Drove through the Ozarks on twisting winding roads at night and it was bitter cold and snowy outside! Walmart was the 1st place I could even pull over, it was like a beacon in the night! A couple trucks and another rv were there, we ended up staying and getting some rest

I have Alpha-gal, and it's hard to find things I can have that are mammal and dairy free. Sometimes they have just what I need, like Dave's killer bread, other times the quit carrying things I would like to buy, like the coconut whipped cream.

The girl who rubg up our order was the greatest we have ever had. Everything was bagged perfect wto avoid damage to produce, eggs, or smashed bread products. Her name was very unusual, something like Eh Eher but not sure . She should do the training for the new hires!

Just dropped in to load my cashapp card. It's the easiest way to get cash on tte card. Customer service was great, got me loaded and on my way. Nuff Sed! 🤙

OK, size Walmart in Monett. This past weekend, I hade visited my sister and brother in law in Monett for an event. Took my niece and nephew here to shop. They do not have much variety of flowers, just a few.

Alex (Alexander) Mouser went out of his way to ask if I needed help- and being new to this area and Walmart, he certainly helped me.He got my frozen fruits and Chicken thighs that I had been searching for (for 2 days).Highly recommending this guy getting some positive feedback from management/corporate. It’s hard, if not impossible, to find people like this who want to do a job at the highest caliber.Thank you, Alex.

I am a long time customer. I frequent this Walmart at minimum 3 times a week.This evening, I had three employees standing behind me watching my every single move as I was trying to check out. Which made me nervous and I kept dropping things and the machine thought I was stealingUtter embarrassment that turned into extreme dislike at that moment I usually don't have a problem, everyone knows me.If I were a thief or have given them a reason to watch me then I would understand. But they get $809+ some weeks.unnecessary.

Helpful and friendly.Update: pharmacy was remodeled and it looks terrible! The new employee that was helping me she was lost. Spend over half hour trying to figure out what to do. They need more training before they let them go on their own. It got better most of the employees are eager to help

I'm glad they still have some checkouts and not all self checkouts. The new cash registers are a pain if you need to remove an item you have scanned twice. At least there is fresh produce and fresh fruit.

I love going to this Walmart but not after today I was holding my newborn son and shopping when I had a rude Walmart employee shoulder check me! I said excuse me to her and she just give me a dirty look and I tried to talk to her but she just ran into the back!! You managers need to teach your employees better customer service!

Trying to get someone to help you is harder than pulling teeth. I don't know if it's complete incompetency or just the workers are lazy, but it's ridiculous. Asked a worker in the electronics for help with the earphones (they are all locked up) and she just told me they were over there, while pointing in the direction. So I walked back over there to see if maybe I missed some that weren't locked up, and nope. So I walked around until I found another employee. This lady rolled her eyes and said, "they are in the electronics department." I got kinda snippy and said yep they sure are but no one will open them for me to get them out. She got on her radio and finally I had someone that was able to help. Just astonishingly bad customer service.

At the time of this review they were going through a remodel. I like this remodel as the electronics department was in a weird spot previously. Clearance section is amazing during the remodel and you can find some very good deal. Love the new shopping carts! They ride smooth like a caddy!

I think whoever designs these remodels needs to go thru them with a motorized scooter. The aisles are so narrow in some places,you can't turn. As a disabled adult, I find myself shopping more in larger department stores at the mall, because I can get around easier. Mom and Pop grocery stores, are easier for me to maneuver thru.

Yesterday was the first time in years I have used the automotive center at a Walmart, I was impressed. I just wanted one tire, mounted. No balance or anything, they didn't try to pressure me into changing my mind, just did as I asked. I really appreciated that. It was a great experience.

I like Walmart. We travel around the country in an RV and Walmart Has save us more than once on some stupid little product that we need which is not overpriced, so kudos to Walmart. We will always love you.

No fault of the employees loading cars but 1 hour and 15 minutes in the pick up area was ridiculous. Could have just called and told me it would have been faster to go inside.

Both times my sister in law and I visited the lawn and garden center we were given some silly excuse about unable to sell flowers on the clearance rack because they wanted to throw them in the trash. Why not let them have a good home? Don't plan on returning to this Walmart!!

There are some good nice people but one Manager shouldn't have been disrespectful by calling me slow when I asked him a question. I truly feel like he the only one that trying to racist but other than that everyone was kind, helpful and respectful
