Had the chance to deal with them in August 2020: they gave me an EXTREMELY reasonable price on a factory full luggage rack for my car. Sure, it may have taken one day longer than the estimate, but I was NOT disappointed.APC has won me over in just one transaction; I'll never go back to those rude effers in north O'Fallon (you know who you are!) ever again!

Tried buying 2 doors . my dad is a truck driver and can pick it up for me they said. No. we use our own freight company for shipments. I dont need it shipped. i can pay and have my dad pick it up.they said no you can come get it yourself. complete joke. will never call or buy from here again

The new owners of this place are super friendly and have great service. Shipping takes a little long, but I'm sure that is due to the pandemic.

Don't waste your time I called for a part they told me they had 2 I ask if they would hold one for me they said yes and took my name. Drove 2 hours to find out they never looked to see if they had one. They did not even have one wasted my whole day. Will never go back there

I was skeptical at first after reading the bad reviews but, I went ahead and bought a radio from them. Once the radio was in the car I discovered one of the buttons did not work. So I went back and told them about it and within an hour they found me a new radio. They do stand by their products and if I need anything again I will go back.

I drove 40 minutes to get a part from them that they claimed they had just for them to not have it. I’m a busy man and they wasted half my day. Do not come here!
