Received a friendly greeting as I arrived in the store. There was a specific item I was looking for, so to save time I asked the cashier where I might find the part. She directed me to the asile then said she'd have an associate meet me there for assistance.An associate promptly arrived, I showed him the part I had brought in for replacement, and he led me to another aisle where he helped me find exactly what I needed!This store always has friendly, helpful, knowledgable associates willing to give great customer service.Their prices might be a little higher than big box stores, but they carry a larger variety of "hardware-type" items and you get personal treatment & help. In these days of the majority of big-box-store associates acting as if you're an interruption to their work rather than the reason for it, this personal service is worth the price.

WESTLAKES HAS BEEN HERE A LONG TIME AND I HOPE THEY STAY HERE A LONG TIME MORE THEY HAVE ALOT OF STUFF THAT YA NEED AND ALOT OF STUFF YA WANT TO COPY A KEY THEY A REAL NICE UP TO DATE KEY MACHINE WORKS REALLY GOOD NO MORE GOING BACK 3 OR 4 TIMES CUZ THE KEY DIDNT WORK 1ST TIME EVERY TIME IM LOOKIG FORWARD TO TRYING OUT THIER BRAND NEW KNIFE SHARPER LASAR GUIDED YES ILL GO BACK

I can usually find what I need on my own, but if not, I find a nice employee that's always willing to to guide me to the items I want , Always Helpful and I leave Westlake with my items in hand. 10 stars for the Customer Service and Checkouts Too.

Ive been coming here my whole life. I dont remember a time that westlakes wasnt here. I will continue to shop here even if i could get something cheaper somewhere else, because i hate to see places like this go out of business. I will support them over wal mart every time. Not to mention, the overall atmosphere of the place is just more homey and welcoming than some of the other places.

The General Manager, at the Moberly store, Drew, went above & beyond to get me the item I needed. He also kept in frequent contact , emailing me with updates. Staff members are very friendly & close by to help with any needs you may have.. All around EXCELLENT customer service !

I have a sort of loyalty to this chain as it was founded in my hometown of Huntsville, Missouri. It has most of your hardware needs including some things you cannot get anywhere else. The location and a idea as you do not have to hassle with a lot of traffic.

Great place to get products for your home or garden whether it be giving the interior or the exterior parts of your home a make over or replacing a tub, or a back door even locks if needed for that door n you got a stain on your carpet,concrete,wall Westlakes has a stain removingproduct for that. Westlakes has an abundance of products n gift ideas n I recommend them to all my friends.
