pretty expensive, i had to save up to be able to get the cage pans and scatter guards. i feel like it would make more sense to just make the pans edges taller but they gotta make their money i guess.i ordered on a weekend not realizing they don’t work weekends but even still from the day i ordered to the day it arrived, it was 7 days total and it was packaged carefully and i love the way it looks in my cage.curious as to why the pan with the cut out (meaning you get less product) costs more than the pan with no cut out.all in all, if you plan on keeping small animals for years to come, the pans and scatter guards are worth the investment.4 stars since the prices are a bit on the expensive side but otherwise, i would recommend for others.

I ordered the ferret nation stainless steel pans for my double critter nation cage. I ordered the one with the cutout first and got it within a couple weeks. I loved it so much I then ordered the pan for the bottom which took longer to arrive but was still within the time frame quoted on their website. When I got the 2nd pan, it did have a large dent in it from shipping even though it seemed to be packed carefully. I contacted their customer service and got a reply the next day that they would be sending a replacement. Within 3 days of contacting them, the replacement arrived in perfect condition. The pans are well made and really help keep the bedding from getting pushed out of the cage onto my floor and their customer service is great. Highly recommend.

Another update:This company offered a 50% refund which it never sent. I was going to contact the BBB but they are not an accredited company.Updated review:After trying the feeders that appear to be marketed for small animals, I found that neither rabbits nor Guinea pigs are able to use the feeders with attached hay racks. Unfortunately this was a costly mistake for me as Bass Equipment only allows returns on unused items, and the metal these are made from stain/show wear with minimal amount of use or exposure, so even though we tried our best to clean the feeders, they would not allow us to return for credit. Buyers, please beware you aren’t allowed to try their products first. So please be 100% sure the feeders will work for you before ordering. The feeders with hay racks attached do not hold enough hay for Guinea pigs, and rabbits cannot fit their mouths in the feeder to get pellets, not even dwarf breeds. We went to their normal wide mouth fine-x feeders instead.I ordered feeders for my rabbitry, but was on a tighter schedule than I planned. Bass Equipment got me what I needed a day sooner than I expected. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Bass Equipment offers great replacement pans for the Critter Nation and Ferret Nation cages. I’ve ordered around 10 of these pans and am consistently happy with the quality and care in packaging. I’ve ordered a travel cage as well, and it’s very nice and sturdy. I highly recommend their products!

I bought the metal replacement pans for the ferret nation cages. I’m really surprised how much I like them and how well made they are. They fit well and the edges are not as sharp as I thought they would be. Very nice replacement pans especially for the price. I bought the pan with a cutout and also the regular one for the bottom of the cage I needed heavy duty ones that could not be chewed through because I am tired of replacing them every year or so. I am really happy w everything about them They clean really well too which is an added bonus. It did take a while to get them but it was worth the wait. All in all I highly recommend these replacement metal pans if you want something that will last for a long time. Wish I had bought them a long time ago. Definitely worth the investment

Had to call while ordering. They were helpful and got my cages shipped quickly. Good quality good prices and reasonable shipping. That’s more than I can say for the other company I’m still waiting on cage accessories from.

I bought two stainless steel shelf pans for my ferret nation cage and I'm very happy with them so far. They both arrived in good condition and were properly packaged to prevent damage. The metal is a little thinner than I was expecting but the quality is good and they arrived sooner than expected. The invoice said they would arrive in 3-5 weeks but I got them within a week and a half. They fit perfectly within the frame of the shelves and I'm quite confident that this will prevent my ferrets from "doing their business" through the bars of the cage and onto my hardwood floors. Admittedly there was a bit of sticker shock. These pans ARE NOT CHEAP. But the price makes sense given that they are somewhat custom and because of the materials used. I consider it to be an investment, and if you're like me and tired of your ferrets making a mess of their cage you will too.

I 100% recommended purchasing any equipment from Bass Equipment!They are super responsibly priced (I spent hours researching the best price for rabbit stacking cages and these are the by far cheapest... but amazing quality!!)There was a defective cage pan, immediately costumer service replied to me and offered to send a replacement. You will not find better customer service anywhere else.I will always use bass equipment from now on!!! Highly recommended

I ordered in April and was told on 2 separate occasions that I would recieve my cages on May 25th. It is June 6th and still havent gotten anything or even an email telling me why. I dont understand how this place is still in business. If I ever get my cages, I swear I will never order anything else from Bass equipment company. UPDATE: after I reviewed them on this public forum, I called the company and was informed that the cages were already shipped on June 3rd. I was never notified in any way (Email, phone, or text) that they shipped or given any tracking information until I called and asked for it specifically. The owner left his answer on here telling me that it shipped at 1pm today. 4 hours after I called and got the information for myself and 4 days after they supposedly shipped and no one bothered to tell me....after I spent 1700.00 dollars on cages with them.

Yes they take a long time, yes their quality makes up for it. All of their products are top of the line. If you need something in a hurry, don't go to them, otherwise they are totally worth the wait. They are always helpful and willing to work with you.
