VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! Customer service representative's were very rude and not professional. Ive been a customer for a while now and each time I had to go into the store the girls there were not accommodating at all, I would even say argumentative at best!!! Very dissatisfied and recommend the manager take a better look at customer satisfaction and consider seeking new sales reps!!

Great service! I thought I had a problem with a brand new phone (less than 2 hrs old). I went back in. They took care of me right away! It was not phone but me! They showed me the difference between my old phone OS and new system without ever making me feel like an idiot. They corrected my mistakes and even showed me some tricks/shortcuts! I would recommend this store to anyone thinking about making the switch!

Just wanted to say this monett store has two of the best workers one is the manager i think her name is stephanie the other is angel and i can say i am so pleased to have the girls here they have wonderful customer service skills and i love this cricket. They are wonderful and they i enjoy coming to this store i am happy you hire quality people

Stephanie, store manager of Monett Mo. Cricket is the most helpful Manager that I have met. Being an older person I make almost monthly visits to get help with Apps phone bill and phone problems (old ladyitus). Not only does she know my face but knows my voice from the back of the store! And with all that to boot, she is one of the nicest people I've met. Everyone at Cricket should work in her store just one day to learn PROFESSIONALISM!!!I LOVE HER.

I was having some issues with my phone on a road trip from Indiana & stopped in at this store. The employees were friendly & knew exactly what to do to be able to help me figure out what was going on with my phone. I am glad I stopped in.

This place is a joke, the hours are 10am to 7pm and there isn't anyone in the store at 6:50. Makes it kinda hard to pay your phone bill and not be shut down before midnight when the store locks up early. Quite frankly I think that I am going to go back to metro pics mobile, where I was before I switched to cricket mobile. Not to mention metro has a lot better products available for less dollars. Also if you look at the reviews the owners only reply to 4 and 5 star reviews
