downs in the way it was built. The place is clean however theres usually carts in the way of of employees stocking and with the small isles can be hard to move around.

THE WORST DOLLAR GENERAL STORE!!! I do not usually complain or give reviews.3xs I have been in there & 3xs I have encountered RUDE and grouchy employees. 1st time I was asked to "hold on" several times at the counter. One time was so she could check her cell phine. 2nd time I was shorted $10. Mistakes happen but I was told I had to wait until she checked the cameras. I had JUST checked out. I was late to work that day. ☹Today there was a line of no less than 10 deep. There was a lady busy on rearranging a shelf. I had asked a question about what to do with a faulty product. I was told it wasn't her store so I would have to wait until I got to the counter. 15 min in line and I heard the poor girl at the register say her help was at break. I felt bad for her but her rudeness wiped that away quickly. I was basically grunted at. If I could have helped her I would have but OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!RIDICULOUS!!!

All the $ Generals are dirty and cluttered. Nothing on the shelves. Corporate needs to take a good look, hire more people and pay them a decent wage so they are proud of their job

This is the closest Dollar General store to me. I'm very upset being a young black lady in Moscow Mills and they don't have black hair care products. I have mentioned it to them and nothing. So I drive out of my way to get what I need. I also don't find them having any skin care that fits my needs. It's pretty sad and I guess I will have to take my complaints and dissatisfaction up the chain.

This Dollar General is fairly new. They have everything you need whether it's just a stop in and grab something or actually go and get some groceries and toiletries Etc. It's a nice place to shop and very clean.

I absolutely love this store. It's so convenient. .I love that I don't have to drive all the way to Troy to get groceries. And the staff is wonderful! ! So friendly and helpful ❤

It's not north 61 dollar general but it's really nice. Meow meow. My tuxedo cat loves the food I paid more. I know for a fact it taste great. Nom nom cat food so delicious

This is by far one of the cleanest dollar generals around me. Staff at Moscow Mills Mo. Store they are NOT Friendly at all . Its almost a bother to any of them to speak to you! So I dont go to this one much.

Once upon a time this was a convenient small retail store as opposed to Walmart, to which I have to say is overrated I've been to many of them, they are getting messy,shelves not stocked adequately, over priced, and most sales clerks aren't to pleasant or helpful, now I still visit them but it's more convenient and less time consuming...for me!

It's really hard to get around in the store. They had boxes sitting in the pathway. It looked like they were starting to stock, and then went to a different area a started stocking over there. I asked for assistance, and she looked like I was asking for something really hard.
