First, they were the only one who would see my kitty for a spayed within reasonable timing. With the holidays approaching and that she hadn’t been to a vet yet, I was getting the runaround. Other vets wanted to see her first than book later and while I understand I just didn’t want her to be in pain or anything. Pricing was definitely reasonable and made the hour drive worth it. I was able to get a couple shots and her spayed for less than $200, others I was getting told $500. The ladies were sweet and nice and knowledgeable. 7 years ago, my chi was diagnosed with breast cancer. Any other place would have put her down. Carol saved her. Need I say more? Love these guys, best vets ever! I've never had such a caring and sympathetic vet who explained everything to me so thoroughly. We were also taken in quickly despite having no history with the clinic (just moved to the area). Although we will have a long drive, we plan to use them for yearly care going forward!

I cannot say enough to express the gratitude I have for this completely exceptional care team. They have treated me and my animals with nothing but kindness, and have gone above and beyond each and every time we had to visit. I have plenty of things to say about them making my pets better when they were ill, but I want to share our most recent and most impactful experience.We recently had to make the decision that no one wants to make, for our 17 year old cat, Sissy. Through the process they were informative and compassionate. We chose to have her cremated. My sister just picked her up today and we are in the best kind of shock. You guys, I expected a simple box, they said they had a paw print and i thought it would be on paper. What we received was an ornately engraved box with a nameplate, and a ceramic paw print of our so beloved cat, along with a beautiful sympathy card. I’m telling you there’s no better place to take your furry loved ones.A message directly to the vets and other staff at Animal Clinic of Monett- Thank you. I’ll never forget your compassion. I can only imagine how hard this line of work is, and you really are angels on earth. Never forget how much you mean to the people and pets you serve.

I just want to say what a blessing this animal clinic has been to us. A few months back my 9 year old started limping on his right rear leg. Our normal vet in Diamond did x-rays and said that it would probably need surgery to correct and unfortunately they didn't do that surgery in their office. So they referred us to Animal Clinic of Monett. From the moment I called to make the appointment to his last appointment to have his staples removed last week this place exceeded all my expectations. They called me as soon as he was out of surgery then the Dr. called me again that evening to give me an update. They also called a couple days after to check on him. Dr. Harper was amazing. The techs from our first consultation appointment got down and played and loved on my sweet Duke. They made sure that I knew I could call anytime while he was there to check on him. We love our regular vet at Animal Clinic of Diamond but hands down I would take my dog back to Dr. Harper and his staff if we ever needed anything like this again. Thank you for caring for my boy!

We recently had to put our senior dog down and the entire staff went above and beyond before, during and after the procedure. Between putting him down and receiving the ashes we got a sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire staff. The quality and care they put into his paw print is outstanding. Very happy with everything this clinic has offered and done for us.

An unprofessional and uncaring experience. As established clients of this clinic, we called them yesterday shortly after 3 pm with an emergency. We were finally able to live trap a seriously injured feral cat. We offered to pay an emergency fee if they could see us that day. We were told we could bring him in the next morning (today), at 9 am. That would mean this poor, injured, terrified cat would be stuck in a trap for many agonizing hours. I am sure they were busy, but this was an emergency, we were established clients, and it was only just after 3 pm. We were upset, and said we would probably never come back there, and the woman on the phone HUNG UP on us! So unprofessional and uncaring. Our previous experiences were good, but we will never go back. Fortunately a veterinarian in Ozark we have never been to was very willing to help us.

My family has been using this vet for our live stock for the past 30 years and love them we are an established costumer and they always make sure we are took care of, they have walked us through pulling goats and taking care of sick calves throughout the years and wouldn't use any other vet and have even been a inspiration to go to vet school myself.

Me and my ex wife both have been taking our babies there for 20 years or better. Actually got 2 dogs from them. Otis was well known by them and they all know Barney. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Have took excellent care of our animals. If you truly love your pets they sense that there and they will do there very best to do what is best for your fur babies. They do excellent work and I just love the staff. Keep up the good work Carol and Dr. Harper and all the staff!

I am a truck driver by dog god really suck really fast called several vets nearby none would get me in. How ever this place the lady said give her one second. She came back told me to bring my pup in. They were very fast carrying and affordable. Two days after being there they called me to check on my pup. Thanks to their fast acting staff me and my pup will get to have many more miles together one this black ribbon. Best part they have the room to park and turn around an 18 wheeler

We've been driving a seventy mile round trip from Washburn over ten years and it's well worth it. Great staff! All the vets in the practice are excellent however we mainly use Dr Tyra for all our livestock and pets. He's extremely knowledgeable and tells it like it is. He's helped us through some bad times but gave it his all. The Vet techs are all amazing,caring and friendly. We wouldn't take our crew anywhere else.

I go here for all my animal needs. Large animal and small, my latest body was a lady minute emergency before they closed on a Saturday. I called to see if they could get me in, they happily waited for us and took care of our needs with a friendly and caring respect.

The staff here is extremely friendly and does an amazing job. Both Dr. Harper and Dr. Pierce have treated our animals with respect and given them the help they need. Definitely a place I trust to bring my babies when anything needs taken care of from flea prevention to literally saving their lives. I brought in our youngest cat recently and they determined he had bobcat fever and so we left him in their care. They let us see him everyday and he managed to pull through with all they did for him! Thank you to the staff and I highly recommend bringing your babies here if you want people who care and do a great job!

We had an emergency with our dog and had NEVER been to this clinic. There was no one else in a 30 mile radius that could get our beloved pet in promptly. This clinic got us in within 30 minutes! We arrived and the staff was very friendly. Although they seemed very busy, they took time to assess and treat my pet! My pet ended up with 3 medications and our bill was less than $80, including office visit. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone!

Of the vets in monett and aurora, this place is my favorite. I always try to take my boys here if they have appointments available. I think the prices are always fair. (Loved my previous vet, but that place was very expensive.) I guess because it's a small town vet, they have lower prices than what I'm used to. Dr. Harper is really sweet with great manners. I've definitely had vets that say some inconsiderate things (like "it's just a cat") and I've never had that issue here. Dr Harper is also tough like farm vet though. I like him he's a good mix of the two types. I've never had to deal with the rest of staff being rude either. They make it clear what care option is the best for the pet without trying to guilt you.

This vet is excellent! We could not find anyone to see our sick mini pig, but they got us in and gave him the appropriate meds to get him on the mend. The staff is super friendly and pricing is reasonable.
