Staff were extremely rude. We could hear them talking poorly about us in the back. They treated us as if we didn’t know our own dog. Didn’t listen to any of our concerns. They truly don’t seem to care about the animals they work with.

I used to love going to this vet. They had great prices and staff. Here, recently, I switched due to rude staff and my concerns not being taken seriously. I would only go here when it was more convenient, and my regular vet didn’t have an opening. After today, I will not be going back. We took our dogs in to get their nails trimmed, and I usually do this on my own, so they are used to it and mess with their paws a lot so that they will be comfortable with it. Today, taking them in, they refused to let us go back there even when my dog was crying hysterically. She was uncomfortable and needed to be comforted. They then charged $24 because they claimed she got snippy; she had never acted that way before. She was scared. They also only did one paw. I have family that has gone here before and has had similar issues with not being taken seriously and the staff making them feel as if they are stupid. If you need a good, consistent vet, I recommend Green Hills. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for, and that’s good service!

Although the reason for the visit was not good, the experience there was fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable and really did everything they could for me. They were very empathetic towards me as I was dealing with this difficult situation.

We brought our two old kitties here and both times we left happy and satisfied. They're honest, helpful, and they really care about your pets. They were very reasonably priced and definitely the best vet around.

They do charge a $42 office visit, which I've never heard of before, but they are a very good Vet Clinic. The vet was very gentle and courteous.

Our elderly dog had a dental infection. Took him to vet who took him to another room and examined him. She came back and related he needed a dental cleaning and 5 teeth removed. On the surgical date, I called to see how he was doing. "He is ready to go home, and he had 22 teeth pulled!!!!" I was incredulous. Vet whom I had never seen before came out to waiting room and angrily said, I am the doctor and I decide". When asked why I was not called before additional extractions stated, "dog was under anesthesia and we don't have time." Very unprofessional front desk person acted like she wanted to come around desk and fight me. Staff in back could be heard laughing and discussing the situation. This is a different place, under new ownership. Your pets health is not the first concern. Control and money are.

Extremely rude. They don’t take you seriously when you feel like something is wrong with your pet. They asked me about 3 times in one visit if I wanted to schedule a spay for my three month old puppy and were very pushy about it. They took our dog back into their back room to shave his paw pad to see if he had a thorn and we heard him yelping just to find out nothing was wrong. My friend had a similar experience as she took her two dogs to get their nails trimmed. They refused to let them back there with the dog and from the front desk they heard the dog yelping. When they asked the front desk if it was their dog yelping they denied it. They only got one paw done and still charged $24. We took our cat in the first time because he was wheezing and coughing just for them to tell us nothing was wrong and it would pass. About a month and a half went by and the cat was still sick so we took him back for them to say the same thing. Do not recommend this place at all and will be switching vets immediately!

I got run around thru them and Chewy for 3 weeks to refill a prescription my dog has been taking for 4 years. They are the second vet service to authorize it. After stating the only reason the vet wouldn't do it was because they wanted to give me a smaller dosage pill because they were concerned over spitting the chew up, The issue doing so costs 7 times more then the dosage I had been getting for 3 years and spitting myself, which is now unacceptable. And for the staff to tell me to go away bet I will and tell everyone how terrible a vet service you are. All you care about is money! Have a good day. I won't, I need to find a new vet so I can get my dogs prescription filled in the next 10 days so he doesn't run out.

Staff at desk was rude. Never even asked how I was, have a good day or anything. Vet made me feel like I didn’t know anything about my dog. Was told I’m not socializing him enough because he was scared or shy. She clearly doesn’t know how spoiled my animals are. First time I’ve ever felt like this there. I’ve donated money and food there on several occasions for other dogs in community but I think I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Great vet care but to high on prices I had a 373.00 bill and ask them if I could pay in two part they said no I have spent 1000’s on my pets here I’m looking for a new vet. I’m on a fixed income so I only get paid once a month. Good luck if you use them. After another trip with another pet the vet car is great the front end people are very rude and condescending. I’m done switching to a new vet. What right has anyone have be rude to anyone. Sure miss the old staff.

The vets were fine ,but staff is extremely rude! I called them to bring my dog in, she put me on hold and then came back and said they would have to do a lot of tests, I said fine. Put on hold again. Then she comes b a ck on and says wouldn't you be more comfortable going elsewhere. After 26 years at the same vet clinic. Different ownerI asked why ,she said my son (25 year old adult) left them a bad review on the poor care of his cat 🐈I didn't know about his review until then.So I am leaving a bad review as well.

Had been very pleased with them until the day my dog needed an emergency visit for staples in his head. I told them I could see my dogs skull and they told me they couldn't make time to help us. So we no longer vet there!

Will not go back there again! Just had our male cat neutered and he hasn’t been right since. Acting like he constantly needs to pee and hurts when he licks himself. They would not take responsibility for part of the problem and said this was a UTI but yet found no infection. My guess is they messed up and don’t want to own up to it. I suggest to find a better vet then that place!

Great staff! Took wonderful care of my dog and worked with me and my budget and still got my baby taken care of. They were patient with my timid dog and they took the time to get him comfortable before his exam. Will definitely continue to bring my pets here!

My cat was well taken care of by a caring, competent, incredible staff. The vet went above and beyond by calling me after his procedure just to assuage my fears by letting me know that it went well and he was resting. I couldn't have asked for a better vet office.

Not well ran, extremely rude! And redone this review after my mothers recent visit, She was, literally 2 minutes late after driving around 15-20 miles each way and was told she had to reschedule... I absolutely will NOT ever take my animal there again! If you are goin to be over priced at least Compensate for it with good attitude and good customer Service! I won't pay to be treated like S** t! They lost at least 3 customers today... Don't take long to lose your best customers with that type attitude! There are other options all over! Personally I would recommend Columbia or Centralia.

Someone dumped 2 puppies & one is a female. I made the appointment, arrived 1-2 minutes late due to having to catch her & amish on the road. Waited patiently while the 3 talked & was then asked what I needed. I told them I had an appointment & was told that since I was late, I would have to reschedule! I took the day off work, chased the dog, loaded up, drove 15-20 miles one way to be turned away after making an appointment a week in advance & trying to be responsible with a puppy I didn't ask for! Rude & disrespectful!

I love this vet clinic! I have brought all 4 of my dogs at various times, and they are phenomenal. They have the best prices, best staff, and cleanest facility I have ever been to. They are a hidden gym of the Moberly area.

Very caring vets. Very concerned and attentive to the pet. A lot of patience with the pet. Very straight forward about the pet's condition and what needs to be done for the pet. My dog has been treated there and she is old and very stubborn , but they somehow are able to get her to cooperate. My other dog is younger and she is a handful, but they manage to calm her down.

They are always helpful and caring when it comes to our pets. They take our pet concerns seriously. They were able to see my jack Russell quickly when she was attacked by a loose dog. She is doing great now!

Rude secretary. Our cat was spayed and sent home with no collar. Within a short time her stitches came out. We had to bring her back and pay almost twice the original surgery. I was not expecting to pay so much, since they had given us a much lower estimate, so I asked if I could pay half for now. The secretary told me they would keep my cat if I didn’t pay all of it, very rude and condescending, and that I’d incur hospital fees. I understand the extra costs. But so much could’ve been avoided if they had been professional and up front.
