Always coming here to buy supplies for my little projects.. my last project I built a barn door.. never really had a bad experience but they no longer offer veterans discounts on lumber and some items which is disappointing..

They probably have most of what you're looking for, but finding an associate that can actually help you find it is another story! I do like their selection of flowering & garden plants. Overall, they are generally very healthy. I, also, like the 'sick' plants that they have on a cart towards the back of the garden center which are discounted. I like to test my green thumb out.The biggest problem with this store is finding knowledgeable staff to assist you.

Very nice today... not super busy and there were plenty of employees on hand to help out if you need assistance... plus they are giving away FREE Hot Chocolate and Cookies when you walk in...

I've been getting the 10 percent VA discount, but today they wouldn't give it to me, I spent 700 dollars and the discount would have helped!!!!!

I registered in advance on Lowes’ website for my kids to do the trunk or treat that was scheduled for today. Spent hours getting my kids ready to show up in costume only for there to be ONE booth at the front of the store that passed out 2 candies to each of my kids. No employee could give us any information on this event or if there were other booths throughout the store or fun activities for kids to do. So my husband asked to talk to a manager. The manager working today at 10am was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. He didn’t care that he upset my kids and even said “ya it’s one booth. This is just something fun for the kids.” Yet he could clearly see my kids were disappointed and upset so exactly how is that fun for kids? I’m very disappointed that Lowe’s would say they have a fun event for kids and led kids on especially making people register in advance just to show up for 2 pieces of candy. Due to the hateful customer service and treatment of our children, we will no longer be shopping here.

Soo Frustrating…. Not a single Lumber cart available for plywood. There was freight all over the store, to the point the pallets had to be moved by my father to get the products I needed. Not one single employee asked to help, and they were standing around doing absolutely nothing productive!

Honestly, I don't have any bad feedback on Lowes. They most always have what I'm looking for & there's usually a associate close by if you need help with anything. It's always good when I come here & I like that a lot.

They took away veterans lumber and appliance savings.This place has became a joke employees and the company as a whole. I am a 100% disabled veteran on a limited budget. CC the assistant store manager sent me 70 miles round trip to get a receipt for some trees that had died from the previous year, I then returned and was 5 days over the year mark, I KNOW for a FACT she could have override this but instead decided to lie to my face. I was a district operations manager for one of the largest companies in the US I know what they can and can’t do.I have spent close to $250,000 with Lowe’s. I AM DONE and I will make the rest of my days to advocate against this company and how they treat customers and veterans alike.

Lowe's is a proud supporter of all veterans and service men and woman. . Their support makes them stand out from all the other home improvement stores alike. For the respect they give to the members of our Armed Forces I salute them and choose them for my first choice home improvement store. Plus they have great prices, great selection of hardware, tools, paint, lumber, fans, lights, etc. They have everything you need to take on any and all construction tasks.

I had bought some building supplies and had to end up walking from one side of the store to the other, 3 different times because none of us could find the price of the lumber I got. Other than that it would have been 5 stars because everyone was on point with telling me good morning and asking if I needed help when I looked lost.

Terrible customer service, had to get corporate involved in order to get what we paid for, all the way up to management at this store are completely worthless at customer service, STAY AWAY! Wouldn't buy a screw from Lowes anymore, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!Update: "Response from owner" is call an automated line for customer care, 30 minute wait to speak to someone who has no idea whats going on and cant do anything, just a runaround, this is indicative of lowes customer care, or lack thereof.

Good place to deep fry your turkey since they have everything in stock. Sometimes I throw the turkey in the pellet smoker to finish it off.

I fell short on getting a review in on time of the survey ctiteria however still wanted to say thank you to galyle and Kat I'm hoping I have both these ladies names right. Me and a friend went to get a few plants and both ladies were extremely helpful and kind. We just don't have this anymore. I asked others two times to help to no avail but Gayle and Kat when above and beyond to make up for it. Thank you ladies for that it's definitely worth the drive in for customer service like you gave us.

This place is always a chaotic mess... Workers in the blue vest will just watch you struggle with materials until you get up at the front of the line and they'll move you out of the way for their buddies.... As far as customer service this place is one of the worst in the area I drive all the way to Republic to avoid this place sometimes

Needed to purchase exterior stain and the lady that helped us was friendly and very helpful mixing the color we wanted. Also, the cashier helped with self checkout giving veteran discount and gift card redemption. She also thanked my husband for his military service.

I'm a loyal customer to Lowe's but recently had a new floor installed and have been incredibly disappointed. They do not do the install themselves, rather they use subcontractors. The scheduling process is complicated. I saved forever to have a new floor put in my kitchen and the end result has reduced me to tears. I have scratched and loose tile and chunks of grout are coming up. I haven't moved my appliances back into the kitchen yet as I'm afraid it may loosen tile or cause further damage. Installers left grout on the tile that I can't get off. Very disappointed for $2300 worth of work.

I have always bought all of my yard and bird supplies from Lowe’s. Well, I bought a flower that died within a few days. I tried to return it, but Sarah the manager told us the plant had died because of frost, even though we told her that we had purchased it after the cold had left. She made it clear that she didn’t believe us and implied we were liars. Not a way to treat customers, simply calling us liars because Sarah didn’t want to exchange the flower $17.00!I brought the flower on 4/3/23 there was not a frost that week.

We purchased a new stove and dishwasher yesterday. The department seemed short staffed until Megan from cabinets came over to help us! She was very pleasant and helpful. Customer service was fantastic with her and such a pleasing personality! This girl needs a raise!!!!!

San was the best associate I’ve ever had she went above and beyond to help me get the most savings possible! Very fun to deal with great spirit. Also the manager was extremely professional and helpful in paint dept. she actually mixed our paint for us . Pretty great experience overall!
