I don’t think we will be returning. I just picked up my dog and when I dropped her off she had no matting on her tummy. When they were grooming her I got a call saying she had a bunch of matting on her stomach and when I picked her up they tried to guilt trip me and said it was making the blade fly off but when I went to go pick her up she was matless and knot free. You need to take accountability. We take amazing care of our pup. And it’s offensive if you allege otherwise. Don’t blame your malfunctioning tools on our puppy.

Took our toy poodle puppy to Cindy for her first haircut. She got us right in, groomed her just like I wanted, and did it by appointment so that our puppy did not have to stay all day. The price was fair and our little Zoe looked beautiful. So happy we went there. Definitely would recommend her services.

Went in for a last minute nail trim for my catahoula mix babygirl. They were super fast and made my babygirl feel more at ease (she get scared during bath/nail trims). I loved the pricing which ended up only costing me $5!

Very professional. Does a great job. I have all 4 of my dogs there to get groomed and normally it's $30 each but since I take all 4 she gives me a $5 discount on each dog!!

I dropped my dogs off at 9:30 this morning and they weren’t done until 6:30 pm. My friend went in to get them and half way home I realized one of them had a nasty cut on his back. The groomer did not bring this to anyone’s attention let alone explain or apologize for the injury. This is the very last time I will ever bring my dogs to this groomer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when confronted with this situation. My dogs mean the world to me and I feel so guilty for ever taking them to this place! I am the one person whom they have to protect them and I 100% failed them by taking them to this groomer.
