Close to home so we don't have to travel far. They usually have what we are looking for. However, it would be nice if they carried more than one bag of beet pulp pellets at a time. Along with more than one bag of alfalfa pellets. We mainly get our horse feed here, and it's a bit frustrating when they only have one bag of each.

Beings this is such a small town, i do have to rate this store my favorite. i find myself going here alot to just see whats new and see if there is any new deals, which i must add if you find a deal in there its going to be a great deal. the products are all great, and if you have a bad purchase they will help you out to make sure everything is okay. love peanut week too,

Items on sale rack rang up regular price. We’re told there not on sale, yet there were plenty of that item there. We are talking about 5 bucks. Should have honored the sale price and thanked us for bringing it to their attention. Instead we got a lot of attitude. Cashier was apologetic but the manager?? Was arrogant and rude.

Employees wearing masks around their necks instead of covering their mouths and noses. Prices here are absurdly high. I once went to buy railroad ties here, and was told that I couldn't sort through and buy the least rotten ones. Seriously? This store is truly awful. It's a shame too, because I would buy lots of things locally if I could, but now I just drive to hannibal or quincy. It's actually cheaper for farm supplies to make that drive.

Trying to purchase a long handle brush. Couldn't get lady on phone to see if they a actually have one...her response...we might have...so I replied I'd be driving 15 miles for a might...so she said I'll check with someone...her new response.. we might have one back there . My reply.. thanks I'll go to Walmart...so sometimes.. Ace is the friendly place they advertise!!!!!! But then again it's MONROE CITY, MO

This place has a little bit of everything. It's mostly geared toward farming and tack room supplies. They also have household supplies. The service is always friendly and helpful.

Drove 24 miles for an item in the sales ad. Price in store was significantly different than advertised in sales ad. Store staff said sometimes things get mixed up???

Went online to see what Covid policy was. Orscheln website stated that all customers and employees were required to wear masks in stores.Went in store and out of about fifteen customers, not one was wearing a mask. Only one employee was wearing a mask out of the four that I saw. I left and went to Walmart.
